The best in the region in terms of quality/money ratio. And in general a decent option.

The room smelled of rotten eggs. The carpet is really wet when entering the carpenter. Disgusting.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel hardware is not good, room air conditioning does not run. Parking is available and there is a large shopping supermarket nearby. Breakfast economy is generally enough.

Old and poorly kept rooms, staff not competent and also foreign staff who can not speak Italian. Inopportune and rude staff. Breakfast average. We had booked half board but we only knew on site that the hotel did not have the restaurant working so for the half board they lean to another restaurant to be reached by car with which the hotel has some kind of convention x which a Person can eat only one dish! Absurd! Experience not to be repeated absolutely!

Clean, friendly staff, cozy rooms. The breakfast was very small but this is common with the Italians. I'm very happy. Employees can also take part in German, which has made us very good at the orientation of our companies. Happy to be back!

Hotel convenient to get to Gardaland park, we stayed for 2 nights for about 200 euros with breakfast (2 adults, 2 children). 3 stars for breakfast a little simple in food and in Service.

Friendly staff but the property leaves to be desired. A hearty breakfast, Gardaland is a 9-minute drive away.

Very nice hotel to spend a few days. Very close to all the POI from the area Gardaland Sealife Natura Viva Aquardens.

Really deserves its 3 stars Our room is small and there are three beds packed into it (one double), which are very uncomfortable — the covers thin and pillows flat. There was a half-eaten protein bar under one of the beds, not cleaned up by the staff. The toilet doesn't flush on the first try. The minibars don't have things in them, the reception is where you buy things (also discount tickets for Gardaland) Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms and only works in the lobby (but they still keep bragging about their gratis Wi-Fi) Their restaurant doesn't work most of the day but their (included) breakfast choice is fair. Their spa/massage closes at 9, they also apparently have a fitness As far as parking goes they have space in front of the hotel and in the back, under a roof — all out in the open. The receptionist leaves at 11:30pm and you need to call a number written on the entrance to enter. Every time you leave the hotel you must leave your key at the reception. You don't have many options for walking nearby — there is no sidewalk. You do have a great pizzeria called Millenium and a Supermarket really close-by, and the parks Gardaland and Sea Life, Movieland and Caneva, Parco Natura Viva and others are all a short car ride away.

Comfortable bedroom with bathrooms. Nice people. Big free parking. 10 minutes far from the lake by car. Room a bit expansive though.

This is a 3 star hotel perfectly as expected, all the staff are friendly, quality price within normal, pets accepted and ample free parking. Lunch there is very near La (Pizzeria Millenium) where you can eat very well and at a very reasonable price.

Just great, very nice rooms, but most staff nice and helpful! Just minutes from Gardaland and various parks in the area, cheap and quality, lucky that there is.
