Modern stunning & classy hotel.

Stayed last August.
Flashy but non-functional structure: there is no covered parking; the recent renovation has determined, beyond the great name of those who cared for it, an inpleasant architectural hybrid. I found the juxtaposition of a dark cube (the Park Hotel Billia) to the original building very ugly.
The lobby, thanks only to the beautiful ceiling and the fireplace (originals of the time) is to be admired while the rest: sofas; carpets; double-run on the bare staircase, in normal metal profile and other questionable furniture choices, make this hotel, once a jewel of architecture, now anonymous if it were not for part of the original well-preserved facade.
The rooms are large but not functional: complicated switches that you can not turn off (they have a display that stays on even at night) ; small cabinets; noisy air conditioner and fridge bars.
Good beds and linen.
Bathroom, on the whole, large but the spaces, in my opinion, have been badly broken down (huge shower; room toilet silers; inconvenient sink with soap holder and toothbrush holder — tight — glued). Of course, coming and looking at it as a whole, it hits the eye but if you go into the details you discover the inconsistencies.
So realized, the bathroom should be cleaned with a steam dispenser to remove dirt on the floor and coating, in fact its cleaning was not perfect. The room also had obvious neglected points in the dusting.

Very nice hotel, even the spa. The rooms are satisfactory. Something to improve in the service of the restaurant. 188 rooms, including some suites and a convention center capable of hosting at least 1 in the seven rooms. 700 people.

Amazing views, great spacious modern room, relaxing spa with fab pools. Restaurant is also amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed, would definitely return and stay longer next time. Also great for bike riding up mountains.

This large hotel and casino in the Aosta Valley, in the year 2000 I was contacted by the president of the casino and hotel billia manager and the metr hotel of an evening in honor of the best customers of the casino with typical Piedmontese and Valdostani cheeses, matched has wines Italian passto, among them the Muffato of the hall, Moscati passiti, Malvasia Delle Lipari there are two companies but the owner and always a haunner, pass of Pantelleria, small. Verduzo passto, Brachetti pasiti etc. We were in late May in the hotel there is a huge pool and you have sides I had put tables with services from three wines I served them and everyone wanted to know how it was wineand cheese as I did to make it exalt so with scents, and intense aromas of wines that go hundredanded. At about three o'clock in the morning almost all the customers with the vice of the game greeted me enthusiastically of the evening that we had learned many things about drinking and how to match certain wines now every now and then when I go to visit the mayor of Aosta my dear friend I stop at the marble and maybe I Next year who knows if we'll have an evening you don't know yet but if I do I'll take you with me to tell you how it went. Thanks to the Aosta region and the casino with the grand billia hotel, happy night to all of you friends and good continuation of holidays…

The experience at GHB was nothing short of excellent. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay starting with the attentive service, the rooms, food (I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet — great selected & spread), the Spa facilities were a stand out as well. The large outdoor pool and comfortable seating through the hotel grounds also made for a relaxing stay. Finally, the location was great and allowed for day trips to places like Chamonix, France and the Matterhorn Mountains. Loved it!

Beautiful location and good accessibility. Excellent service and kitchen. Room and house very clean. Good beds. Direct connection to the casino (e. G. If bad weather, this may be beneficial for players). I can't say anything about the casino.

Great structure in St Vincent. The grand hotel is luxurious and well kept. Service is good, courteous staff, nice breakfast selection and great amenities like the pool and the spa. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

THE MOST PRETENTIOUS PLACE EVER
Lovely setting and super modern. Yet… hotel without atmosphere (and what’s there is cold), rooms super modern controlled to the point of frustration — just give me a fecking light switch for the toilet, instead of the NASA control panel. Bar huge and super modern decor — atmosphere so impersonal that people get their cocktail and walk away with it.
Oooh rarely have I been so disappointed by a place. Do NOT recommend. Will NOT be back nope never ever if they paid me.

Everything is made to suit you, the problems are solved. High-end, prestige. Go if I had to say one thing negative is that the TV in the room is a little too small. But I promise: You won't stay in your room, in a palace like this.
As soon as you arrive you are welcomed your luggage is carried and stowed where it should be. You're in heaven on earth.

Beautiful experience, as a hotel we are at the top of the range, great wellness path, great breakfast, pity for the initial wait, due to the decision to be made: if you can accept a dog over 30 kg. In the past we had already stayed overnight with 25kg dog (molossoid breed), this time 31, 5kg (weimaraner immediatelypoint) was a problem. March period Sunday through Monday.

Beautiful historical building tastefully renovated. Attentive staff and easy access location. Very good breakfast. A shame I didn't have have time to use the spa.

Is the maximum of the kindness of hospitality. … it for relaxation? The spa relaxation area, so simply call the SPA (Salus Per Aquam), a truly Idyllic, to be available to those who want to take advantage among waterfalls, saunas, emotional showers and body treatments… outdoor swimming pool in warm water to be able to admire the majesty of the mountains that spin around, while soaking in the hot water and while it is snowing, an unforgettable experience and much more… beautiful.

The beautiful structure. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, furniture modenerno and functional. Excellent breakfast in the elegant and relaxing environment. Indoor SPA of 1700 metres, it is not crowded. The Tunnel that connects directly to the casino.

I used it a few years ago, from the point of view accommodation I was very satisfied, a little ' less with regard to the restaurant (hopefully in the meantime is improved).
Excellent location in Saint Vincent, and of course, for those who love the game, the casino offers multiple possibilities.

The breakfast damage with industrial juice and the fruits too. The chocolate rolls, croissant no longer to improve. If not the room is OK. But 5etoiles? I don't think I've been there twice. These madams at check out with chewing gum, not top of any and personal in Facebook home restaurant. Strange, Too bad.

The staff at the hotel and the SPA are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is of great beauty and the rooms are large and modern.
A small downside for the restaurants, the dishes are certainly of excellent quality, but the staff, of the restaurant, is unfortunately not very smiling and sometimes even unpleasant.
Also, the Casino is definitely not worth the trip.
Finally, the SPA is really the big surprise of our stay. Spacious, beautiful, quiet, a real moment of relaxation in the heart of Aosta.

This is an absolutely stunning hotel in the foot of the Alps and I have to say that I feel this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Italy and one of the best I have stayed at in Europe. It has been recently refurbished and modernised, updating the whole hotel. When you first walk in, you get the feel that you are in a modern ski lodge. They have a spa, which sadly I did not use so I cannot comment on, and they are connected via underground tunnel to a casino that visitors can you. Locals from the area are not allowed to use the casino under Italian law. The rooms are very modern which everything being controlled via a touch panel that is located as you walk into the room with one by the bed too. Despite this, you do not feel that the room looses it cosy ski lodge feel. They also have a wide selection of TV channels in both English and Italian. The bathrooms are lovely too and follow in the modern vain. My room did not have a bath but the shower room was very spacious with high end products. The location is stunning too and very romantic, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location, impeccable service, awesome restaurant and wonderful room.

It was a truly relaxing stay, fantastic spa and thai massage is most worthy. The spacious and with all kinds of services. Every staff person extremely friendly, went down in the village for dinner, but during the day there was not much life, definitely better at night because in some locations is not right if you don't book.

We stayed for 1 night at the Eclipse event. The hotel is very nice and has a very large and excellent Spa. For a small fee they served breakfast in the comfort of your room.
