I was there for my company's end-of-semester convention. The resort is situated on a hill from which it enjoys a beautiful location with great panoramic views of the lake.
After being in the convention center we were all 250 (and more… a bit warm but very nice, we moved into the garden (just wet and it's not really pleasant for us women in heels… Cmq) where we were offered a great structured aperitif on islands with food, prosecco beer and juices: I have to say really good quality! Dinner a bit heavy for the 27th of July the pasta ok, but the second (amarone medallion mashed with cooked vegetables). A little wintry… ☺
Overall a great service, extremely friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed overnight at this property with a Smart Box package. Since there are no rooms available we were offered an apartment a bit far from the residence, compensated distance with shuttle service. Clean apartment, with cleaning service carried out every morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely place located just a few miles from the center and lake.

Beautiful resort. Staff are very friendly. The only downside was you have to pay for clean towels, bedding and to have your apartment cleaned. Not really suitable for people with mobility problems as it's all steps or steep hills. You're not allowed floating rings or beds in the pool. It's away from everything so it's very chilled and relaxing but a free shuttle brings you to the town which was very handy. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool. Would recommend it.

We had two smartboxes and gathered them to spend two days in the poiano resort.

A truly exceptional buffet breakfast, both in quality, and in abundance and still in the choice.
The spa isn't huge, but it's very welcoming, clean and extremely relaxing.
We didn't have dinner, but the local restaurant was always full, so I think the food is great too. Excluding drinks.
The resort also has bikes, but often gift engaged.
Very close if you find another rent a bike service with very nice people, available and with extremely affordable prices. 10 a day.
Very recommended!

Honestly it is a fantastic place for singles, couples and family. Excellent services, and location. Really recommended to visit. I hope the hotel managers will reduce the cost of night in the future.

Great facility. Located in an amazing place, on the hill of Costermano, from where to observe the lake and the promoters that fall to the peak in Garda.
At this Resort I have been there several times and I have to say it is always pleasant to come back.
A commendation goes to the whole restaurant brigade that with their skill transform the good products into commendable and choreographic dishes, all to be tasted.
I recommend it to all those who like to spend a relaxing holiday and good food in a breathtaking location…

PANCAKE BREAKFAST SCAM! … A good hotel buffet breakfast for me is finished with pancakes and maple syrup. It's an excellent sweet dish that is perfect after more savory breakfast items. As a result, I was only too pleased to see the hotel having an excellent pancake station for their breakfast buffet. However, despite breakfast running from 7-10; on the occasion I visited the breakfast, they had run out of pancakes at 9.30 (empty station picture attached)! This really is prime time for breakfast and to totally run out at this time is inexcusable. I can only say that if you like pancakes, AVOID this hotel AT ALL COSTS.

The location is great and the view is fantastic, a few minutes from lake Garda, and offers many services for the entertainment (archery, tennis, petanque…). We had an apartment with hotel service, comfortable and clean, the bathroom maybe a little small, but nothing problematic. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The kitchen is good and the breakfast offer a good variety of foods, from sweet to savory. We were very happy and recommend it!

Very nice and clean. A bit secluded, so quiet location. 12 ha. Reason. Own tennis courts. Open from March to November. This year may also be until December. 1.150 beds between rooms and apartments.

Hotel Resort surrounded by greenery. Short but intense stay. I had the opportunity to stay at this property and enjoy the magnificent lake view from the room (junior suite) taking advantage of a Smartbox Emozione3 package. The rooms are in the details and the staff are friendly and at full disposal to provide information and service of transport/shuttle. This allows easy walks in the center of Garda and along the lake despite the distance of 2/3 km. The restaurant is very good, the dishes are researched and the service is excellent. The brevity of the stay did not allow me to take advantage of additional services such as tennis, fitness center, spa, pool but everything seemed promising very well. Breakfast is definitely great. A large continental buffet with many sweet and savory varieties. Positive and repeat experience.

The staff, especially at the reception is not very friendly. The rooms and apartments are well furnished, everything has come into the years. The breakfast was great. Large buffet variety.

Poiano Resort is a paradise for athletes! The Olympic swimming pool is a dream! The location of the resort is superb and the free shuttle service to the centre of Garda is great! The staff is very friendly! The food in the restaurant is delicious… Only the organization of the service would have to be improved! The furnishing of the kitchen in the apartments is a little minimalist (no electric coffee maker, 1 bowl, no salad cutlery, no lemon press, no cutlery to turn in the 2 pans…), too bad, because the apartments are otherwise quite ok!

… always fine with you! … always stay in the apartments of you and feel comfortable!

