Beautiful hotel, very clean and attention to detail! Great experience, very good food, spectacular SPA and pools and a great smell everywhere. I had a great time and can't wait to go back.

We stayed for the second year in a row in this beautiful property. After 4 wonderful days, my little girl had a great time.
This year we tried the SPA and I can say GREAT!
Delicious food and very helpful staff, both at the Giove Restaurant and at the Bistrot Due. Zero.
If I have to look at the "hair in the egg" I preferred a communication through posters where he warned customers that in the pools outside there was a "malfunction" of the jacuzzi and on the mushroom x the cervical.

Then instead, I would have a note to make to customers … if by chance moving your car you bump and crawl the cars of other parked customers, kindly leave your data in reception and do not run away doing the "fake tonti"… souvenirs on cars are not nice surprises.

Beautiful hotel, courteous and friendly staff, the Spa is fantastic. A special mention for Roberta, of the restaurant, who followed us and pampered us, taking a personal interest after learning of a strong food intolerance.

the pools and spa are very spacious and welcoming, wonderful water and lots of whirlpool outside and inside. Absolutely recommended to release the tensions of the day and make an evening of pure relaxation.

Very nice hotel with professional staff, prepared and above all very friendly and ready to smile, both at the reception and at the spa and swimming pools. Maximum hygiene as well as the continuous disinfection of the rooms and furnishings. Clean and large pools, spa complete with everything you need including a really relaxing relaxation area, I could spend hours there! We had an aperitif at the bistro where you can also access in a bathrobe, even for lunch and dinner, as an alternative to the internal restaurant, more formal. We also had dinner at the bistro and both aperitif and dinner met our expectations, a praise to all the staff!

Beautiful and relaxing Valentine's Day, modern and well-kept hotel in detail, great cleanliness, romantic atmosphere, beautiful pools and very kind and caring staff! Only thing dinner would have been better to anticipate it by half an hour so you don't have to run away with a bite in your mouth (a fantastic dessert! ) because of the curfew! Everything else perfect. We will be back!

Great natural thermal pool, open until 11:30 p. M… Awesome! Very kind and helpful staff. Huge spa, mud baths, etc… at the top! Only small downside: the restaurant's cuisine, sometimes tasteless dishes and overcooked meats. Too bad because for the rest it's a great hotel and spa!

We were here for six days. The spa services are outstanding. We paid half board and the breakfast and dinners were wonderful. Very convenient to train station.

We had a wonderful stay in Italy, in no small part because of the wonderful stay at the Hotel Mioni. The staff was wonderfully pleasant, the meals had variety and were very good quality, the wine selection was good, the pools were lovely. It was an good experience. As an example of a small touch, we arrived late on the first day and the hotel had a cold meal ready for us in our room when we checked in. The small touches make this a great hotel. There are some improvements to made to the grounds, and for Americans the room may be a tad small, but those are minor issues in the grand scheme. If you come expecting a simple, comfortable, friendly stay you won’t be disappointed.

Attended during a day spa with a support room. Modern hotel, well-structured, standard small but clean master bedroom, spa complete with hammam, sauna, biosauna, spa cave, pool with hot tub, kneipp path, vichy shower (recommended! ) relaxation area. Interesting the path with ice tubs for the feet but I did not make it! Too cold and my feet hurt! Indoor and outdoor spa pool with hydromassages, cervical fungus. The outdoor pool has various (reported) heights ranging from 60cm for children up to 1meter and 75 meters deep! Spritz drank by the great pool!
Recommended! We will definitely be back and next time we will also book a massage!

I gave 5 stars because this place is gorgeous. Starting with the polite and caring polite staff. Moving on to the restaurants one very well-maintained, one outside on the pool, great menus for good and fine foods. Of the spa pool with 35 degree water with various hydromassages and 2 jacuzzis I do not say anything only is to try and that's it. Comfortable rooms with climate, mini bar, TV, free Wi-Fi, etc. Etc. The price the sore note but what you would expect from such a 4 star. That's great for me.

Modern hotel in the center of Montegrotto. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Supplied towels, bathrobes, room cobblers and a bag to bring what you need to the pool center. If you want to keep your bag after your stay you need to pay 10 euros. Swimming pools quite large and clean. Very hot water on the outside, but very pleasant. You must have the headset, however, otherwise you can buy it at the entrance of the spa before the pools. The staff were very friendly and friendly. Breakfast with a very varied buffet. The only flaw for which I think I will no longer book at this hotel (unfortunately) : the room I was given was on the side of the hotel near the railway; at night I did not rest for the continuous din that the trains made when they passed, and it was Saturday. It was a detail that unfortunately bothered me a lot. Great value. Recommended for the day at the spa, to stay at night maybe ask the staff directly if you can have a room away from the railway.

Hotels with 4-star pretension and with service well below minimum standards.
Too many rooms in front of a tiny pool, where the hot tub is close to the children's tub. Relaxation and quiet zero. Furniture of bad taste, lacks a style that harmonizes the various spaces. It can be seen that the expansions were made to tax as many people as possible and earn the maximum.
Maximum greed, minimal comfort.
Experience not to be repeated.

