We stayed in the pool view room in August. We had a really good time! In my opinion and the maximum for a weekend of total relaxation. The property is brand new and the pools are very nice. Breakfast is varied and plentiful! The spa is not bad, there are two or three sauns and the Turkish bath. Plus there's the women-only space. Ultimately I recommend it without any doubt.

Great to relax. The rooms are manicured and clean. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner, hearty and healthy. The cuisine is sought after but not in an exaggerated way. The pools and spa are as you'd expect in a similar place: clean and pleasant even at the view (stone and wood inserts). Why three stars? The hot tub in my room was broken (it can happen) but it is intolerable, in a structure of such a level, that organic residues (hair and sewage) come out of the vents and filters. Too bad maybe mine was just bad luck.

Just perfect. The wellness area is great. The warm mineral water thermal spa inspires. Room with round bed is something else. And quiet pleasant ambience.

Very nice the indoor and outdoor bathtubs and the spa. Bad half board inside the hotel, dine outside I recommend it. It was a very good place to eat breakfast. Very friendly staff. No Lake View.

Amazing SPA, hotel and location. Bardolino is super.

And the 5 time we go and every volra was perfect or almost but this time I'm sorry but I have to give two stars. Arrived late morning around 11 am I ask Sr was possible takes the room a little before x way of my son Ancira newborn, also paying an extra M8 is told that there are no free rooms and they will do it as soon as possible. Moral of the fable from 11 to 14 50 call us saying that they gave us a bigger room at the same price… But the hell wasn't at the Conplete. Meanwhile my little and with the Fever x Jun Daniel blew a cold wind thanks. I think I change structure the Prissima time.

I was there with a friend of mine to spend an afternoon of total relaxation. Beautiful hotel with free parking. Well-groomed pools and friendly staff attentive to the needs of the customer. I would definitely stay here again.

Are checked in very short term without booking (it was/is low season) directly via the reception. The hotel looks very generous from the outside and luxurious u makes a modern impression. There are plenty of parking spaces. The staff are friendly. What is immediately noticeable are the seemingly kilometre-long corridors to reach the room. The rooms are well maintained, while the carpet and shower cubicle (especially the joints) have a somewhat abgetanzt effect. Despite the deactivated air conditioning system, you always feel that a slight draught is creeping in. Beds are OK. Breakfast is sensational (especially for Italian relationship). In particular, the possibility to squeeze fresh fruit and vegetable juices, I find great. We did not see the spa area as we had to do during the day and from 17uhr children are not welcome there (not even in the pool). I find that personally ugly (19/20h would be good alternative) — but of course I understand it. There were times when I was also annoyed about kids shouting… all in all OK. You expect something more after the first impression. It is a somewhat impersonal bunker due to its size.

Have spent here the Flittetwochen in the Roundsuit with HP. Everything very very good.

Modern hotel and spa. Good location close to Bardolino town, harbour, bus station and park. Stayed in July, given double Aqua room which was small for 3 sharing but view of the pools were fabulous. Arrived on early flight and was told to leave luggage and explore town. We were exhausted so not happy with that. Air con in room was intermittent and not functioning too well. Stayed on half board, self service breakfast which was very satisfactory, evening meal was waiter service. Fair menu for this size hotel and food was good tasty local dishes. The pools both indoor and outdoor are the main feature of this hotel and make up for any negatives. I would come back but would choose a larger room.

Valpolicella just beyond. Nature, wine, food and hospitality… A wonderful spa and friendly and helpful staff. Nice and spacious rooms, furnished with care, clean and cared for. To visit!

Location Those who love water find bread for their teeth. Modern and trendy Hotel, eco-friendly and surrounded by water. Incredible contrast between The 35 degrees of the outdoor pool and the 0 degrees of the surrounding air. It Will become my reference. Cleaning at the top. Tailor-made Services. It's Worth the cost.

Too bad for some basic details.
Air in the room not working for 3 days nonostanete various reports, animation and dinner of New Year pretty poor, reception staff little informed about the area, on the bus. ETC Nothing to say about the center and the pools… Perfect facilities and very nice staff.
P. S. From A center like that you expect more.

Absolutely loved it. Romantic clean and amazing facilities. Stuff is extra kind and the restaurant andbthe bar offer great menus and high quality food. I really recommend.

A hotel with spa absolutely to try. A relaxing and design environment the rooms are large and with a beautiful view. The spa really exceptional with saunas, Turkish baths and then there are the Jacuzzi pools that say spectacular. The friendly and professional staff.

