Shameful company, skyrocketing prices for cabins, you sold more tickets than the allowed capacity. The staff is rude and also rude. We are herded like sheep to the slaughter. Very high prices for catering. You are really negative. Very bad review.

While on delay to depart they announce from the microphones they are the fastest company… what an irony. Never on time, massive delays on departure and on travel duration. People smoking all over the place and nobody bothers, dirty spaces and occasionally signs of bad maintenance. No respect for COVID rules. The only thing on time is the opening of the restaurants in order to make the extra penny. Personnel is rude and not helpful. Cabins are mostly dirty despite even the COVID regulations for which there is a total disrespect. When claiming reimbursements on delays based on eu regulations when they reply they only offer a discount for the following trip assuming you still want to travel with them again.

Ferry with vehicle from Bari to Igoumenista, 4 adults.
Check-in in Bari disorganized and very nervous hostess.
Staff on board the ferry really unfriendly and having no sense of hospitality and humanity.
Similarly the food on board the ferry was inedible.
An experience that we will never repeat!
