Rooms always very clean and tidy, swimming pool with pleasant whirlpool, great menu for lunch and dinner with many variations, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, I did not find any negative note!

A welcoming and very refined hotel with every comfort and staff always available and prepared even in the spa and wellness area, especially well-groomed, always clean and able to offer excellent services of care to the person. The menu is excellent and varied, starting from the breakfast of the morning rich and abundant both sweet and salty and the dinner can propose different specialties and typical of the territory accompanied by an excellent wine list. A beautiful place, a very nice strut but in the room you could not change the heating which was too high. Lunch and dinner were included in the package but not drinks, they make you pay 5 euros the bottle of water, I find it exaggerated. They tell you that to open the garage door then have the remote control paying 20 euros that they return you at check out, but then when you are at the check out they do not ask you to return it and do not remember it. And so you find yourself 2 hours of travel later with this garage remote that you need nothing and 20 euros thrown away. Too bad for these things because everything else is good.

I was with my husband three days at this hotel via coupon. Compared to other experiences, having availability we booked in midweek days and this definitely has benefited. The staff were friendly and discreetly helpful. The room was clean, large and very nice, in pure mountain style, with a breathtaking view of the plateau. The spa is small, but very pleasant and consists of a complete path in wellness. We did not try the massages, but the pool included is large and has a warmer water area, several different whirlpool places. The breakfast buffet is very rich and you eat discreetly well. Positive experience and prices in general in line with spa of this level.

Me and some friends spent an afternoon at the SPA and pool area of this hotel. Very beautiful under all points of view, warm, welcoming, beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi is open to guests. Good breakfast and cleaning. Highly recommended.

The apartments are in the old style. The bathroom is small and the fan does not work well. The shower is tight. The Service at dinner table is very long. The menu proposed at dinner was the one of the day and seemed warmed up. I recommend it.

Nice hotel with a good spa. The restaurant is nice, the people working there are absolutely nice (especially with children). Rooms are spacious and clean. Given the hotel level and price I would have expected a slightly better overall experience, but I will anyway probably return here in the future. Also nice swimming pool and spa.

I took advantage of the hotel spa, I did not stay. Very cozy Spa with emotional showers, saunas, Turkish bath, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, relaxation area. It was a nice experience, only downside is the water temperature of the pool and whirlpool which was too cold and also the ambience of the relaxation area was little heated.

Comfortable Hotel. Our large room, with balcony and great panorama. Very friendly and helpful staff SPA, with two types of saunas, Turkish bath, etc. And swimming pool with mega whirlpool, are really a gem. The prices, at this time, are within reach of many. So even if out of season, I recommend a nice weekend of relaxation. Great… Good staff Hotel Gaarten.

Beautiful structure with quality SPA for days of relaxation. A five-minute drive from Asiago. Good food and good wine. Great service. Very clean and cared for rooms. Breakfast varied and abundant in a typical mountain setting. Recommended!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The dinners are excellent! Breakfast was good. The spa is included but for the bathrobes to pay separately, it is to say the least ridiculous for a 4 star hotel, for the first time I see this!

The room is small and poorly lit, steps that the context is fake but some more Watts/Tyrolean rural wouldn't hurt.
The corridors of the hotel and the spa changing rooms are not cleaned, the tub of the pool has a button for the hot tub that doesn't work.
The Gold Coast (auf deutsch) is a piece of 20 square meters, accessible only from the pool.