Hotel makes a thoroughly upscale to luxurious impression. Premises good to very good, although some things don't seem to have really thought through (e. G. What should the waste bins for wet waste, paper and packaging in the bedroom, when there is sufficient space in the hallway in existing built-in/substructure cabinets? ) Furthermore, the claim as a Spa/Spa does not quite fit the reality, because simply too loud! We were guests at the end of October at the beginning of November. I don't really want to know what's going on in the main season times here!
Kitchen and service were ok except for negligible details!
The spa area is very generous (different types of sauna, sufficient reclining/relaxation options).
The location of the hotel is good, the picturesque old town core of Bardolino is easily within walking distance in 5-10 minutes.
All in all, highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.
Another tip for "sun-hungry" in autumn: Be sure to take care of a room in the tract where the reception is located (= southwest), otherwise too shady and quickly cool, if you sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine;-)

Beautiful facility, very clean, staff mostly very friendly and tried to go to the sauna area in the basement (unfortunately no possibility outdoors).

Pro: — Very nice saunas — Nice room — Free parking Con: — Relatively small and croudy breakfast room.

All in all we felt very comfortable, + comfortable rooms + quiet atmosphere + very tasty and rich breakfast + large bathrooms + friendly and helpful staff throughout the complex + spacious spa area-very clean + five minutes walk to the center-Sat Uberty in the room could be more accurate (storage areas were not dusted off) — mold spots on the silicone seals in the shower-light-door walls-at night disturbing, permanently burning LED on the ceiling.

Nice, clean, very pleasant staff.

Great hotel in great location. Only a 5 minute walk to Bordilino, which is a beautiful town. The hotel is modern and minimalist with lots to do if the weather is fine or inclement.

Good hotel. Used to be better a few years ago. Food is still ok but accomodation should be maintained better.

Excellent 4* Resort with young, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and big enough. Highlight are the inside/outside pools and spa/sauna area. Ideal location very close to Bardolino city center. Parking garage with plenty of space.

I was very good at this hotel, the facility is beautiful and the rooms are in very good condition. We went round suite, what a show! We only stayed one night but will definitely be back!

Me and my family had a wonderful time at the Aqualux resort. We enjoyed the spa and the outdoor pools. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very nice. It is a nice place to take some time off your stressful life!

I stayed at the Aqualux Hotel over a weekend in mid-June 2016 and I really enjoyed it.
The setting is very tranquil and ideal in order to derive maximum benefit from all the services that the hotel offers.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel is impeccable, particularly in the area of spa centres, where I also greatly appreciated the professionalism of staff, is running, both in the explanation of various treatments.
I hope to soon have the opportunity to return to this property, I recommend to everyone.

Ladies and gentlemen,
with shudder, we think back to stay in your home, service will be lowercase when you very and is no relation to the prices that you call, so it took 2 days until the drain in our shower worked and even 3 days until finally the sanitary napkin with a guest ahead of us had taped the light on the smoke detector, has been removed. However, the Sahnehhäubchen was 10 06 on Friday. When we came for breakfast at 9 20: 00 up to our room and the maid had been completely rearranged our whole valuables were well noted in the Save and we had not checked out yet. Rather than to apologize and to leave the room the Lady started yet loud with us to discuss, we then went to the front desk, then phoned the Lady in our room and we heard the maid on the other side of the reception shouting, that don't even go. Something like that may not appear in a House which rises so high standards for themselves, there are up to 2 stars. It was not all bad, massage such as very well and also most was Wednesday and Thursday we were served very nicely at the bar, but that was it then broadly even. Small tip on the edge, you send your staff just at the color hotel, because you can see then, how to deal with guests that you would like to see again. It's a pity really.

Are Diego I've been twice in this wonderful hotel, staff very friendly and very helpful, very fine restaurant and excellent breakfast, beautiful pools, spa area and my two girls didn't want to get out of the water.
I recommend it to all good keep it up.

Good hotel well situated short walk from Bardolino and Lake. Stayed in room at front of hotel. Very disappointed with very unpleasant stains on sofa and had to request a sheet to cover it. When complained to reception was told "it was the people before you". Yes had realised that but surely the cushions could have been changed or sofa removed? No. Not possible. During one very noisy night where a food stall had been set up outside and a number of people were clearly in training for Moto racing by doing laps I gave up and rang reception at 4.30am. The next day we were finally offered the quiet room we had requested when booking following my friends major surgery to help recovery. Apparently Thomson only have the noisy ones at the front. That is the big negative. The rest of the hotel is amazing. Food fabulous. Very clean. Pools amazing and staff very friendly and helpful. The girl who does the eggs for breakfast is an absolute star and deserves a very special mention for the care she shows each guest. Also the dining manager and all the staff plus those in the Sparkling Bar. Yes a big hiccup but (apart from some dodgy weather) otherwise a fabulous holiday.

