Excellent hotel, friendly staff available, specifically highly professional Sokol waiters, comfortable and comfortable rooms, maximum cleanliness, expert Francesco Animator, hotel equipped with pool, Sauna, steam room, hot tub, fitness rooms, all working, as far as the cuisine chef Bravissimo, wide choice of Menu, hearty breakfast, in short a Hotel to recommend.

I felt like the staff were always judging me; small amount of food especially compared to the high price, taste was good, nothing more.

The place very nice, games room a little brytta but ok, pool, Jacuzzi give the most total comfort, gym useful but with few tools. The management is OK, maybe a little impatient. Besides the place is beautiful and also its geolocation.

Called in for lunch time coffee and "snack". Good refreshment and service in clean and well appointed Bar. Interesting picture and poster decoration.

Excellent point of support for the slopes of Alleghe, with shuttle service and the possibility of renting the equipment on site, the rooms are clean enough for the type of hotel "vintage", swimming pool and whirlpool free, with SPA fee (8 euros per hour), there I will definitely return.

The hotel is a 4 star and really worth all. The rooms are quite large and very clean and are equipped with a wardrobe with safe, a chest of drawers-dresser, two bedside tables, a small refrigerator, a coffee table with a chair, a long mirror and the TV. The bathroom is large and spacious and has a shower, bidet, washbasin, toilet (towels, soap, bubble bath and shampoo, hairdryer, shower cap) are provided.
The dining room is large and the dishes are very good, definitely food and quality ingredients (at least the ones I tasted). Excellent wellness area with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, gym. The hotel also has a reading/games room with tables for reading or playing cards or other boxed games.
I do not check the 5 stars just because the place is "dated" in style and furnishings and should be svecchiato a little. To confirm, see the photos I took.

Nice swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi but opened only 2 hours a day. If you will take a dressing-gown from the reception, you will have to pay for it 11E and 2E for cup. Staff nice and very helpful. Skiroom opposite to the hotel without lockers, and dryers for shoes. Busses drives to the Civetta ski arena between 9_11am and 14-17pm. Food is so-so you have to order everything from menu card. Not too friendly for vegans and vegetarians. Room with 2 single beds is in fact a room with one big bed composed of twoo smaller.

My wife and I were guests at this hotel for a week, we were part of a large group. We are used to travel a lot for business and leisure but we must admit that a hotel so we had not yet met. The service, kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the waiters, deserves a commendation. Fantastic kitchen that reserved us every night a surprise. Traditional dishes with a touch of creativity. Also the breakfast with pastries and fresh pastries. The spa is beautiful and the temperature of the Jacuzzi is a little low. Excellent shuttle service that connects the hotel with the facilities of the Civetta. The hotel is also a few minutes by car or ski bus from Malga Ciapela (circuit Sella Ronda/Marmolada). Our room, very spacious, was divided into bed area and living area by a sliding door like a real suite. Only food for improvement the Wi-Fi paid in the rooms (free in the lobby) and the incandescent bulbs of the rooms; LED lights would be more environmentally friendly and would allow considerable savings in the bill!
We hope to be able to return soon to this fantastic hotel and enjoy another week of sport and pampering.

I stopped exclusively for croissants and coffee. Both good, a little ' retro setting as the rest is all Caprile.

Excellent environment and location. Staff room clean and available so the guys of the animation for adults and children.

I'd say it's geographically it's placed in a really good location in Caprile. A stonethrow away from the lake which was freezes up during my visit. That view was amazing. The hotel has a mini bus which runs every thirty minutes to the ski center. So you can go from and to as you please. Great reception from the waiters and good food if you eat from their restaurant. Great room service. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back.

I was at the hotel at the Post office for a breakfast. Friendly and nice staff and good pastines.

Comfortable hotel near the area of Mount Civetta… close to the Serrai of Sottoguda and the Marmolada. The kitchen is very good.

We stayed only one night but hope to be back for more days! The staff were very very and helpful.

Good. I spent a week-end with the family. I have to say great. They gave us the room on the annex. A real apartment, on the second floor, served with a lift. Spotless, large and with kitchenette. Good.

I state that we were not hotel guests.
We wanted to eat at the bar where there were two other tables occupied. After ordering two beers, a soda with three sandwiches and two slices of pizza, I entered the hotel to inform me for a room or better a suite for three for next year. The person who gave me the information was polite even though the colleague or perhaps the owner who was close did not greet me. The information received was few despite the interest shown.
Meanwhile for the drinks we waited at least 15 minutes. Instead the sandwiches with the pizzas were served one at a time every 5/10 minutes. It was all edible but not really good and not cheap either. The price of 32 euros would have been correct for something cooler. Also there was a spat between the guy and the bar girl, probable cause of the bad service. If so it works the hotel then better avoid.

Lazy staff in restaurant and kitchen, no management present. Give it a miss. A big miss.

Wonderful hotel and restaurant. I would highly recommend a stay here in both winter and summer. The restaurant has some of the best food I have ever tasted. A mix of traditional mountain food and classic Italian. The spa facility is also top notch.

I've been in hotels during the week of Carnival in 2016, I found the highest availability by all, both the owner, almost always present in the hotel and very unique, is the staff. Special Kudos to the chef who in addition to delight us with special dishes, not grudged to settle on our requests. What about the three shuttles from the hotel took us to plants and vice versa to our every request. The swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath, they helped me pass the time before dinner, I make a note the animation is minimized but is a returning soon.

I spent a week's skiing great in this hotel. Initially from the kitchen that meal had nothing short of excellent with ample choice and buffet as well as nice and easy (thanks to Marcello for his cheerfulness and Michele for its availability). Excellent bar with its sweet and the insuperable. Very efficient shuttle service always ready and precise. The rooms were very large and comfortable as was the bathroom.

Excellent in all respects. Fantastic direction. Try the pool.
