I spent 5 days at this great hotel and am very satisfied with my stay.
Simple but comfortable rooms with a very high level of cleanliness.
The breakfast quite complete although I missed a fresh orange juice and maybe a few more options of eggs.
The restaurant La Braceria was a pleasant surprise. Normally I only die once or twice in the hotel restaurant where I stay but in this case I could not avoid going back every night.
Despite the large size of the hall/garden and the number of customers who almost completely fill the room every night, the service is quick and accurate with mention for the professionalism of some waiters who also find time to advise (and well. ) Customers.
The menu is well structured around the wide and excellent choice of grilled meats, but also for non-grated and non-carnivorous lovers, there are many options of choice.
The hotel also offers a small but cosy spa where you can really relax or just enjoy the two pools.
I can only recommend this little oasis of peace and well-being where I will definitely be back in a short time.

Just a note… improve the quality of bread served at breakfast and no doubt at dinner. In Italy, bread is a "must" ;)

The fillet all Argentina is amazing… such an exquisite meat I had never tasted it… Great service, clean and perfectly organized spa, exceptional relaxation body massage!

I was at the Garden Relais (saunas) once, and I must say very nice and well cared for the spa. Excellent experience, above expectations. Romulus to scrub and aufguss really passionately prepared and professional.

We converted a gift package in the spa on a dinner, so we booked and requested vegetarian menu, have assured us that everything was possible… nothing… there was nothing… We were forced to modify the menu by removing the meat from the dishes… (but paying the same! service very slow, we waited half an hour for the waiter there to take away the tv, while he spoke as if there were nothing to the table in front of our… Absurd even when I called back he apologized for the unprofessional behaviour… In the meantime, I went hungry, my husband insisted that we should take the sweet… We tried to spend as much as possible to end the good and never to return… Unfortunately, we have state-of-the money's the same… would Not recommend it to anyone.

It’s a pilot thing. This shot taken directly over the Hotel landing field. You want to fly and eat then stay all in the same place well this place is hard to beat.

Local usually a bit overcrowded is boisterous but where you can enjoy a large and well-groomed menu. Large selection of medium-level grilled meat, medium low pizzeria and various firsts is second. Overall an organized and complete restaurant.
Too bad for parking always full. Parking in the main dark street, I was robbed of the car and stolen values.

Very nice place with plenty of room and a nice garden to enjoy your summer dinner outside. Full range of choices from fish to meat and pizza. The fish was well made and the staff was quick even if the place was crowded. Fine prices.

Clean hotel in an amazing place and stunning view but somehow small rooms. The food in the restaurant is super amazing.

I got several massages here over the past year. Each time was great. The sauna is also very nice.

I stayed there recently while bicycling with "yourcyclingitalia", based out of the hotel. Excellent food, great rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, and a spa. While I am not fluent in Italian, I was able to communicate with everyone satisfactorily. I don't expect them to speak English! On the one hand, there were many German-speaking guests who were there for the paragliding, but in the evening the restaurant was full of people from the surrounding area. I think the paragliders would be happy to have a campground nearby; that way, the hotel would have the ambience it really deserves.

While staying in Italy, while sitting in the restaurant you can meet the sports Europe of paragliding flight! You enter in fact in a typical environment where courtesy and service are really at the top and customers can come from various parts of Europe attracted by the events of flight organized in the territory.

I've been to the SPA. Nice well equipped. Friendly staff The saunas were lit at 11.30 and doing two rounds Saturday and Sunday those who go there in the morning are penalized. Overall nice environment…

Very nice. The mountains are just gorgeous. The hotel has everything you need: shampoo, soap, towel, pillows spare, bed clean. Clean room. San Knot is complete. Bidet, bathroom, washstand, toilet.

The Restaurant is absolutely good. The spa is wonderful, the massages I had were very professional and with love for detail. The rooms are perfectly clean. I did Tandem paragliding for the first time. Loved it.

When I feel like eating out going on the safe side I come here… from a simple salad to the menu of meat and fish excellent. Local well maintained with impeccable service gentilì and very kind. Pizza fina and crispy like I like it. And when I need a bit of relaxation, I go to the spa where the sauna and Turkish bath there is also a good massage. All very nice! Council.

Huge restaurant, huge steaks. Heaven for beef lovers. Spa in the basement. Didnt stay at the hotel, but I heard the rooms were nice and clean.

