Clean and cozy, sitting in a charming little village. The pubic bus stop is right out front.

Lovely staff, immaculate clean hotel, great breakfast, lovely location.

The hotel is clean, the room is not small. The bathroom is not completely new, but clean. The small TV shows a lot of channels, but unfortunately only Italian or Hungarian. There is a fridge in the room and even a simple air conditioner. The downside is that the wii fai won't work properly either in the lobby or in your room. The elevator only goes to the second floor. Breakfast typical Italian — croissants, slicing, coffee.

The worst hotel in Italy. Stayed there for 2 nights. Reservations for 9 adults When the settlement was given rooms, where each had 2 full beds and a bed chair — 140 cm. To our request to change rooms the receptionist answered that he could not change, because most of the rooms are occupied, and those that remained it for other guests. And it doesn't matter that we paid the same way as the others.
Further even better: the rooms are dirty, baskets full of garbage, shower with the size of a matchbox and fungus. The hotel has breakfasts, but it's hard to call it breakfast.
Breakfast starts at 7.00 and ends at 10.00. But if you came in 7.30, you risk for breakfast to get 1 coffee, or rather slurry, diluted with water. Omelet, sausages, croissants, cheese slices and sausages (all breakfast menus) are only 7.00. T. E who first came, that and sneakers.
There's no Wi-Fi. It's accurate, but it doesn't work.

Stayed for 2 days, the refrigerator and air conditioning did not work, Wi-Fi in the room does not catch, there is no kettle or dishes, the TV flooded, toilet-shower do not turn around, the walls scratched, and the floor is dirty, breakfast for an extra fee just amazes its tastelessness and lack of choice.
The opinion is based on comparison with other hotels of this type.

The air-conditioner is not working at my room so I have to endure the hot summer night of Italia. Worse, the TV box looks like something remained from the 80's. At least the bathroom works well.

Personal courteous, charming, professionalism, room very clean but unfortunately infected with mosquitoes, complete equipments, airco.

What to say… From the first day we arrived the courtesy sold it to the market. Dirty room walls very small shower We put the it's tablecloths and tea they put them as it is clean. Power outlets that defy… And to finish no one who worries about what happens inside the structure as a aggression in the rooms during the night and much more. A very badly managed structure… A star and too much…

Assault just suffered in the hotel itself, the director for now untraceable… Tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock we will, hopefully…

4 night stat with family. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Good local pizzeria for dinner. Half an hour bus jurney to Venice, €1.5 each. Would recommend and visit again.

Good hotel but it's far from shops and the main city… had just stayed for 2 nights did not take the breakfast… the hotel has free cab service to Venice city while going returning you should come on your own.

Very nice hotel. Great place to stay for a visit to Venice-price level and private parking very pleased. It will be necessary to pay extra tourist fee-about euro per person. Breakfast is OK. Near to the hotel the most beautiful canals on which on a river tram can be reached to Venice.

Rooms are fine. They are not big, but clean. Girls on reception are nice. However, it's a small hotel — no restaurant, no shops. The taxe you need to pay immediately. There is no atm and they don't take the credit cards for this payment. You can pay by card for the breakfast and your room. It's a good place to stay for a night to sleep. Breakfast is simple. Check out too early — at 10 am.

Easy on and of bus to Venice staff helpful room ok value for money.

Small hotel a little noisy (poorly soundproofed) that would need more modernity, the services are good qualities. Good breakfast.

The three stars are quite pulling. Breakfast is a bit sparse, but if you come on time, then eat. The room has soap, shampoo, hair dryer. Got Attic room, a little hot, the air conditioner does not pull, but saved the window. Overall very good!

No luck, two school buses the first night so no chance to sleep. The other night was quieter. The Wi-Fi is too weak and impossible to connect to go on the net take items for its next bookings for example and the furniture is outdated… but do you really have a choice when going to Venice during Easter holidays? Not really. The staff are very friendly. Do not consider as a first choice. If you have any. Very positive point, free shuttle in the morning to go directly to Venice and bus stop ahead that leads directly into town and until late at night. No need to take the car and look for and pay for parking!

Real 3*** Nothing special, just a place to stay at night. Clean and placed in calm area. Breakfast is not something you can rely on, you might need to eat somewhere else soon.

No breakfast. The free shuttle service to Venice is ordered at the reception at 8am.
Back to the 53 shuttle bus. Be sure to check with the driver whether the bus goes past the hotel-the bus runs on two routes, one not to the hotel. Drove, went out, and walk about 2 km on the navigator.
But there is a beautiful, free parking for car travelers!

Hotel is not so bad but the possibility of eating something or drinking in bad weather are equal to zero.

A disaster. Very far of the center. Bad location. Hyper Small room. No air conditioning. I wouldn't go crazy again. Lousy.

Were very happy, good bus connection right in front of the hotel to Venice. Includes shuttle service. We would come back.

Old TV 14 "with 10 channels, the coffee I did not like and Wi-Fi of low quality. Away from Venice 20 minutes by bus and through an industrial area.

Discrete is good x single, or for copies, for double bed rooms, not good too close.

Good hotel… outside is the bus station to go to mestre or venich in few minutes. The port to go in greece is 10' with car, but I called taxi from hotel to the port and I pay 30 euro at 2 o clock in the night. This is the only bad in 2 days which I live there.

