We stayed for a relaxing weekend with Smartbox, I must say that the refuge is really nice cared for and clean. Immersed in nature and peace without city noises. Great food, we had dinner with two unique dishes and they were spectacular. Comfortable and cozy rooms, not too big but with a nice clean bathroom. Really courteous staff and helpful to meet customer requests. Breathtaking view from the panoramic terrace, really deserves a lot! I recommend it to relax away from the chaos of the city and the confusion. We will definitely be back.

Just finished our mini holiday in that of Pranolz, beautiful experience! Alessandra made us feel at home! Wood predominates over warm and welcoming environments!
The recently renovated rooms and spa combine rustic and modern in perfect harmony. Every corner is full of memories that Alessandra has been able to carefully set up in her refuge! The dishes are good and plentiful! Jams a gluttony
The relaxation area with fireplace for guests is a real gem.
We will return to try the outdoor vat and to do more excursions.

My fiancé and I spent two nights in this beautiful retreat, the room spacious and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, traditional cuisine and very good typical dishes. We also took advantage of the spa, a show. Recommended!

A wonderful structure, new but at the same time traditional, in a place completely immersed in nature. Nothing better for those who want to relax. Spectacular dinner, thanks to the chef of the House (the mother of the owner, exquisite person), who prepared us with venison stew, salami and local cheeses.

Don't go there. Rudeness, dirt, zero attention to customer TE. We wanted to leave but it was now late at night and unfortunately we had to stay. Never again.

Shelter suitable for a weekend of peace and tranquility, away from traffic and noise. From the rooms you can enjoy a beautiful panorama.
You are greeted by the smile of Alessandra who with her family manages the refuge. I recommend to taste the unique dishes, typical of the area.

We go on April 25th, we make order at 15.10 to a boy, after a few minutes we are informed by a lady at 15.30 we must leave the free table cause inauguration.
After pointing out that we could have been briefed before the poor time at our disposal, the lady frowns and responds sufficiently. Given the Rudenand, we get up and we go.

Service was excellent, the place is intimate and very friendly. Quiet, possibility of long and pleasant walks immersed in nature. Wellness Area fantastic

I was a guest of the refuge with my family in mid-July and I discovered really beautiful places for walking with children and has got a great welcome from the owners are always helpful and friendly.
Recommend this facility to anyone who wants to find relaxation and beautiful landscapes.
