A spectacular location located on a hill with a view that fills your heart and pacifys your soul. The owner Patrizia offers a warm and affectionate welcome always ready to satisfy every request of the guests. The pool offers a relaxing stay to share with family or friends. A week flew and it was sad to leave. Absolutely to come back.

Despite the objective difficulties caused by the seismic events it is rare to find a person, the lady Patrizia, who sit in a if qualities such as tenacity, persistence, willingness to continue, the sympathy, and communication skills that make the stay pleasant and, what is not to be overlooked, corroborated by the excellent cuisine prepared by Patrizia, an excellent cook. Mediocre New Year's Eve dinner for €50. Poor quality of food and food definitely not fresh. Entertainment not suitable for the place and loud music! I don't think I'm going back…

Missing the bidet (in Italy obligatory) … room and bathroom lurid, could not open the window cause wasp nests everywhere. Miserable breakfast paid apart in gold weight! Shame.

Great place in the middle of the green. Patrizia the owner of an exceptional person. Great cuisine. We always come back to spend wonderful days. Very nice pool!

Today, the photo does not correspond to reality, (probably dating back to 4/5 years ago as it is now completely abandoned to itself) place sloppy, not groomed, and above all (at least for our room) very dirty. We didn't even stay, we took our things and we left 10 minutes after l'arrival.

If I could put less, I stayed one night in 2014 with my daughter, I had a voucher to use and the facility had joined, night passed in white in the cold, in the morning I had a fever, bad breakfast made with bad food, at check out I asked a Figure that according to the owner had to be paid for heating, because according to her the heating is an option… While the voucher was clear: Night and breakfast included. The view definitely deserves, but stay there… never again.

Wonderful Panorama at 360 degrees peace and quiet make it a wonderful place to visit surely.

Quiet and friendly personal place is nice, great to spend evenings with friends and spend the holidays.

There are room for improvement in every respect, but this place is of a lovely beauty.
If you need beauty and quiet it is for you.
Deficiencies (objective) are compensated by the widespread environmental wonder. Excellent attendance of humans and animals.

It is a lovely place, starting from the breathtaking landscapes, by the small details with which it is furnished every single angle and excellent quality of food. Not to mention the staff! They welcomed us like we had known each other always! You're a great Father, we were fond of and felt at home! Thank you dell'hospitality Serena and Michele.

I just left Patrizia and already missing his vivacity, the deafening noise of the silence is a peace that sooner or later you have to experience, I have been really good, the colors, l'the hospitality of a person's blood who loves his home can be seen in the behavior, healthy food, stay in the pool with the tranquillity and enjoy the morning views of the sibillini mountains to the council for a weekend or even more days, thanks to the heart of this experience, I hope to return soon.