We were at lunch for the baptism of our little girl and what to say… lovely Place… We were delighted by the dishes of chef Francesco Zen, excellent both in the combination of the ingredients chosen, both in the flavor. The service was impeccable, we were pampered by the staff, always ready to satisfy our needs in a very short time. Congratulations! A place that the council will definitely be back!

Very lovingly designed coffee! You can observe the paragliders while landing on wooden lounge furniture and enjoy a pleasant drink.

I spent about 3 hours at the spa. Very private room Very nice the indoor pool. The spa on the whole is not very big but since luckily it is not crowded it is very livable. To return definitely.

Year after year they are overcome in maintaining and renovating their facilities. The spa is a luxury and the restaurant just spectacular.
Staff very friendly and courteous.

Authentic Italian cuisine. Service at a high level. I think one of the best restaurants in Basayev, or rather in Borso.

I had always eaten meat here, one of the few places in the area where the cut is really delicious… I also tried the pizza and I have to say it is really good as well… Excellent quality of the ingredients since I slept well despite the filling not really light.

Ideal for paragliders. Landing site right in front of the terrace. Capuchino is very good and inexpensive. Campers can shower here for a small obulus at the hotel. The shuttles to the launch site depart right here.

Great spa area, sitting right by the landing site in the sun, the hotel staff is friendly throughout, massages were dreamlike, eating came super fast despite large group and tasted good.

Convening in the residence that belongs to the garden. Defective heating, mold in the bathroom, running toilet flushing, broken shower wall, simplest breakfast of brown fruit again in a (10 min more distant) hotel and extremely light hearing. It is a cheekiness to pay €70, 000 for the double room. Never again!

Everything is ok. Hotel clean, staff very courteous. Restaurant is nothing short of exceptional. Spa nice but very small. It would be mandatory to NOT wear the costume in the humid zone, but the rule is easily violated. Very nice indoor pool and its jacuzzi.

Excellent pizza! This place has a very large space with plenty of parking to which is regularly guarded. Thoroughly enjoyed our pizza which was very good value for money!

Place is clean & comfortable. Shower is weak, bathroom is spacious. Wifi connection is unstable due to high demand. Cannot connect for whole day. The restaurant serves very good food and provides wide variety, the wait staff is friendly especially the manager (I guess he is). The pizza, porkchop are highly recommended. In fact, everything in menu are delicious. Able to see sunrise and pilots' landing from the balcony. Perfect for pilots to land next to the hotel. Will come back.

It is a beautiful landscape. Restaurant good. Pizza with pasta, according to me, risen a little. It remains a reference and a safe harbor when you do not know where to go.

As always delicious food: T-Bone Steack great, cooked to perfection and reasonable prices, never exaggerated, impeccable service and smiling (a rarity nowadays! ). The place is friendly and informal, yet change the tablecloth every time the client (now even in restaurants), service is fast, orders pizza, whether you order different dishes. I go there often and I will be back just as often! Congratulations!

As a paraglider pilot it's a great landing place with a pizza restaurant beers, outdoor seating and a great landing area with grass to fold the wings, there it's also a paragliding paraphernalia shop with all you need in the sport, so it's a must for the paragliding community.

A beautiful place, both for the lunch break from work to relax a little. It is part of the local field dedicated to fans of paragliding, and many in this period of the year. I do not give five stars because of the prices, a bit high for a midday meal, even in the face of a quality meat that is high. Perhaps there could be space to offer fixed menus at most economical prices.

I was looking for a spa to celebrate 30 friendship with two of my dear friends and I came across the Garden Relais and its SPA, needless to say that given the very positive reviews, accompanied by the eye-catching photos I was very impressed so the choice was Easy.
Now that I've been there I'm glad to be able to review this wonderful structure as well, it was all up to expectations, the girls are very kind and prepared, the massage was fantastic, and for this a thank you goes to Elisa, but also to the other girls who massaged my friends.
The location is structured well, good sauns and the steam room at eucalyptus is a cure-all! Congratulations also for the choice not to let guests into the sauns with the costume, which I absolutely approve of because we know it is not good.
I recommend it and I will definitely go back so I will also try the restaurant which unfortunately was closed for holidays.

We are on another planet. Restaurants in the area so there are none. L Starter garden is divine. Hearty and qualified personnel. I go there at least 1 time per month.

Today a nice lunch at the hotel, enjoyed a great cut and a splendid mille-feuille. Large portions and tasty, Nice staff, pleasant place.
Next to the restaurant there is a landing field for paragliding, so while you eat you can enjoy the show given by the circling of paragliders.
