I spent a wonderful seven days great and friendly staff, eating yummy, clean room, hope to stay here again on New Year's Eve.

The hotel does not pull on 4 stars. Very dirty, the rooms are old, in poor condition. The breakfasts are terrible. Prices in the hotel restaurant are overpriced. The only positive thing is the friendly staff and close proximity to the sea.

They don't know what hospetality is for foreigners. They have to learn a lot otherwise this hotel will not last.

Where do you buy 4 stars I want to buy them too? From the outside you can see how neglected it is, but entering the lobby almost feels like another place: manicured and very beautiful. But when you arrive in the room immediately notice the dirty walls and those who performed the works did not eraper anything professional (painting…), tub that trying to fill it the exit cap leaked so it was unusable, shower in which it was impossible to wash without flooding the bathroom, during the night it was difficult to sleep because the bedfront wall vibrated due, perhaps, to the channeling of the air conditioning and television that did not take any channel. As far as cleaning is concerned: in 5 days the sheets and pillow covers have only been changed once (only because in the presence of me and my fiancée). Breakfast PESSIMA: bread and brioches old and hard… Only positive note the proximity to the sea and the friendly and friendly staff a star is just for them.

I don't know how they could have 4 municipal park facilities and served… furniture, abandoned, bad food, rooms small and dirty… unorganized… to avoid.

Absolutely negative. Morning Breakfast with packed food expired. Sheets with yellow spots. Lunch and dinner with no choice and low quality. Advise against.

Hotel is dirty and definately is not 4 star hotel! In the pool there are swimming insects and green algaes. Rooms are also dirty (layer of dust on the night lamp, wardrobe, behind bed). Moreover accordind to ranking standards 4 star hotel rooms should be at least 14 qm whilst they are 9qm… another point is food. It is disaster — no fruits, scrambled eggs are awful, no good tea/coffe. For dinner we got rissotto which contained rice and melted cheese — and we needed wait for this 30 mins. Even water is not free for the dinner! Value for money is not delivered. Even in 1 or 2 star hotels it is way cleaner and food is better. There are ants in the rooms and some insects walking close to restaurants. I have pictures which confirm all of the above statements. Wifi is not working at all. No idea who gave this hotel 4 stars — to put it mildly it is HUGE misunderstanding!

Seen from outside the place also looks very nice, the lobby and the reception as well. The problem is how much you enter the rooms. (By the way I came after the check in time and I had to wait for my room which was not ready) There's moquet everywhere, even in the walls. It was so dirty that we immediately requested to Lavarcela. When I did to put myself under the covers I discovered to my great sorrow that the sheets had not been changed and there were still hairs and the hairs of those who had stayed before me. Not to mention the towels and the wooden shower stall, now rotten. Also the fitness room and pool are dirty and significantly lower than the expectations of a 4 star I gave two stars only for the courtesy and kindness shown by the staff, only positive note of a horrible stay!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable.

There somehow united two hotels and Julia attached yet. Two lifts and one leads to the rooms so so Grjaznenko. Dried. All Aljapoaato. Golden walls, huge mirror right in the closet right in the legs of the bed. From the bed there is only iron terrible skeleton. There's a mattress on it. I mean, there's no bed. View of the neighboring hotel. The room was very spacious.

Great location very close to the beach, great food, the room if on the first floor has a nice little pool with possibility of taking the, only negative key a bit little care in cleaning room.

Simple. A little old. Needs so much maintenance.

You do not understand well why the 4 stars of the hotel. Probably in the years 40 was a 4 star, now looks decadent, dirty walls, dirty carpets, things you don't even see in a 3 star… not C and parking and the Wi-Fi in the rooms is too slow many times it doesn't work… The breakfast buffet is disappointing… do 2 star ANZ 1 for the staff who is really friendly and helpful, because all in all the rooms are nice with a nice view and the location is convenient to 2 steps from the Sea… The dinner is discreet, buffet also that…

Clean rooms, but needing great maintenance! Poor breakfast! The third star is only for the great courtesy and sympathy of the staff!

We had a great time, great location, good food and very friendly and courteous staff. Cozy room. Pool clean and quiet. This hotel is ideal for a wonderful relaxing holiday!

Perfect reception. Atomesfera friendly. All cared for, clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent location.

The exterior is beautiful and characteristic and, internally, is decorated taking care of all the details. The room was elegant and spacious. All very courteous and attentive to our needs.

Groomed both inside and out. The room was very spacious and nice as well as the bathroom. Excellent dinner served by staff at the Aquarius restaurant, present in the structure.

We booked a hotel near the sea and looking at the internet still quiet. On our arrival we found a warm reception and staff friendly and personable.

I was recently at Glamour Hotel. Since the beginning, I faced a fine and elegant environment. The furniture in the room and common areas is studied in detail. The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality.

Magnificent holiday last summer at this property. The room was large, tastefully furnished and quiet. The food served was excellent quality and variety.

Have a Good staff, neplahaâ kitchen, but mostly only fish menu. But the hotel is not 4 star, pulls on a boltše for three. Wee-Fi though paid, but lousy, throwing out in the first three minutes of the connection, and does not connect in the next 20 minutes. The surprise newlyweds or kospliment d. R. And count, Catania in future.

Dirty. Filthy. Bedroom with floor gross and full of dust, dirty towels in the bathroom and no staff that draws the room; Breakfast is made in one part of the restaurant with the filthy floor and on the table where we eat, the tablecloth was stained by mould (? ), the juices exposed under the Sun and dirty cups and bowls for breakfast. And what about the Internet?. Shameful.
