I stayed at Malga Giau and had three great meals here. Beautiful setting and lovingly hosted by Barbara, a proud local. Local dishes well prepared. And I saw marmots in the fields!

The hostess Barbara was so welcoming and wonderful to speak with. Food was great. Accommodations were very comfortable and well equipped. Very clean. Beautiful bar with plenty of great drinks and free snacks. My whole group loved it. A highlight of our AV1 hike so far.

Pleasant stop before dinner, magnificent view and impeccable service and kindness of the staff. Mixed chopping board of meats and cheeses abundant and excellent quality, good choice of wines, value for money: excellent.

Barbara the landlady is of an extreme kindness. The environment is welcoming and detailed. The typical cuisine is great from starter to dessert. The place is lovely.

Place "cuddle" at 2, 5 km. From the top of the Giau Pass. Clean and taken care of in detail as well as in the dishes. Staff welcoming, kind and attentive to any need or reporting that is made. Prices in line with other restaurants. To be advised with the family for the presence of animals grazing outside. These and the fountain, will make them a great day! The Vov liqueur of their production I recommend it as an aperitif and as a final drink, but only after trying the rosemary ice cream!
