Sorry to see a 4 star hotel in these conditions, non-existent spas, emotional shower abandoned to itself, with dirty water with algae, cold and Turkish water pool closed for covid … great staff, home food never seen a specialty or anything else (fried fish or risotto with seafood) miserable and poor dishes, never seen in misery in the kitchen, one of the many carbonata with cream, fish as a second mullet to fry put half in the plate … in short, 20 grams of fish in a second … good waiters trying to do the best they can… one day at lunch was missing the bread recycling of breakfast sandwiches … wine from stomach ache and prosecco with wine to feel bad … in short, the stars should be reviewed because they flew into the sky …

Beautiful experience we were really satisfied… a thank you to the manager giovanni always friendly and helpful and to all the waiters… rooms in the norm but excellent cleanliness to definitely recommend.

Great location, professional and helpful people. It's not often (I've never happened) that you arrange a dessert in the pool with sangria (white) gogo and Neapolitan staples fried at the time. An evening to remember. I disassociate myself from those who criticize but what is the impossible demand? At least in this hotel there are people who always smile at you and look for your attention to make you feel "welcome Guest". Good, very good.

I'd like to know if it's possible, give yourself 4 stars and maybe have 3. Keeping up and investing in your work always pays off, which I haven't seen in your hotel. I could list so many things that are wrong, but I just tell you that I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is in a beautiful location (not very comfortable, but with a bus stop at a one step), in the cool, breezy and quiet area that allows a truly restful sleep. Spacious rooms (we have also come upon with beautiful sea views), clean. But even with a few too many flaws for a 4-star hotel (not working safe and other unresolved inconveniences in the week). Good food, especially breakfast with very good pastries. But the top was the director Giovanni who pampered us and supported us in every request, helping to make our holiday inone. Super holiday!

Great location with a stunning panorama overlooking the whole bay of Forio. We stayed in the week straddling August in a well-appointed, clean quadruple and especially with daily toilet linen turnover. The kitchen, full of special dishes that range between the sea and the mountains, served by a good staff that is always available. Very good Vincenzo, the Maitre. Great and plentiful buffet appetizers. The manager and his very kind lady of the exquisite people constantly present. What to say an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

Currently I am in this fantastic hotel, wonderful and very kind staff especially the maitrè, spectacular cuisine, excellent services.

It's not a 4 star it's 3 at best. Air con is turned off for whole hotel t 6am so I woke up everyday at 6.30am because it's so hot and they don't have any fans (I am not a morning person). Double beds aren't double beds they are 2 singles put together. Food is terrible: at breakfast you have to boil your own eggs, it is the worse breakfast I think I have ever had. Pasta for dinner everyday and it's rarely nice. Here are 2 amazing members of staff that make you feel really valued, the rest of the staffs Service is shocking, non existent or rude. There is no mini bar it's just an empty fridge. It's almost impossible to get water at the hotel and it's almost an hour round trip to the shop. There is nothing near by so poorly located you can get a bus every 10 mins but sometimes the busess are so full you cant get in. I can't wait to leave this hotel. On the up side it's clean and has great views.

High-quality hotels, clean and functional rooms, friendly, competent staff ready to meet all kinds of needs and solve the small inconveniences. A special note of merit to the director of the facility Mr. John and his wife Mrs. Ra Domenica who made us feel at home, thanks to their friendliness. Excellent ly-crafted cuisine composed of tasty and particular dishes. Service at the tables coordinated very well and carried out by competent staff and attentive to the needs of customers. The place is simply gorgeous, with a privileged view of the village of Forio and the beach of St. Francis, ideal for recharging the batteries after a year of work.

The Hotel does not deserve four Stars. The Beds have bad Mattresses, the Water comes out of the Shower either hot or cold (Mixed Batteries broken), the Showers are walkaround (Room 306 has a Shower of felt 45x45 cm). The Hotel is winded, wide Distances, just a small Elevator.
The Restaurant strives, covers beautifully, lays down Cloth Napkins, but the Waiter does not pour in water and Wine; You have to do that yourself and the drained Plates are not cleared away.
The Shuttle Service to the Sea is unreliable, People are not picked up at the agreed Time.
Management desperately needs good Management Advice.

The location is good. The well-kept rooms with excellent services. The director is a nice guy as well as the staff. In the kitchen, you need to do more considering the prices.