Lovely friendly staff, as welcome as we have ever felt as non italian speakers whilst in Italy! great variety on menu and pools wonderful. Its right next to the railway which might be a problem for some but is an added bonus for my husband who is a train buff and could happily sit on the balcony watching them go past all day. Bonus is that its 10 mins to Padua by train, 30 mins into the centre of Venice and in the opposite direction down the line lovely Montelice and even better Montagnana!

The highlights are: large rooms with spotless facilities. Buffet with good fruit and dessert contours. Dog friendly, in the room you can find all the necessary.
Weak points: The proximity to the station (feel the trains pass), organization schedules pension/spa.

We had an beautiful stay here. The dinners and breakfast were incredible. The pool was spectacular and the staff was super nice. Convienient for travel to the mountains, or major cities in Italy. Minutes from Padua.

Beautiful spa completely renewed with many saunas and Kneip route. Outdoor pools a little dated but definitely spacious and with a real source of thermal water. The only sore note for the everyday are the very small changing rooms (on weekends it is customary to have a locker every two people). Good value for money.

The SPA and the pool are very nice, clean and well equipped. But the bathrooms and changing rooms are really very small and do not guarantee privacy while changing. Children under the age of 18 cannot enter the spa and are obliged to stay in the pool alone if the parents are in the spa. They also pay the same price as adults (€45 for daily), information that is difficult or even not available on the Internet site. The prices are too high for the service offered.

Is a very special place it have's different kinds of hydromassage is behind the train station and you can even take a taxi there so is a very confortable!

I was at the Mioni Royal San as a daily in their pools. Completely renovated, I was really good! The staff is very kind the Spa a dream. Bathrobe and towel included and also a clutch bag with toiletries. Really comfortable! It would take just a few more hair dryers but still I will definitely go back.

I took advantage of the daily entrance or the spa day, place exceptional super modern with all the comforts possible. Staff very nice and instruito, impeccable cleanliness even in the bathrooms. A wonderful day of relaxation I highly recommend! I give 4 stars out of 5 for the lack of information of obligation to wear the headphone on the site informed by the staff who welcomed us. Very easy to reach also because it is one meter from the train station so very convenient. Compliments I'll definitely.

I have certain dietary health requirements and emailed ahead asking if they could accommodate me. They responded very quickly to my email and said they could. When I sat down to dinner on the first night they had a note I was gluten free and went through the menu with me. Excellent customer service and beautiful food to go with it! Couldn't ask for more.

This is a hotel suitable for families and seniors. I am here now with my wife and I must say that we have been very miserable, because in the price there is only a pool, small, crowded and poor equipment. Everything else is paid and I would say very salty. From the poolside bar, and to all those things that in the hotel nearby give free. Only positive note the food good and plentiful and the kindness of the staff. You can't put a Spa on payment just because it's newly renovated. A certainty I will never return to this hotel, where even the rest is not guaranteed. The soft beds break your back and the pillow idem. LOW Overall Rating.

Hotel furnishings are obviously renewed, in the lobby some of them stylish without a real line and the rooms are modern furnished but not just comfortable. Cleanliness in rooms and spa area is absolutely fine. Staff is also keen, but speaks almost only Italian. Information is also available in Italian and English only. Important points of criticism about the restaurant: empty dishes are scarcely served at the starters ' buffet or in the desserts. Who is not at the first gets nothing. Also, there is no cozy lobby bar — Mini Disco is right next to it. Important points of criticism at the spa: This is public, so not only reserved for hotel guests and there are Badehaubenpflicht! Pool area is clean but worn out (except for a new, optional part) and relatively small. Attention: Children's Hotel!

We enter with the child of 15 months for an afternoon in the pools in front of €40 per adult, we find too many people crammed into the pool, tiny changing rooms, structure apparently pompous but to well look not clean (bugs on the curtains that cover the roof of Pool) and not well organized (sunbeds all occupied, and literally attached to each other) Eho had to look for the lifeguard to have two; We ate at the bar restaurant adjacent to the pool and the first one I tasted, a mediocre sauce of ragout. In the afternoon I go to get a yogurt and I find the window open inside the bar (Me and the baby were wet and in a bathrobe! ) and miss with a vacuum cleaner, I'm really annoyed about everything and at the exit Let me know at the reception that my impression is negative, they make me explanations of which I sincerely do not know what to do, they seem only made to convince people. I hope that they simply understand that they are not worthy and that they act for a real improvement.

Stay with voucher. Good value for money performance. Medium/high quality food. Generous and tasty buffet of sweets and appetizers. Nice and welcome aperitif on Saturday evening. 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices have risen from the past years but the quality remained unchanged (medium/high). Probably cost of modernization of the SPA relapsed on the rest of the services.

Has been high season however, one is treated like in a barracks so I can only advise against going there u Drive.

