Charming and enchanted place… Very nice managers and always on the piece, we will return, maybe in summer, to enjoy the spectacular scenery while we dine outside on the terrace of the restaurant.

Castillo della Pieve is a lovely country house with an amazing view. It is like a little medieval village with its own chapel and tower on the top of the hill. We went by car and this seems the only viable option to get there (parking was free just by the entrance of the village). Bernardo, the host speaks enough English and was very friendly and helpful! The room was big and clean, equipped with a TV and hairdryer. The only downside that should be mentioned is that if it’s cold outside the room will be chilly despite the heating. Nothing devastating but must be taken into account when booking (I can imagine this is not an issue during the summer). We got a nice Italian breakfast in the morning (3-4 types of cakes, jams and honey, fruits, cereals, bread, fruit juice, tea and coffee). For a decent price Bernardo prepares you dinner as well (we had first and second courses, dessert, wine and water). There is a pool (in March when we stayed was out of service) and a beautiful social room with books, toys and a fireplace. Within a 1-2 hours driving radius there are several historical destinations worth visiting. Overall, it was an amazing experience combining relaxation, romance and adventure :) Would return anytime!

The place is a paradise immersed in nature, with a fairytale atmosphere where time stops as if by enchantment. The rooms are beautiful, tastefully decorated and refined. They are guaranteed hospitality and kindness of the owner, exquisite person. I would stay there again right away!

Another example of following an unlikely road only to find another pot of gold. Warm and welcoming, eating on the terrazzo gives you an unchallenged view of this majestic countryside. 0 km menu of the highest standards and quality of produce. Local red wine to die for!

A nice place with great views, good food available for dinner and breakfast. Rooms tend to be funished in a bit of a wacky style.

A little piece of paradise on Earth, a beautiful medieval citadel, very quiet and cozy, where you can eat great food too. Truly, a place pleasant for all senses. You can stay there to relax and hike on the mountains around, or use it as the base for visiting the attractions around it. Bernardo is the perfect host, very friendly and helpful. If you're planning on visiting the Marche, I wholeheartedly recommend you to spend the night at this little citadel.

Great host, great food, great place, ideal for a getaway from the bustling city. By return!
