I used, indeed I should have taken advantage of the thermal mud affiliated with the ASL: the Relilax charges an extra 49 euros for the visit with the doctor to be done compulsorily before the treatment. This amount must be included in the ticket of 55 euros (3, 10 euros for exempt). Among the many hotels in Abano and Montegrotto contacted, the Relilax is the only one to adopt this behavior, so it is not to be recommended.

Had a wonderful experience this weekend at Terme di Relilax. The amenities and rooms were well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most were able to communicate in English, which was extremely helpful since my Italian is still very poor. My only complaint was the firm bed, but that’s just personal preference. I will definitely be returning!

The new outdoor pool is really different from any other: it's true that it feels like staying on a tropical beach. Perfect water temperature for summer. Super courteous staff. All new, nice and clean. Wonderful spa. Very pleasant bistro and eaten great. Prices all in all justified by the really high quality. Congratulations!

I went with my mother, with advice from friends, to the relilax hotel spas to spend a day relaxing, which then turned into a nightmare day!. I would say that from the very beginning the staff was very friendly, even apologizing for the inconvenience of parking, helping us and explaining the spa route. So far we had a great time. After about two hours, while we were lying in the sun, a wasp stung my mother. We then went immediately to the lifeguard as it began to itch, and the latter told us a stick specially for stings. The situation after half an hour worsened, itching and redness with ponfi on the arms and general malaise; specific that there had never been such a violent reaction but the most sympathetic part was when after going to the reception (at the entrance) twice: the first to receive disinfectant (to put on the blush and frankly I do not know what it was for) and a second time to hear me say that I had to go to the pharmacy myself to get an antihistamine. I can understand that somehow the staff can not leave the job and that they have to maintain the "front" of the baths but the kindness received on arrival is completely diminished as we were told, essentially that we had to arrange. The staff were completely unprepared to deal with such situations (they didn't even know what to do or who to call) that can happen as they have an outdoor garden. Result of the day?

Very cozy relaxing place and very helpful employees. The only flaw. So no the maximum of stars. Despite being a hotel/spa if you only use the spa relaxation service you have to remember to have soap and shampoo as the property is not equipped.

A nice location. It was a very nice and friendly staff. Relaxation is breathed in the air. The location is very romantic. I also had a massage and the girl was very good; Despite being my first massage I felt immediately comfortable and finished the whole thing I felt very light. I would highly recommend it.

To enjoy a day of complete relaxation, formal and luxurious environment is mandatory to speak in a low voice. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, bio sauna, Turkish bath and Finnish sauna.

Too much noise in the spa, by people who clearly has no idea how to behave in a spa.

We had a wonderful evening at this property. For the price of 32 euros you can buy the evening entrance with free access to the beautiful SPA. Quality finishes, regulated turnout and a well-cared wellness area make this place the ideal destination to unwind and relax. We'il be back for sure!

We were only in the spa area. I found the changing rooms very clean and sufficiently spacious compared to the turnout. The inner tank is very pleasant and the aesthetic choice of the materials particularly apt. The outside tub was not very hot even though we were told frequent frequenters who usually didn't. Attentive and professional Service. Sad Note the lunch, really from 1 star, we stayed on the stomach until the next evening! Overall prices a little big compared to the level but not counting the bistro, however 4 stars.

I have not stayed but only used the pool area. I have to say that fantastic is a little! The changing rooms are clean and equipped with lockers with the code, there are hairdryer and the showers are very wide. They give you towels whenever you need them. There are 2 saunas and a Turkish bath, plus 4 emotional showers and an emotional path. A small indoor pool with 3 Jacuzzis and a larger one with whirlpool and fountains for the cervical. The outdoor pool has hydro massages and a dream temperature!

I only visited the spas and they are really great! New, very beautiful and rich in water games. A great place to relax!

Entrance without reservation made today at the cost of nonsense, 37 euros per person. A modern, wide, first-rate structure complete with all the services to ensure a full day of relaxation. To try absolutely.

I was in the pool with a good given. I could also take advantage of the fantastic spa. Stunning gorgeous outdoor pool, indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall. The spa was another small pool where do tub, emotional showers and paths of various types, Turkish bath, sauna, Finnish bath and showers with hot-cold water. Gorgeous day and excellent service. The Bistro offers many products at a high price (but that was to be expected). I recommend to spend a beautiful day. The staff are welcoming and follows you if you need. Also you can do gym and swimming pool are delivered two towels per person.

Relaxing and classy. The place is really well cared for in every detail. The water temperature is ideal in all tanks and beautiful is the outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Recommend the showers!

I can only review the evening entrance; I must say very lovely place with access to indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, various trails and cave! There are excessive rowdiness on the part of children.

The hot pools and paths are really wonderful and allow you to spend an evening of relaxation pure.
Very neat, clean and elegant structure is never too crowded.

Staff bad attitude to the extreme. And there is no work card, no record of name, bully foreigners! Highly recommended, don't go!

I regard the Ambassador having made use of the day spa. Definitely one of the most aesthetically beautiful and modern. From the same large changing rooms, with combination lock, clean bathrooms and showers. Correct the temperature of the indoor and outdoor pools with whirlpools and jets. Provided two towels. Large hot pools. The lawn well taken care of. Nice is also a sauna, bio sauna, steam bath and aroma showers for those interested. In contrast do not accept reservations, you have to try your luck on the spot, asking ben 40 € per head. The size of the pools, the amount and variety of whirlpools are not at the same level as other nearby structures. Though the amount of guests stays allowing to enjoy the thermal flawlessly. The CAP is not needed.

Dream Spa, renovated is lovely. The location is wonderful, relaxing, the large pool is all covered with slate and is a gem.
Staff friendly, smiley, very clean. Nice exteriors. Continue thus also for above-average price policy: allows selection and avoid overcrowding.