On Christmas Day my partner and I stayed at this Hotel and used the SPA. In the price was including breakfast and dinner plus we paid for access to the SPA and my partner took advantage of a massage. Overall we enjoyed the experience at the SPA was magnificent, we liked the staff organization and the plentiful food, only negative in the room did not work the heating and we reported it to the front desk but they didn't Solved. The hotel staff gave us a 15% discount coupon for the next overnight. The hotel also arranged on the evening of the 25th evening a musical evening which we very much liked. Other thing to report positive is that the hotel is close to the train station at 10 minutes from Padua. It is very likely that we will return.

Nice Hotel and great service, all very kind. Wonderful indoor and outdoor thermal pool. The only negative is for the SPA. A person goes to a spa to find peace and relaxation… it was practically impossible. There was not a slightest reminder from the staff to the silence. It seemed to be at the market. Unacceptable. Too bad because the place would deserve.

Very nice Weekend, clean room taken care of. We traveled with our dog which was well accepted and we found on our arrival the "Kit dog" with absorbent pad, water bowl and premium stick. It was a gratissima surprise. We were also at dinner. Good dishes, right doses, friendly service and very fast. Buffet hors d'oeuvres, vegetables, cheeses, sweets and very rich fruit. Pools crowded the right without bothering. Very positive the opening of the pools until 23 then romantic after dinner with water vapor suffuse lights. Definitely to redo and recommend.

Nice hotel. Half-board is pricey but decent. Bathrooms are tiny, but hey — — it is Europe. Place is known for its spa. My wife and I were probably the youngest people here (at 35). Very close to Eugene Terms Montegrotto. A 40min rail to Venezia.

We stayed at this hotel with a package smartbox. The structure is very nice especially swimming pool and wellness area. Nice room great breakfast. Recommended.

Let me start by saying that I went to the baths and the SPA and I had dinner at their restaurant. The Spa is really nice, especially the outside, the temperature of the water is nice and warm near the source but as minus the heat doesn't spread well (to the source water and very hot while at the entrance to the water I found it just warm), there are 2 tub with the bench and various water features and also of treadmills and bikes in water for those who want to make the move.
The SPA was really nice with the heated bench, the path kneep, emotional showers flavored (beautiful) the two saunas, steam room and Jacuzzi (a bit disappointing, I thought better) and have the option of having tea inside.
In the restaurant very good and in line with the 4 stars (appetizers and desserts at the buffet).
I would add that the staff was very kind and professional, and very helpful to my needs.
In SUMMARY: the place is magnificent and beautifully maintained, very good staff very attentive to customer needs, the SPA is done well and also the Spa, the food is yummy and also vegetarian choices.
A little disappointed with the non-uniform temperature across the pool but being naturally heated maybe it's better that way.

We stayed for two nights at this fantastic Hotel we'd been and again were flawless all staff from front Office Manager (Lorenzo) to the head nurse at waitress (Roberta) but especially the most personable and professional bartenders I've ever met ( (Maurie).

Everything about this place great except for the mandatory half board for RCI members… not worth the 50 euros per person per day.

Great, relaxing experience; was worth the price of their slow-season special offer—€134/person per night which included "half-board" (breakfast buffet, and 3-course dinner with mineral water and bottle of wine), 50min massage, and access to their pools (heated by a natural hot spring), sauna, and fitness room. The only trouble my partner and I encountered was not all employees were aware of the special offer, so we had to explain a few times that we shouldn't be charged for the above services/facilities. Save yourself €3 and bring your own swim cap.

Returned for 2 nights (for the 4th time at this property) after having temporarily abandoned for 2 years. Unfortunately we note with bitterness that the grounds of abandonment have not been resolved. The peculiarity that can be seen everywhere in the structure is the coldness and the staff doesn't smile. Upon check-in, no one explained the functionality of anything, nor directions to follow to the SPA, the Bar or lifts available. The structure is very large, the only place we could enjoy silence/relaxation is the stretch of hallway leading from the main lift all SPA: almost everywhere so many loud voices, shouts of adults and children, people diving in swimming pool running and shouting (internally and externally), also in welness silence was a mirage, even inside the Turkish bath, pretty much the feeling has been that of being in a public swimming pool. A pity, of course, for the cost of accommodation, but also because it personally after months of work and stress searching for a facility like this, without much tending expenses, to rejuvenate, pamper and relax, but none of that has happened, not even after I pointed out the problem to reception. The lifeguards and other staff I think they should do better in order to promote the much-vaunted concept of wellness and relaxation from the property.

I stayed with a friend (Daniela) at the hotel from 12/01 to 15/01 and then we continued from outside our medical spas of mud baths and, from day one, we were followed by a very good operator named Francis. It is a very professional and capable person who knows how to tell from facial expressions if everything goes well or if the mud is too hot, it follows you carefully and then is very nice, which is good, and therefore I feel compelled to recommend it to all the people who will go to hotel Mioni Royal San doing the treatment. We came back from a short break to spend new year's Eve. Good prices and excellent service, cleanliness and kindness from all the staff. I did not partake of the spa and I had time to take a dip in the pool to get quite cold. The impression is that the spa area is crowded by many hotel guests also by too many people arriving from outside. Excellent organization for the food service and tasty food also offered the new year's Eve in a pleasant atmosphere.

Nice place, nice pools. For nothing punctual in meetings in the massage, as for the start, while end in perfect time.
