Tidy hotel. Unheated pool, some of which is covered. Nice staff. The solo entertainer on the music evening in the bar was unbearable for me and unfortunately also to be admired in the room. A good third of the rooms have lake views. Gorgeous. Breakfast buffet is versatile, but not everything that can annoy late risers is refilled. Underground parking is available and necessary as there are no normal parking spaces nearby.

Very good location and great hotel.

Clean and well looked after. The main problem is that it is quite a long way from the main areas and out of season this means 1 bus per 30 minutes… and IF it turns up it is usually to full to take more!

Great hotel with well kept outdoor facilities and pool. Room very clean and large enough. Staff was super friendly. Fantastic view of the lake. Was there last year and can only recommend it. Beach Bar nearby. Underground garage and parking available.

Great Hotel with welcoming, friendly staff. Not the newest building anymore but clean and cozy. Breakfast is awesome (with a pancake machine! ) and dinner has got a great selection. The lake is directly reachable from the hotel with a private section on the beach.

Right on the lake, nice staff, the rooms are quite okay only the mattresses are too soft. The food is in buffet form of good quality.

Hotel facilities and rooms clean. Landlord and staff rather rude. Were with a 50 group there, for dinner (on average) a man was not allowed into the dining-room — he had a short leather pants on (costume). He was served the food (buffet) in the hotel bar — alone! It does not fit, because the restaurant is anything but upscale etiquette — visibly dirty dishes, rude operation, wrong billing…
The highlight was that we were thrown out of the restaurant at 21.00 (arrived at about 20 o'clock) because you wanted to uncover for breakfast! We were just going to drink like that. Too bad, there is no other nice hotel to use.

Fabulous views if Lake Garda and the surrounding hillsides. Good breakfast. Dinner is buffet and mass catered for coach parties. Clean, inexpensive but not gourmet dining.

Lovely rooms and views reception staff very helpful will be going back.

Stay with Smartbox treatment by gentlemen. As soon as I can get back. Then you are on the lake.

Suitable for people of a certain age. Pool. Relax. Organized excursions throughout northern Italy.

Lake front Hotel with great facilities and in a great location to visit the neighboring countries. As accommodation we were given a room with beautiful views of the Garda. Clean and nice Hotel.

I stayed for 3 days at this hotel with booking via SmartBox package. Staff courteous and professional, food exquisite and plentiful, room large and spotless. Convenient location to visit the north of Lake Garda and the cable car to Mount Baldo. I will definitely be back in the near future.

Nice hotel in a good location. However, unless you like a lot of bread the breakfast was limited and our stay was ruined by a couple of staff members who were very rude, though to be fair, others were much friendlier… not recommended.

Early MAi2016: TopHotel with ordinary rooms, very friendly staff and a very rich breakfast buffet. Also, the evening buffet very good. Location directly on the Lake. The road between hotel and the Lake was not disturbing. Very pleased and will definitely return.

In the dining room, not enough tables were available — very poor organization and management. The food was average. The staff in the dining room and the bar was very accommodating, but rather unfriendly reception. The rooms are small and have already
seen better times. More of a 2 star hotel.

Great hotel with some losses. Views from the hotel room on the Garda was really top. But should anyone be clear most often heard in the street at night clearly and as soon as a car passing by came… the shutters schepperten. I see need to catch up where I have to say that I'm really not meticulous cleanliness. Cobwebs in the corners and Staubflüsen on the edges of furniture as well as hairs in the bathroom. Furniture stayed off. Arrangement you will not understand the light switch itself after 3 weeks. Bathroom window was not tilted. 1 out of 2 mattresses was located through completely. Parking places were limited to available. Paid Wi-Fi. Now the positive sides. Grounds very beautiful and well maintained. Super clean bed linen. Large storage cupboard. In addition, pool towels. Common rooms nice and clean at first glance. Breakfast buffet super abundant. Beautiful bar. No chlorinated water. — The staff was nice but to friendly endeavors. In the broadly OK because of price but with a longer stay I would change rather on another hotel.

We will be available to the 14 visit the hotel Drago. I think a comment is unnecessary by itself. We are always curious what improvements it will be this year. Respect, in the many years we have amazed again and again how the hotel to its former glory and new charm has found back.

Excellent stay here with fellow classic car owners. Very clean, good value for money with excellent buffet dinner. Great for lakeside walks and good access to Garda and Malcesine. Ferry only a few metres away. We would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel near the beach. Nice view, good pool. Very nice staff and the owner was very helpful in a bit of early check-out-crisis. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was OK. Regional buses to Garda and Verona leave in 30m of the hotel.

Class hotel, rooms and facilities with swimming pool very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast and dinner in buffet style. We like to come back.
