Everything was perfect, food, location and stuff. All staff was kind, but esspecialky I have to make emphasis on mr. Nelo Citara restaurant, Djenaro who was our waiter in restaurant, Flavia on reception as well Patricia who works in SPA and has magical hands in auerveda masage. Stuff in the Bar were teriffic, I do not know their names but there were profesional all the time, esspecialy Vito. Yes I will recomend the hotel and come back again in the furure!

Too many stars for a Hotel that has only the garden and outdoor pools.

We stayed in the period just passed from August 14th to 21st … We immediately had a great time, very kind and welcoming staff, nice and always available … Excellent all the dishes offered in our half board formula, very friendly waiter staff … Cleanliness rooms to be improved… Breathtaking panoramic view and very nice hotel! Our spectacular sea view room! We will definitely be back…!

Wonderful place, thermal pools, massages and high level service, great food, shuttle service always available and the friendly and competent staff. I advise you to also come with children…

Dream room with sea view, excellent restaurant, Toni and Landi make the stay friendly and carefree. Rooms a bit dated but spacious and clean. Great service to the beach and swimming pool, convenient location for the bus!

Two stars would already be an excess for this hotel: the rooms, in part Serie A in part Serie B (see photos of the corridors, self explanatory) are sad and decadent (baths in particular), globally all to redo, the room 150 from on the inside that is on the kitchen with Its smells. The blind bath; The spa area is ridiculously small and poorly kept under all points of view, the common spaces are cramped and firm to the ' 60s/' 70 (still present the phone booth! ) with furnishings If so we want to call them that even a pension would not dare to show them; Food side: Evening Buffet in very German style with unlikely vegetables processed in a cloying way; Bread inedible rubber effect, however, remain at least the wrapped breadsticks on which to throw; The direction you BEA of the fact of proposing to dinner more courses (see photo Menu) But the dishes are always too salty and poorly cooked, could propose even 10 courses but if they are not up to par…, are useless, and sweets? They are reduced to prunes or cooked apple, ice cream (two, max. Three flavours), crème caramel, sometimes even the pudding! Fruit practically zero if not asking comes a banana and a kiwi, practically never a cake or a local dessert, all precisely crystallized to the years ' 60; Only positive note at least one valid waiter (Pasquale) considerate and kind that you take charge of wearing knives that are able to cut the little edible that remains.

I have to say Ke This property is beautiful staff qualified Akkoglienza at the top and Joseph very helpful and Kordiale… Will definitely return.

Location close to the centre, quiet area, structure in good condition, spacious and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and attentive to customer's needs, good food, hearty breakfast with express beverage service.

Wonderful holiday in Ischia made unforgettable, as always, from the stay at the Hotel Royal Terme. Friendly staff, prepared, willing to offer to the customer all that is needed to live the best holiday; Spa and fabulous outdoor pools, great and plentiful cuisine! The appearance seems to have remained stationary in the years ' 70, but as mentioned it is kept well and the staff is very kind and helpful for every problem. Only "Pecca" personal that I found during the stay is that at dinner (among other things always abundant and composed of delicious dishes) tend to bring more dishes than expected: we are in 7 and bring 8, we are 5 and bring 6, …
Although I realize that is minimal and for many positive, personally it has given me a little ' annoyance: if I order 5 dishes of a type I do not want each time there are more and then not finish them (I hate wasting food). I can understand once, that by mistake can happen, but if it happens every night I feel as if my opinion/order was worth nothing.

Good Hotel site in Great central location, ideal for those who like to stroll. On the other hand the island is not suitable for the use of the machine. The same hotel at very few parking spaces and quite uncomfortable. In Spa service within the same and conventioned and well run and is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the ground floor, good but without excesses. Staff are very helpful.

Excellent central accommodation in Ischia, internal spas with 3 swimming pools, very good restaurant, friendly staff of efficient.

A great structure. Near the Sea of the harbor, the hotel I think does not receive renovations or upgrades from a 15 years at least this is what you hear in the pools, crumbling and old.
The buffet is plentiful but it is not synonymous with quality. They tend to binge but the quality of the food is poor.
Too expensive for what it offers.

I spent a week with my family at the Royal. Great holiday, large, clean rooms, good cuisine and unfailing kindness and professionalism of the waiters. A special greeting in Lacey and Francis. A small negative areas are, in our opinion, too cramped for many guests. Thank you.

Bellissima location, consigliata.

We started off hesitant but after seven days at this hotel we decided to go again everything was to our liking and with everything I mean in staff friendly and very helpful cooking ( (with special thanks to Mr. Michele) better than good good general cleanliness and particularly in the room (with a small addendum to the direction when you change the mattresses better if will be long one meter and ninety) waiting to return in 2017 we thank all those who work there THANKS Gian Luigi Bansal.

Hotel excellent as perfect relaxation especially the boiling pool. Kudos to the head nurse of the restaurant and all the waiters. I spent the new year 2012 and the new great we danced but also sang about happy new year.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet and at the same time close to the Centre of Ischia Porto. Lots of amenities: indoor and outdoor bar, beautiful pools, discounts at the thermal Park "Castiglione" and with the beach, gym, Spa, etc. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
