Beautiful pools, great food and great staff, especially the maitre Enzo and the waiter Silvestro and the cleaning staff and panorama.

We stayed three nights at this wonderful property in late May. The spacious and functional rooms, the wonderful swimming pools overlooking the negombo and the bay of San Montano… not to mention the excellently cooked food with a huge variety. All kind and everything great. Come back ❤️

No comment. I allergic to shellfish, she vegetarian, after a careful recommendation made in the morning to the receptionist to prepare dishes suitable for our needs, they bring us risotto with prawns. Then they apologize and say to wait directly for the second course. We're basically looking at others eating… and it is the dinner of Ferragosto. It's not that it takes long to put 2 mozzarella in a dish with 2 tomatoes… not even the bread that is usually brought immediately after the drinks.
In the afternoon we were refused the aperitif because they were setting up for dinner. I believe that this location lacks the ABC of the rules for proper catering.

Fantastic week of Mid-August very kind waiters … our mythical angel … and the caviar manager… then ischia is beautiful them available for shuttles… next to the hotel resides … the beach of San montano …

Great hotel in spectacular location between the Mushroom of Lacco Ameno and the Bay of San Montano. Seawater pools at various temperatures located on multiple flowery and scenic terraces, very manicured kitchen, relaxing and comfortable sea views, really accurate and polite service, good spa department. Great value for money.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent seawiew.

Very nice. The director of the structure and' very nice and accommodating. You can ask to visit the rooms before choosing. In general the staff is very qualified. The baths are nice and it is pleasant also the outdoor pool that I have personally tried it also with the cold :) after a ride… A blessing!

Hotel in a beautiful location. We have been coming to this beautiful hotel for many years. All very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A drawback is the rooms that have not yet been renovated. Good spa. All wishes are fulfilled. We will continue to come.

4 star Hotel on the map but not in the facts. In the rooms there is no air conditioning, there are no bathrobes in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is very sparse. More from 2 star hotel and neither. Shuttle service ending at 19. Experience not to be repeated.

The pools are beautiful also the food is delicious but the flaw is that there is not a menu for children…

Good structure. Very friendly and helpful staff Rooms a little dated but neat and spotless. Wonderful view. But the must is the spa service. Great! After 3 days my back didn't hurt anymore.

Hotel with 3 thermal pools of which one outdoor. You may want to come with car since it is not right in the middle. The rooms are not modernized (2 bathrooms in the room with WC in other room and in the other only kiss shower and sink) but with a good cleanliness. Staff helpful and polite in particular the concierge who deserves 5 stars. Parking included. Great price.

From a few years that practical Ischia, having caught always of the offs with structures Factiscenti, the 2017 was a lucky year because I booked at the Hotel San Lorenzo, just fantastic, believe me try to believe, I stayed 12 days between July and August, you think I returned for the August, (15) and I booked for the 2018, a very sinpathic director is available the excellent staf, excellent food, spa with qualified and polite staff, we will return in July, greetings with esteem all staff from Direction to the SPA at the restaurant Grazi for making me spend some beautiful holidays Aldo learned.

Stayed here in August 2016. Impressions:
1. The sea and the beach-in memory did not remain absolutely at sea times two, because it is far and not.
2. Terms are good, but I did not fit for health. Went to Negombo, there cool, in the sea Iskupnulis only once, and went to the sources. The price of the park includes the beach. But if you take a separate umbrella and sunbeds next to the beach then it is so expensive! 25 Euros.
3. Food-bad and tasteless. The salads were very fast. I waited and ordered a rabbit, and brought some bones! It's called eaten. More Horror. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only if you buy a sandwich. The food store is far, zadolbalis there water to buy. The restaurant is very expensive.
4. Infrastructure-did not like it! Hotel on the mountain. We're like goats jumping up and down, tireding hard. Buses go terribly uncomfortable, yes in a circle, but still strange. That Edith, that is not Edith. The bus crush is terrible. Shops are expensive, you can, of course, buy something, and so, a lot of boutiques and generally believe that Ischia is an untwisted island, and in fact-nothing special and expensive.
The only thing left in memory is bus trips and thermal springs. As if at sea and were not.

I've been coming to this facility for nine years. I would not change with any other Ischia. It's all good. From the staff to the location. From the landscape to the kindness of all. Good breakfast.

I only stayed one night at this property but I was enough to understand that the staff is prepared and helpful and that if you want to relax it is the right hotel. I enjoyed the thermal waters of the indoor pool and, after a day of work, it was really pleasant to feel slipping on the hot water that fell from a small waterfall…
Also the restaurant is not bad at all.
The rooms, then, are clean and you can enjoy a really beautiful view.
I recommend it.

Great hotel with helpful and professional friendly staff. It would take a little more attention to the temperatures of the outside pools such as hydro-massage to ozone and the Knaipp. Definitely will be back.

Near the Bay of san montano.

The hotel is situated in a superb location, is well maintained. It is good to eat and plenty of it. Good service of the spa treatment. Nice and quiet place. The staff is helpful, attentive, friendly, and professional. I also want to add a small note. I want to compliment, especially with two people with whom I have had more contact: Francis, person prepared, competent, serious, efficient and at the same time funny and cheerful as necessary and Vincenzo also prepared, competent, serious, efficient and at the same time classy and elegant. Beautiful building, in a panoramic position, sin nn there they had a strong said that the magnificent swimming pool was under maintenance. We were there for the kids that I like the baths. A problem.