The staff were wonderful, really helpful and nice. A few things bothered me: You can't call the reception from your room. No room service. Wifi wasn't working properly in my room (122). I could hear the other clients go to the bathroom from my room, very thin walls. My bathroom wasn't that clean, black joints in the shower and the shower head was put up really high, I had to hold it, very inconvenient. The toilet seat was yellow, but you could see that before it was white (outer edges were white). The elevator was quiet slow and kind of stops just as your getting to your floor. You kind of think that you'll stay blocked until you press the "keep door open" button, then your out. And if your going out via bus (18 or 53E), keep in mind that you can't get back with them at 10pm bus because there isn't one from Venice. In my opinion, if your just looking for somewhere to put your things whilst you stay out all day and are barely in the hotel, this is the hotel for you. But if you want to stay in the hotel, even just for a day, it could get a little boring as there is nothing to do, apart from watch tv.

They threw clothes that I leave in the bathroom in a plastic bag, when I reported to the reception she spoke poorly, they told me your clothes are in the trash, we can do nothing for you. They laughed in front of me. Breakfast not much, no charge.

For the money it's very basic … and I do mean basic unfortunately the hotel suffers from mosquitoes. No insect killing devices were present, no warning was given about this problem as I am allergic to these insects. We had to check out after 2 nights and because I had paid for the entire stay up front I was met with rudeness from the hotel staff and the hotel refused to reimburse me the night that I was not staying … so if it's insect bites you want then this is the hotel for you, if not then I would try elsewhere.

Getting to the hotel from the local train station was more difficult that expected. However, the hotel was quite nice, clean, and the staff were always cheerful and ready to help in any way possible. Breakfast was not included but could be purchased, which I think is worth it because all the food was pretty good. Definitely worth the stay.

In 9 months of travel across 3 continents, this is by far the worst hotel we've stayed at. Upon check in, we were greeted by the nastiest receptionist we've come across. She was rude in front of her manager and nothing was done. After she slammed our change and keys on the counter, we still went to our room with the best of intentions. However, after one night and one full day, it is apparent the Wi-Fi doesn't work. On the first night, we stood in a long line of other guests who were politely asking the night receptionist to do something, all she said was, "You'll have to deal with it. " The next day, the internet still didn't work, we came back during the afternoon thinking we could get some work done while everyone else was gone, but it didn't work. When we asked politely for the manager, the same receptionist said in a very nasty tone, "No. " and refused to help us. She then proceeded to start screaming at us about the day before, when we had commented that it should be stated when you book that the city tax needs to be paid in cash (we had to walk 1km with our bags to go to an atm). In front of multiple employees, she screamed, pointed fingers, and called us names. We demanded a refund so that we could leave the hotel, and it was refused. Again, when we asked to speak to the manager, we were given the info. Email to contact. Obviously, there is no Wi-Fi, and the two receptionists essentially told us, "You've already paid so deal with it.

I found that there was not much choice at breakfast. Moreover, the room was very small, the toilet was poorly washed and the air conditioning did not work enough for the temperature it was doing.

Hotel welcoming, easy to access, close to all amenities, the hostesses are pleasant and correspond with you whatever the language, by cons the surroundings not terrible in the middle of nowhere.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, just a pity that there is no shuttle for the return but the bus stops right outside the hotel.

Decent hotel. About a 20 min bus ride from Venice proper. Unfortunately the busy bus only comes about once an hour but it is cheap. Rooms are older with some wear but are clean and reasonably comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is fairly basic and not particularly good but it is included.

Perfect stay! Incredibly attentive multilingual staff, a clean an cozy room, and an incredibly convenient location. The staff not only could easily switch between Italian, German, Spanish, and English, but also knew the answer to every question that I asked. They were more knowledgeable than an info desk worker we asked in Venice. The free shuttle to Venice is why we booked the hotel, but since the bus stop is directly outside the front door, either option is accessible. This isn't an exaggeration. The bus stops at the parking lot of the Hotel Palladio. The room is a bit small for what Americans may be used to, but it's well made and there are multiple switches around the room for controlling the lights so you don't have to get out of bed. Complimentary breakfast was great and there were many options. There were not any notes on which items were allergen friendly, so use discretion. The water pressure in the shower was mediocre, but that's the only thing close to a complaint I can give this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Great x go to Venice. A bus in 15 minutes takes you to Venice without having to night the car, which would be a problem for parking. The rides work until midnight.

Good hotel with competent and helpful staff, good breakfast, cleanliness, right room with comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, very close to buses to Venice and Padua.

It is very convenient to go to Venice. Clean rooms and big bathroom. Only bad thing: a certain smell of smoke on arrival that she left opening the window. Great breakfast.

This is a very basic hotel — it has what you need and is very clean with very easy access to public transport getting you to Venice in approx 20 mins. Staff are friendly and knowledgable and it's fantastic if you don't want to pay the high prices of staying on the island.

Plus: Free shuttle bus to venice good price cleanness kind recaptionist minus: only one way shuttle bus green bugs from trees, you can not open window near industrial zone — annoying bad smell (asphalt or something like this)

Free shuttle? Better to just use the public bus service. Coffee at breakfast was appalling, and breakfast generally very average. 3/10. Coffee instant out of a machine, I had to mix it with chocolate to make it taste ok. Better off paying for one from the bar. In a country renowned for good coffee as well — couldn´t believe it. Also, we had to change the cutlery ourselves on the second day at breakfast because it was dirty. Overall, I would say I would never stay there again. Staff — some friendly, some not. Plenty of other hotels in the area. As an aside, what is to stop anyone walking in from the street for a free breakfast? There is direct access without entering the hotel, and no check on who you are.

Unfortunately, at the Moment a construction site in front of the door, otherwise, price — performance is okay :).

The hotel is quite OK. The twin bed and small room. Breakfast was decent. The free shuttle to Venice in 15 minutes is convenient but not expected back. Internet free if booking on their site.
Overall a good report quality / price for Venice.
