Due to an illness with corona we could not start the booked holiday. Unfortunately, we had not taken out cancellation insurance. The hotel was unfriendly and uncooperative, we had to pay the entire amount, whereby according to consumer protection at least the breakfast should not have been charged. Of course, we would have been allowed to arrive, the hotel would have had no problem with the fact that we were still highly infectious and possibly could have infected someone. No recommendation, there is no trace of humanity here!
