Another fantastic family ski holiday complemented by our stay again at @thpilahotel. Gorgeous food all day long, fun atmosphere and ski out onto the fantastic slopes.

Now the management Valtur, is no longer, however I know that a company is already ready to detect the structure. The formula stay and ski school is exceptional, as exceptional is the logistical position with respect to the slopes and the ski lifts. Food in the norm my kids give 5 stars to ski school and entertainment. For me an experience to redo.

Un poso adatto per chi vuole sciare sfruttando al massimo le piste, dato che è direttamente affacciato sulla pista baby da cui partire, ma anche per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi la montagna. Servizio di deposito sci e noleggio nella struttura permettono di ottimizzare I tempi. Il miniclub è ben gestito e permette ai bambini di sciare in gruppo.

Great location, the ski room is right on the fabulous slopes.
Eating is acceptable. The entertainment Staff are very good. They have a great guide that will allow you to get to know really lovely places. The guide is called Salvatore Schicchi.

One of the better places for family skiing in Italy.

I just got back from a week at the Valtur village of Pila where I had a great time! Very good organization, very helpful staff, restaurant that satisfies all, wonderful staff of animation that during the day took care of the children and in the evening it amused us, convenient location to go out ski to the feet directly on the slopes. What else to say? That I had a great holiday!

The structure is well positioned on the slopes for those who want to ski, but it is definitely dated and neglected. The bathrooms in the rooms are not in accordance, since they are lacking in window and suction system. The rooms are very small. The pool is very small, has a depth of 3 meters, lack there were Olympians trampolines from which to dive! The food is good enough, but you don't find anything typical of the territory or typically mountainous. The staff is very helpful. Overall for what the facility offers the prices are downright insane!

We nicknamed it The Bunker, for good reason. Odd oppressive feel. Everything tatty, shower terrible, rooms ridiculously hot. But it is on the piste, so it is expensive. Update: just tried to eat in the 'restaurant'. The food actually looked ok, but impossible to get a table and the noise was ridiculous. Couldn't hear the person stood next to you.

Now it's been several years that we spend Christmas week at Valtur Pila, we are very well. The kids of the animation involve the children in an exceptional way, prepare them for the ski courses, bring them to lunch and dinner, prepare them for the recital of weekends that even at school in 1 year they manage to do so well. My wife and I are back to live as a couple for a week. The food is always very good and varied. The structure was partly remodeled. They often host well-known cabaret characters who entertain guests sympathetically to the theatre after dinner.

I stayed from 11th to 18th February. Ideal place for skiers; He's on the slopes. The dining room has undergone an acceptable restayling. Good food. Cleanliness of the room very poor. Fun animation. A particular applause to the head of the reception, Mrs. Peter, very professional and nice.

Umpteenth time I get back to Pila for the exceptional atmosphere. This year I ate better than usual and the entertainment was amazing, all very focused on the customers in order to make the holiday unforgettable. My little girls on the last day cried a lot for the special friendships made at the village and for the unique relationship created with the animators. The ski instructors and the ski clinic are excellent. The real bravura phenomena are Yuri and Moreno. For women Roberta and Stefania. Thank you for making once again wonderful this week of vacation: Valtur is a certainty.

Place in a great location right on the slopes. Super relaxing ideal for those who wake and do not.
Excellent amimation especially for children.
Very much wifey the food compared to the last a great service in the room.
Particular note the waiter mark always precise cordial punctual.
Try it and try again.
Only note I would bring the Wi-Fi even in the room.

Pila Valtur are already 3 years old and I do not have the courage to change I think unique especially for children and teens take care of them and you can enjoy your holiday, renovation news at the restaurant very nice and great to eat. Animation at top top top. Ski and Snowboard School super talented professionals for both the adults and the little ones. The person who deals with customer relations occupies his place with love and professionalism. Good compliments.

Very nice structure. Directly on the slopes. You eat very well. Friendly and professional Staff Animation at the top. Only faults in the sauna for a fee and the (inexplicable) lack of a shuttle service from the chairlift or from Aosta.

Excellent reception service all courteous, kind and helpful, always ready to intervene with every request.
Excellent service rental equipment, an immense thanks to Francis always kind available, but especially smiling at every occasion and in any situation, contributes sharply to cheer the holiday of every guest.
Great, excellent service Valtur Land, our children (we have three respectively of 7 — 12 — 14 years) are enthusiastic, they did not want to leave.

Beautiful Place convenient for those who wake but also x Chi nn… You eat well… So much choice of excellent quality… Maybe The rooms are a little ' small but on holiday you overlive.

What to say. If not gorgeous.
I had the honor to meet the Manager and most of the staff all super professional but at the same time make you feel like you were one of the home.
Holiday to be repeated again next Year without a shadow of a doubt.

Despite the animation being excellent, all the services related to the rooms and to the customer assistance are absolutely poor. Not to mention the reception, where all the operators and especially the managers are unprofessional and totally inefficient. They are not able to handle and solve any kind of problem, not to mention the final account where you add non-existent entries.

Although not as exceptional as the slopes of Trentino, you have to say that it is an incredible place for us Genoese who often stayed in this place to go skiing. I repeat the ski slopes are not exceptional but largely sufficient.

Valtur Pila is a really great place. The new restaurant room is very nice and cared for in detail, the staff is welcoming and helpful to any need of the guests. What makes it even more beautiful is the wonderful Christmas atmosphere that you can breathe these days. A really lovely place.

For me there is no organized village better than Valtur. It's perfect, I spent 9 fantastic days. Excellent food, idem entertainment, based on socialization. There's everything you're looking for.

Poor structure neglected, nothing positive… Don't go.

Very close to ski lifts. Nice rooms (except the carpet a little worn), good food, good entertainment for children (alone is worth the price)
