We took the dumplings and they were frozen inside and the strudel was not available. A little disappointing.

Breathtaking view, convenient location, quaint local and really maximum employee courtesy. Congratulations to the Staff.

Mount Pelmo very nice seen from here. First and second excellent, desserts can be improved.

Hard not to stop X a snack or for lunch. In the summer you can enjoy a fabulous view.

We stayed there for 3 nights, the room was cozy and clean, with a big bathroom and a beautiful view. The breakfast was awesome, there were croissants, a big choice of homemade cakes, and also ham, cheese and eggs. The dinner was delicious, every day they change manu to offer different traditional dishes, we loved their spinach Kanerderli! Perfect position to star a lot of trekking. The owner and his wife are really nice people, and all the staff was nice. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely family-owned hotel. rifugio staulanza is the right place to stay if you want to be surrounded by nature, but have all the comforts of a 3 stars hotel. The wooden room was so nice and clean! And the atmosphere is really cozy. Marco and Cristina, the owners, are lovely. We liked a lot the breakfast, with all that homemade cakes and also the dinner was delicious. We will surely come back!

Overpriced. The food is really average, the self service breakfast area is as complete chaos (all the food and drinks are strategically placed in the tiniest bottle neck leading to the tables…). The bedrooms looked alright with great bathrooms but the beds were terribly noisy and old. It would all have been perfectly acceptable if the price was not so high. (Had a 5 star service, food, rooms for the same price and similar rooms/services for about half that price in other refuges in the Dolomites…)

Conveniently located right at the pass, where many hikes start or arrive, with a large parking place. The food and drinks are very good, but quite expensive. We didn't have to wait long before being served.

Excellent rifugio! The place looks great. The rooms are awesome. Shower is excellent. Everything looks new and very clean. The service is excellent. Food is good. There is free Wi-Fi.

I had a slice of case and a cappuccino. It was a great experience, I'll be back in future.

Cute place suitable for families and small groups. Easy to reach by car. Food quality excellent.

Great food very well prepared. The casunzei, beet ravioli with a butter poppyseed sauce, was the best I have ever had! It is a great place to stop for lunch heading to or from the mountains.
