I stayed in the hotel for an extended weekend, what can I say. A wonderful place, heavenly with the true sense of the word, an optimal welcome, always available to customer requests, an impeccable staff, and a kitchen of 10, with chefs and pastry chefs always ready to delight with their goodness.

I met people who gave me more than I deserved. The providence is a comfortable and quiet hotel but always careful to make the stay dynamic to its guests… Private coach trips to island resorts or hotel events. I chose half board. Dinner has a good choice of dishes and the preparation is accurate… local wine is pleasant! The service in the room is well organized, the staff always smiling and interested in those in front.

Great location. Great food expertly felt, great sympathy and wall professionalism of all the staff. Great pools and spa. To live it?

What’s not to love about this hotel and it’s location on the beautiful island of Ischia! We have wonderful memories! The staff were very friendly and welcoming — Maria, Jean Paul, Genaro to name a few. Nothing was too much trouble! The food was bellissimo and my memories of Tombola will always give me a smile! Hotel property surrounded by greenery and with breathtaking view of the citara bay. It has outdoor pools, including one with spring-water, and one in the spa with hot tub of thermal water. Sun terrace with sea views. Great, varied, fresh and genuine food. Welcome, friendliness, professionalism, kindness and competence … all at the top… from the property, to the staff everything. Very good in every point of view. Perhaps the outdoor pools to be modernized. Staff is very helpful Grazia and Gennaro at the bar are at the top.

Very Relaxing Place with friendly Personal & Good Food!

Beautiful location, professional staff, ample spaces and thermal pools.

Well maintained hotel. Very friendly staff. It also eats well for those who have celiac problems, try to satisfy you as much as possible. One day a week at lunchtime they make pizza in a wood-fired oven. The spa water of the outdoor pool is at 39 degrees while the indoor thermal pool is at lower temperature and with added chlorine, perhaps too.

A very very fine location with an amazing view on the Citara' bay A italian friend says me that this hotel was perfect for a relaxing accommodation. It's true! Grazie Signora Maria! Your hospitality is a surprise! I hope to return to Ischia and in your 'Casa'! Thanks for all! O.

Dinner was excellent, breakfast was often incomplete, which avoid rooms 110 and 111 next to the Terme. According to the increasingly intolerable by the pumps of the Terme and in the corridor to the rooms sewage stench (Terme smells different, love tour guide).

Hotel in lovely peaceful panoramic location, great facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms basic but clean and eat good, whole baths ok, comfortable shuttle buses available to the customer, which say more precisely a beautiful holiday supplemented by evening entertainment.

Super warm, familial atmosphere and friendly competent staff, the hotel is situated ideally directly on the most beautiful beach of the island of Ischia, the Cava dell'isola! The Poseidon garden or the Centre are barely a kilometre away. You can relax on the sun terrace and has unobstructed views of the entire Bay. Also, there are thermal pools, an aroma therapy garden, yoga classes, trekking, Watergym, Wellness Centre and a bad Division. You can relax, do some good, and also have fun. It's all very close to the sea and overlooking the Epomeo (mountain).
