➜ Very disappointing experience. Greedy structure and not interested in the customer.
last year due to bad weather I was canceled the ferry preventing me from going to the island. After contacting the property This refused to provide a refund for the only night booked and after many discussions and negotiations they issued me a Voucher expiring this September. Given the prolongation of the pandemic it is not possible for me to exploit it and when I asked for the possibility of extending it by 12 months I was denied. I tried again through Booking and nothing. A place that prefers to treat customers like this for a€ 100 Voucher says a lot about the interest they pose.
➜ 60s structure but clean and decently maintained, with staff, except for one exception, very kind and competent. Prices are not 60s but from hotel 2018 4 stars. 274 euros a quadruple night for a hotel of this category frankly too many even for a reservation made just a couple of weeks before. Unfortunately, it does not invite us to return and pushes for alternative solutions.