Bring food from home. Location discreet, the rooms and especially the toilets (about 2 meters) it was not a 4 star hotel. Cooking bad food, in my opinion, recycled from the day before. Friendly staff, not so much at the reception. Upon arrival in the bathroom there was a clear loss of water of unspecified origin immediately reported at the reception. Was repaired the next day without a propose in the immediate room change.

No, please. Great presumption in the face of very modest treatment. Third-class retirement rooms. Kitchen trivial.

Four star Hotel with a little bit cheaper! In the rooms floors and dirty bathroom. As soon as we arrived we listened to a nice speech by the manager who boasted about his hotel but probably the conviction is not enough.

The staff are nice but the structure has significant limits due to the age and lack of organization. The kitchen is from… nightmare.

I had 2 days great, a New Year's Eve, with yummy food and fun music ; even a performance of bagpipers, kind waiters and available to my glutenfree needs, the director a person ; special sensitive and kind, knows how to make guests feel comfortable, creating a family atmosphere! Thanks for everything.

We stayed at the resort for 5 days. The hotel and facilities were very good. Indoor swimming pool, Jacquzzi and outdoor pool plus gym which was small but ok. The Jacquzzi wasnt working the first day we used it and the indoor pool was open from 5.15 pm which needed to be opened earlier. A small bar at the outdoor pool side would have made it perfect as you had to order inside the hotel. The beauty treatment we had a full body massage, was very relaxing but very expensive for 50 minutes. The food served in the restaurant however was amazing, everything to suit all tastes and plenty of it. The service we received was the best ever especially from Giovanni he is the best host ever! He was very attentive to our needs as a family with a young child. He was charming and charismatic the locals love him and he really looked after us as his guests. He went out of his way to provide a room upgrade and even dropped us off via the shuttle bus which is brilliant to go back and forth to Forio. The hotel could do with outdoor sensory lighting as it was difficult travelling out in the night especially when we had to leave so early in the morning to catch a ferry home. The outdoor play area for children was ok, There was an enclosed trampoline and small slide. However this area needs revamping and there needs to be better play equipment for all ages of children. The hotel is well maintained clean and bright and truly a very relaxing environment.

Room with bath-house without window and little aeration, air conditioner rumorosissimo and running intermittently, soundproofing non-existent (newborn screaming adjacent room, restaurant and breakfast room above the room with alarm effect with Displacement tables and chairs), impossible to call from the room (network only from the external parking), Internet functioning only in certain areas, indoor swimming pools with various whirlpool baths, non-functioning Turkish bath, shuttle with only 2 morning and 2 afternoon rides While the evening fee (with stop at 1 km. From the centre), catering from Pensione. The classification is not correct, I would recommend to check before proposing. I'll avoid recommending it.

After reading some reviews I was a little worried, as I had already booked. Actually when we arrived at this hotel and saw the availability of the operators, I heaved a sigh of relief. I only stayed for three days, but I promised to return. The photos they have on the site are a bit retouched, but nonetheless a bottom of truth is there. The back facing the sea, where you can enjoy the sunset, and then you eat very well. They offer a shuttle service, to get around, very convenient. Localized well, both compared to the 2 beaches, and compared to the center. I stayed in the August period and the prices were very content.

Cute and cozy building structured in asymmetrical blocks in the hill with stunning sea views restaurant great and tasty quality superior kindness to the top thanks also to the professionalism of the staff and an excellent Direction. Recommended for a great stay.

Nice hotel close to Forio.

Located in the hills enjoys a beautiful landscape. Cooler air and quiet area. Easy to get to. The internal structure of the hotel does not want to be of big demands but the welcome and sympathy are their strengths as the Sign. Ra Elena Thank you for your spontaneous sympathy.

I stayed at the Princes ' Park last week with my family. We found an extraordinary welcome. I was very impressed by the professionalism and availability of the manager Giovanni, features common to all staff.
Hotel located in a great location with breathtaking views over the Bay of St. Francis.
Great food.

Struttura bellissima, piscine con acque termali utili per riprendersie passare del tempo in assoluta tranquillità. Si può ammirare un panorama unico su tutta Forio, lo spettacolo più bello è di sicuro al tramonto quando il sole che cala e si creano giochi di luce magnifici.

Well maintained Hotel panoramic location a bit far from downtown but well served by local transport connections being only a few steps from one of the main roads of the island.