Place nothing short of exceptional. A short walk from the Centre of Bardolino, is a really great, clean and kept very well. The staff are really nice and helpful. Also I think I ate the best Burger of the Earth.

All was nice, rooms' fornitures are pretty new and bathroom is roomy. Huge selection of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. Receptionists, as well as the rest of the staff, have been very kind and took care of all our requested and needs.

Stayed for 3 nights for a wedding and managed to sample most things the hotel had to offer, including the pools, bar and Wellness centre Please show the staff in the Wellness centre how to make a cup of cappuccino as at €4.00 a throw we had 2 and both were not hot! Should have asked for another or complained but didn't as we were rather shattered after a very early start travelling from UK to Verona.

Two days were wonderful … the gorgeous setting where you can relax saw peace that reigns, staff very nice, one of the better breakfasts I've done with a large choice of organic products and fresh, the SPA within beautiful!

Extremely relaxing and pleasant environment. The rooms are well appointed and functional with great comfort. The spa area well designed, shame in pivate spa there is only one more thing quallhe sauna, perhaps wouldn't have spoiled such as a Turkish bath and a nice shower … The staff found it extremely courteous … for those who want to spend pleasant moments, surely this is a perfect place!

My experience at the hotel is started well but worsening by the hour.
They forgot to book a massage for me and my roommates, were few and mostly unfriendly in the management of their mistake.
Nevertheless I think it is a hotel where you can have a good stay for the money.

Spectacular hotel … everything perfect … If it weren't for breakfast in the morning … where there are few places to sit for the greatness of the hotel … But I will definitely be back …

Aside from the bottle of prosecco which package you purchased on arrival had been planned but was missing, what there is little liked was the purchase of the package that included 1 night and 2 days. Check-in was planned at 15 (although the room I had at 14.30). Check out instead at 11. More than two days. I asked for a chance to check out the latest (including surcharge), but was denied. So we couldn't take advantage of the spa as we wished. Otherwise great hotel.

There isn't a bad thing I can say about this place… Neh, nothing. We booked this after looking somewhere in Lake Garda that was more suitable for adults, while children are made welcome there isn't alot for them to do. Location wise, you're just a gentle and straightforward walk into Bardolino where there are plenty of bars and restaurants (amazing food), just don't expect to eat between 2-3pm. Anyhow back to the hotel, it's a spa hotel, so in the courtyard there's different types of pool for you to try out with plenty of seating where you can relax while sipping on that well earned G&T from the outdoor bar. If you want more R&R then book yourself into the spa for a massage or go downstairs to the treatment rooms, Nate in mind this is central Europe so you may find the of bit of naked skin… The staff are friendly, welcoming and most if not all are multilingual and can help you with every enquiry thrown at them. We booked to eat in the hotel at night and were more than surprised at the quality of meals available, all were locally sourced and fresh. Please give this place a try.

Spent in the Aqualux a few days to Wellness, a modern, attractive Hotel is located 5 minutes from the centre of Bardolino, and is equipped with all comforts. Especially I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness in the rooms as well as in the Restaurant and in the Spa area. In the indoor pool area is not very cozy, however you will find a very relaxing atmosphere in the Spa area. Caution is, however, with the replacement offered: rooms 301 — 312, and 401 — 412 are located above the Spa or outdoor pool and are therefore very warm and because of the constantly running Poolpumpen or hydro, as well as the adjacent street is not peaceful.

I had a great day with my girlfriend thanks to a gift package which included pools and spas. The place is large and pleasant, courteous staff. There are several pools both indoors and outdoors. The spa is great with 5 6 bedrooms, all very nice. The calidarium didn't like because of a bad smell so we went out immediately. Pleasant experience that I recommend to everyone.

I've been an afternoon at the spa, what can I say, everything perfect, the relaxation area is very quiet, the saunas are of different shades, definitely.

The hotel is really very nice.
Service and staff very friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and the rooms are very nice and clean.
The hotel is a little secluded, for the area is very quiet. It is also walking within 5min in the streets of Bardolino.
The underground car park is free of charge and offers space for many cars because it is very large.
Wi-Fi in the public areas free of charge (restaurants/pool/bar). In room 30 minutes are free, then you would have to pay for it.
The prices at the bar are really cheap, we weren't really surprised!
The pool could be a little more heated during colder days — we had some rain and cloudy weather, since it would have been nice, if the water would have been a little warmer, but we were also so bathe :-) (Pool is approx. 28-30 degrees)
They had the fire alarm not so under control, were woken up 2 x the (debt was a bolt of Lightning) was not bad: turn around. Continue to sleep! ;)
We would in any case come back.

Is a hotel suitable for people looking to unwind. The hotel is very big and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is great and plentiful. The Spa is beautiful there is an indoor pool that is connected to an external one.
