Excellent small hotel. Everything is in perfect working order. Has the best linen I've ever encountered in a hotel. No rude surprises. Lack of Car Parking can be an issue though.

Nice hotel in Udine. Classic hotel, it isn't a modern one. Clean, nice breakfast, but not very fancy.

Traditional Italian hotel right in the city centre with the charm of the old days of Italian tourism. Very nice and neat. Garage parking is rather high priced.

Very nice and central hotel, with 2 min walking distance to the main square. Rooms clean and airy equipped with tv. Good choice of food for the breakfast in the morning from continental to English full and sweet Italian classics. Helpful and attentive staff.

Very nice Hotel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Panelling and flooring the package. Breakfast buffet interesting but… if you're not a wild boar you don't have to sleep. The noise is unbearable and you feel all the minimum noises of the rooms next door.

It was still rearranged at 2 o'clock in the morning, noisy furniture moved in the event room. Even after 2maligem requests, no consideration was taken to our need for sleep. Thank you, never again.

It was a very nice Hotel. Total lack of soundproofing of the entrance door to the room. To avoid if you are a light sleeper!
A tip before you face the investment of the door change: Register the springs of the door close and put a carpet in the hallways of the floors. In this way you avoid the ticking of the steps and the noise caused by the transport of the suitcases!

The service is just great! Definitely the choice when in Udine.

Ambassador palace hotel it's nice to be because it's close to the train station, it's just the road opposite train station and the same time its close to the center of the city of udine, let's say it's at the middle.

Very nice Staff, great meals, good breakfasts with various choices quiet place.

Superb hotel. Neighborhood seemed quiet, rooms with all you need including safe, big beds, fridge bar, air conditioning, tv, shower and/or massage bath tube. Towels, soap, etc. And slippers! Next friendly personnel, good breakfast, including gluten free bread or crackers on demand. They also have restaurant till 22:30 and American bar till midnight open, but we haven't tried them out. In case of midnight hunger there are vending machines with coffee and crackers, chips. Parking in their garage is not cheap, but it's closed, let' say under surveilance. Who dares can use cheap parking on the street — just park in blue marked slots. Hotel is located near historical centre, with shops, give it a try if you're not in a hurry.

The room was great and spacious. Personnel was top-notch and very helpful, especially at breakfast. It was a short overnight stay but I've enjoyed it. The only thing I did not like was the €14/day parking fee when the parking spots around are €0.6/hour.

Modern hotel with good comfort. The rooms are very nice and the staff is very good. Also located a few minutes walk (5 no more) from the center of Udine.

Elegant place with delightful spa… what a must try is the outdoor Jacuzzi. In the low season has abbordabilissimi prices and the staff is friendly and helpful. A corner of paradise to relax.

Clean, bright, cozy Hotel just a few minutes walk from Central Station and in a quiet and safe area. Very attentive management, friendly and professional staff: bringing your guests here offers the guarantee of satisfaction. Good!

Very nnice old style hotel. Rooms have noo safe but are very comfortable. Breakfast is rich. Nice service.