On Monday the 02/04/18 of Pasquetta we spent a beautiful and especially relaxing day. Pity that the SPA while being new and well organized is small has a few beds also because the rudeness of people who take care of it all day without giving chances to others to use the service despite them maybe at that time are Doing other and therefore see the empty beds occupied by wipes, so I think there must be signs that explain even if common sense is the master in these cases and that the service staff should intervene to enforce rules to educate To civilization the client who goes beyond the normal use of things. Need + + + surveillance.

Resort immersed in the green… a unique paradise! Very nice staff… at the reception Maurizio with his sympathy is the best! Spacious rooms… sport for all tastes… The spacious well-stocked spa and salt pool at 32 degrees fantastic… breakfast stocked and super good! We will be back soon! Very nice Location, friendly and helpful staff The rooms are nice but unfortunately ours was full of bugs. Restaurant and breakfast good but not excellent.

Resort in a beautiful scenic environment, nice and quiet Spa because admission to book and to closed number. But since it is a very large environment between hotel and apartments not suitable for those looking for tranquility. Restaurant to forget because with so many covered little quality.

Poiano Resort was exactly what we needed. We arrived a family of 8 — 2 parents, 5 children: 19yo, 17yo, 12yo and twins 6yo. The room was big enough for all of us. The feeling was that it's not very clean. There were cultry and dishes but nothing else, so bring kitchen towels, soap, salt & pepper etc… The location is great, near the lake, we went running and it was beautiful. Every thing is quite close… We ate breakfast once, most days we bought products and ate in the room. Eating in is better and saves money… Have fun ☺

Nice staff, large buffet, nice locaiton with great view.

A beautiful place for families for a relaxing but also entertaining holiday. The facility is very wide. There is a large 50-metre swimming pool, a pool bar and a soccer field. Bikes can be rented and the arcade used. Almost all rooms or apartments have a great view of the lake. The staff is very helpful. The only negative point is that large coaches regularly block the steep access to the hotel, so that other guests with their cars can hardly continue. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated, the apartments are functional and are sufficient for a summer holiday at all. Especially for families the Poiano is highly recommended!

The hotel is really great. Were there in the beginning of September, room was nice, food very good, the pool also very nice. The staff was always very friendly! We'll be back!

The structure is very large and surrounded by nature, for this to keep high the level of the 4 stars requires more care and attention on things, starting with the staff not always friendly, the furnishings of the rooms outdated and especially the mattresses really Uncomfortable: Completely ungrounded in the center. The first night I woke up every two hours so much was uncomfortable and in the morning I blamed a strong back ache, the next night I tried to sleep at the ' ' opposite ' ', putting the pillow where they would go the feet, hoping to find some relief but the situation It hasn't changed… Another night in white and painful awakening. The room is number 144, I hope that this review serves to those who have to have to change these mattresses, which have left me, alas, a very bad memory of this hotel.

My wife and I stayed in October 17 for a week at the Poiano resort. We had booked HP and were very pleased with the food and service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room with balcony and lake view and were very satisfied with the room and with the cleaning and cleanliness in the entire well maintained facility. Anytime again!

Our favorite vacation point: lake view and central location.

Place nice food not so good.

The good — Very nice resort with a great view, although expensive. Nice activities for the family. The bad — not the nicest staff. There was a wedding on Saturday evening and earlier the pool was full of drunk roudy men yelling, cursing and generally creating a non child friendly atmosphere. There were fireworks at 10pm that night and music till 11. Also pool towels cost money, and the buffet dinner is very expensive and not worth it.

Very poorly arranged apartment. Expected to be saying for 5/6, it is already difficult to move to 3… The kitchen is not practical at all, the terrace can only contain 4 chairs with a tiny table. Unable to have Wi-Fi, free (30 min but cut to any connection problem). Noisy
In positive the location of the houses, the size of the pool and the friendliness of the staff and the animations offered. Lecadre outside is very nice!

Old and poorly appointed apartments, but fortunately the air conditioning works (noisy nonetheless). Swimming pool and fitness room free but if you plan to entertain yourself with other activities, do not count on this hotel: Wi-Fi limited to 30min/day, paying beyond (but disengaged if you have some computer skills), tennis court paying (€12 Per hour), paid yoga (€6), two table tennis tables (one in full sun, all-metal and distorted, the other next to the pool), toilet paper paying, staff uncomfortable (some exceptions), apartments poorly soundproof. Fortunately the view is beautiful and the pool large and well made.

Wonderful resort. I came here last year with my sister and loved it so much we came back with the whole family to celebrate my 30th birthday. A truly special place with spectacular views with brilliant and friendly service.

I was with my husband and two friends from 15 to 18 c. M. And beyond the vivid congratulations for everything that has been able to offer us the Poiano Resort and the beautiful scenery of Lake Garda, I would like to stress just this: I've never seen so many tourists in a resort of this period. There must be a reason!
