We returned yesterday, fantastic stay, all nice, friendly staff and especially Antonello who served us at the table. I recommend it.

Decent structure un welcoming staff. (not all) has only. The external image. Leave a lot to be desired. Uncomfortable location with respect to the center and the sea. Room nice in appearance but lacks comfort causes location. Mediocre cleanliness. They changed us office hotel without our consent, same property. I had chosen hotel overlooking the sea "Albatros Hotel" and instead I found myself in a nice room but full of light on the ground floor and as a view from the window I had. The hotel shuttle parked! that's it. Room without blackout curtains so wake up at 5 am. The only person who understood our discomfort was Mrs. Angela, whom I thank for her availability and kindness. Unique among all that has professional value. Thank you Angela❤

Unfortunately we enjoyed it for a few days however it's a great hotel… The manager was also very friendly and friendly and very nice and also the others who are part of this property… clean environment clean and beautiful rooms. Relaxing! I stayed here for a few days and save an initial qui pro quo I was assigned a nice room, a bit small and a bathroom to renovate but the room garden was wonderful.
Great breakfast, relaxing pool.
Only without a lifeguard. You move sunbeds and open the umbrella that in a 4 star is not allowed and then also for safety.
The director and Emanuela are very kind.
When you book there is written welcome drink that there is no evening shuttle to Forio, even of umbrella and beach loungers… It would be appropriate to correct them because what one sees written believes they should have.

Beautiful place: manicured outdoor pool with lovely scenery in the background. Romantic and relaxing indoor pool. Rooms and mini apartments comfortable and clean. Staff reception super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Free transportation organization service to the beaches and impeccable excursions… maitre, waiters, bartenders, cooks. I have been to this hotel with a large group and I have to say besides how nice it is also well organized. Staff great, helpful and friendly with everyone, very good food and I am very happy with it. I'il be back.

Excellent hotel, rooms pure, clean and tidy, great for families, groups and schools, equipped with free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool and indoor heated and with sauna, great breakfast very large and good, lunch as well is dinner as well. In the main room there is a piano and a television that can be used.

This hotel is very spacious and comfortable, with comfortable and large reception. The food I eat every day is very good and perdimore the service and the waiters are nice and helpful. I'il Be back! Gorgeous.

Lovely place with very friendly staff especially the waiters in the restaurant room. Surrounded by greenery with flowers of all kinds, peace reigns. Very good shuttle service. Good food and compliments to the ' fantastic ' vegetable buffet. Will definitely return.

Great resort in a little isolated location, just over a kilometer from the center of Forio. Suitable for families and summer stays.

For us it was more like 3 star hotel. To kids just few games outside. If you haven't ordered lunch earlier, you can eat at restaurant just between 13 and 14. When you came at time, nobody works at place and reseption stuff unhappy trying to find out (quite long), can we with others guess to have lunch :) Sometimes just nobody cleaned rooms or if they clean just don't see what is behind door. They didn't give kettle at room and were making very bad coffee. But hotel have nice teritory with beautiful garden, nice view to mountin, realy relaxing enviroment. Nice outside and inside pools, jakusi, just mised for kids pool. Very good Wi-Fi. Way to the beach trought very busy streat, but very near is good supermarket with fantastics fruits :) A little bit overated.

We were very pleased with the structure, simple but very welcoming, for the staff, especially Nicola and Mario, and anyway all very nice and attentive. The cuisine of the restaurant La Pipera followed with great professionalism by the Mêtre Salvatore. … and there would be so much more to say! Still lovely places. I came back yesterday from the holiday and I have to say Ke I had a great time. Cosy rooms with independent and clean garden. Food very good and plentiful. Staff nice starting from Pino in Primis, Serena and all the other waiters in the room. Too bad there was little animation. I would definitely stay there again without problems!

I did not like this hotel, these were my issues: 1. We had two single beds even though it was clear we were a couple. 2. Some of the staff were blunt if not rude. 3. The restaurant took forever and the food wasn't that nice. We gave up on it towards the end. 4. Two night they had these large discos in the center of the place which 5 people attended and 50 people stayed in their rooms trying to plug their ears. 5. They had this singer through one of the meals that was really unwanted. 6. The coffee was not good (in Italy! ) 7. The internet was not working 90% of the time When we asked for help they just shrugged and said "yes it does not work. " No apologies or anything.

Beautiful Hotel in a wonderful island. Very helpful and friendly staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good food, abundant breakfast with cappuccino or coffee or the prepared exclusively by the bar. Suitable for families and for a romantic getaway. Very good value for money. We would definitely recommend it.

Nice facility, good facilities — car and motorbike rental — — ibe outdoor, blue indoor pool with next sauna. Well maintained park with various shelters repaired by the sun and not. Comfortable rooms, friendly and courteous staff. The restaurant room should be positioned better, as it currently seems to be an underground. While the terrace in front of the property is well ventilated overlooking the beautiful park.

We enjoyed our stay, the extreme courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff, especially the bartender pine, of course not taking away anything to everyone else. Signed: the eight maidens of the Agency and the four of the Apocalypse.

I want to thank you for the courtesy and availability that I found, starting with the Director always smiling and courteous FORMIDABLE, Tommaso sympathetic and stylish, not to mention all the restaurant staff, an excellent cook. The Head waiter always attentive and smiling and Sanrio PINO our waiter very cute makes you eat with joy. I spent a beautiful week, the facility is near Forio which is a love. A greeting from the consort 39 Brunette PERIGINI.

I spent a few days of vacation and receiving treatment at the hotel Parco delle Agavi and want to point out, in addition to the excellent treatment received, the exquisiteness of all staff and especially the night Porter Thomas and the waiter at the bar. This judgment is fully shared by the entire company (about 10 people) from Gorizia.

The hotel is located 1 km away from the Centre of Forio. Does not provide shuttle in the period before the summer. The rooms do not have telephone, fridge and TV mini, picks up well only 2 channels. The rooms away from the pool are out and warming is minimal. The catering on a few dishes is poor. The staff is polite and friendly but the hotel does not deserve four stars.

We stayed at hotel Parco delle Agavi last September. Peaceful, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Good location, near the beach of Chiaia and the Centre of Forio.
Recommend to rent a car or scooter, the road is very dangerous x who want to walk. There are buses but it's virtually impossible to climb so are crowded.
Excellent cuisine, a good cook. The waiting staff very polite, kind and considerate, especially Salvatore and Stany, good and Nice.
The structure leaves a little to be desired. Could do with a makeover. The rooms are spacious but they would also be needed somewhere. In particular, the shower curtain which would just be replaced.

Positive: — all the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. — The outdoor swimming pool is nice, large and clean.
Negative: ' I think a 4 star hotel. — The property would need a modernization — the bathrooms are in bad shape — meals are served in an ample external sector indoors despite being unused.
