The taxi man refused to drop us where we wanted (5 mins away) we ended up walking 30 mins inf the wet and rain.
And on finally arriving we talked to the manager and he put the blame on us Outraged, would not recommend.

Beautiful hotel, lovely service, fantastic happy hour and dinner & breakfast in the restaurant. The staff are bilingual which was a benefit for us. Owners are gracious and warm hearted. Such an amazing experience, hope to return.

The customer service is exemplary. I feel so cared about and loved. I know they're being paid but you really can't tell at all, it feels so genuine. The kind of service that is a real self-esteem boost when you're a bit down. The hotel building is stunning from the outside and charming from the inside. The dining room is beautiful, from the table cloths to the cutlery to the food itself. The spa is lovely also. It's beautiful and charming without being corporate. I have really had just an incredible stay.

The days spent at Villa Novecento were really special. The rooms are very comfortable, elegantly furnished but without ostentation, with class and attention to detail. The atmosphere is very welcoming and familiar, more like that of a house than that of a hotel. The rooms are spacious, and well furnished. Very good Argan-based toiletries. The staff welcomes with warmth and extreme kindness. Discreet but very careful know how to handle the customer's needs with courtesy and professionalism. Breakfast is very plentiful. The baked goods are of excellent quality. At the moment they are cooked delicious pancakes. Wide choice of cheeses, yogurt, cereals, jams, juices, etc. The restaurant room is elegant and welcoming, the carefully chosen music gently accompanies the beginning of the day. Dinner is a very relaxing time to which the background music, the very well-groomed dishes, the courtesy of the staff contribute. Impossible not to be won over by the romance that emanates from every detail. Located outside the centre but a 5-minute walk from the start of the central Via Roma ensures the right isolation from the too many cars besieging Courmayeur. A 5-minute walk from the other side you reach Larzey, a very impressive small hamlet.

Very nice hotel. We got upgraded for free to a very big and cozy room. Breakfast was great.

We stayed here after a couple of days of the Tour de Mont Blanc. We were blown away by the ambience of the place and the great customer service from the friendly staff! We met a couple of hikers on route who were lost and so accompanied us to the hotel. Although they didn't have any rooms, the manager spent over 20 minutes helping to find them some alternative accommodation and also provided detailed directions for their hike the next day. The spa and sauna are extremely relaxing (and complimentary) and we were also invited for free appatisers from the incredible restaurant and bar.

Considering the Staff and in the first place Mr. Martino 4 stars are few. We abandoned a well-known 5-star area for this lovely place.
I hope it doesn't change because my wife and I have a great time. Great value.

We tried the restaurant: Full tasting menu and very good, price absolutely cheap view of the average of Courmayeur!
There is a shuttle service that leads from the hotel Allle pistes and vice versa (extremely useful).
Varied breakfast, with very very good local products and Maitre di Sala (Adam) Nice, helpful and courteous.

Very nice Hotel, finely furnished with typical finishes of a high altitude accommodation, complete with small but functional spa. Impeccable service, attentive staff and available to every customer requirement. Excellent location and convenient to get to Dolonne for the first transport on the slopes. Super Recommended!

Dream stay! Elegant atmosphere quaint and friendly in our stay we were treated divinely, we took advantage of the half board the gourmet restaurant is really refined we were served as in a five star by the maitre d ' room Adam Exquisite and professional person who took to heart my wife's food intolerances always finding pleasant alternatives. Nice and clean rooms the small and cozy Spa area will be back for sure.

Stayed here on our 4th night of the TMB. The room was nice, clean and had wonderful views. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. After a very long day of hiking we thoroughly enjoyed their Jacuzzi and steam room.

We were on vacation from August 5 to 12.
A beautiful structure.
The fitness room needs to be improved slightly.
You eat very well.
The staff are very friendly and professional.
They arranged a wonderful birthday and were generous. (with cake and wine offered by Them)
A greeting to Carmine and Martino who were very efficient in meeting our needs.

We enjoyed our stay here. They have upgraded us to suite room with an amazing view of the mountains. Service was great and room was clean.

Attic room. I had some problems with the height.

The place is really a gem of elegance and refinement. The mountain-style furnishings are refined in detail. The common areas are furnished with an excellent taste and embellished with high quality objects. In General you can breathe a very relaxing air but at the same time elegant. The spa is quite small with only one jacuzzi but still comfortable. The staff at the reception of an absolutely uncommon courtesy. The only negative note is the catering sector. The prices of the restaurant inside are to say the least disproportionate for ridiculous portions. The quality of the menu is not up to the location either as a choice of the raw material or as preparation of the dishes. Even the breakfast is heavily below average, with little variety and no particular level.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Quiet. Nice staff Small spa to enjoy after a walk.
