Super kitchen, very nice staff.

Best hotel in Lignano… all wonderful… always come home like.

Staff very friendly, efficient and prepared. Always available when asked for the solution of some problem. L' only flaw is the bathroom sink is very small and this, unfortunately, to drain off a little water on the floor. Also the shower is too low had this risk of flooding outside. However, also the kitchen for breakfast ok.

Definitely satisfied in full. Professional staff. Constantly searching for customer satisfaction. Comfortable rooms… great restaurant value for money. Thank you.

The staff professional, very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool very good, you can relax next to there. You can find the sea the end of the street, 1 minute walk, where have a privat beach with sunbeds and sunshade. The breakfast very delecious. You can choose plenty of meal and can drink fresh fruit juice and first class italian coffee. The balcony of the room very lovely. The room climatizeda and you has own little fridge. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. It was the first time we were here but not the last.

A family-run hotel with the best service. There is a lot of choice at breakfast and the staff always add new things. The staff speaks several languages. There is a swimming pool for adults as well as for small children. The sea is only about 200 meters from the hotel. Nearby there are numerous shopping facilities as well as restaurants. A perfect rest is guaranteed here.

We go for years to the Hotel Arizona and are always very satisfied. Friendliness and cleanliness is always a matter of course. The food is very varied and each for a moment of indulgence. We are happy to spend this year again our vacation there.

We start from the good things: great food and excellent waiters, the chief room especially, helpful and really friendly.
The lady at the front desk and I think proprietor was very friendly and had a nice way to ask, her colleague slightly less.
Nice Hotel, clean room quite well and comfy bed. Do two because I had to abandon the stay first for a personal problem and I was totally snubbed by him, despite I had paid everything as by chords without blinking. I was disappointed because finally, I was a customer. "I was" because for its not friendliness I will not return.

The hotel is well maintained also the large pool provides enough space for swimming. The pool area is equipped with modern couches. For children a small pool has been built, find it optimal!
The rooms are very clean and are cleaned several times a day.
The shower cubicle is small but also great maintained.
The breakfast is very rich and the choice is really good!
The owner is very nice and helpful, besides he speaks very good German.
I can recommend this hotel to anyone with a quiet conscience!

Very quiet, cosy and above all very clean hotel with friendly, cordial staff. Balcony is large enough, but because of the Mosquito plague in the evening then no more fun. The bathroom is a little tiny, especially the shower is very cramped. There are great pools with hot water showers, a changing room and a sun terrace. The breakfast is good and plentiful and overall reasonable. Very good we like it for every room lying on the beach there. So there's no trouble. Near the hotel there are also many shops, restaurants, public parking and ice-cream parlours. Overall for the elderly and couples highly recommended, but also very family-and animal friendly. Due to the size of the rooms but not perfect for families.

Mid-range hotels. Nice pool area. The rooms could be renovated. Located in a quiet area in Lignano Pineta.

We were in this hotel for five nights.
We found cordiality, availability all over the field.
Very good quality restaurant and very professional staff.
I hope to go back next year.
