The staff knows how to provide all the info for a perfect stay.
The checkin was made by Mr. Milton, a very harsh recepcionist. Showing signs of impatiance, the first thing he said when we got to the room was that I should not use the kitchen, since it wasn't included on my reservation price. I wouldn't argue about that, even if there were no such terms when I booked my reservation on Expedia. He said I should be responsible for throwing out the trash and everything disposable like bottles etc. Since then I felt very unwelcomed, because in any of the b&bs I have stayed in life such condition was never imposed on me. My staying was regular, besides all the cold I was submitted to, since the heating system was very disfunctional. Mr Milton said there was nothing he could do, because the heating system was centralized. One day before my checkout, I asked mr Milton if I could have some breakfast before departure. He agreed and said there would be an extra fee for that. No problems. The breakfast arrived 10:45, and I was supposed to leave at 10:30. When I finished eating, I was advised by Mr milton I should pay another extra fee for "late checkout". I obviously disagreed, since I wouldn't have time to eat the breakfast I paid for. Mr Milton, showing again signs of impatiance and disrespect, said the following words: "you are not behaving very well". Mr milton not only declared his total inability to deal with guests, but all his impatiance and lack of cordiality.
