Great location, sublime food, friendly staff, the spa is small, but nothing is missing and the beauticians very competent.
The rooms are all beautiful, very tastefully decorated.
In summer the garden is magnificent and you can enjoy 1 swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Villa suitable for parties, ceremonies and holidays.

We stayed feeling welcomed with care and warmth, incredible place with a unique and enviable landscape, the restaurant offers an excellent menu in which flavors that we never thought merge, but that combined with skill and imagination, make dinner a journey into the past, the clean room and 'really comfortable with a view of the valley wrapped in the silence of the hill! The extremely kind staff and attentive to our needs, two delicious kittens pampered us with purr every night on our return! What more could you ask for! very good.

Lovely property! We arrived yesterday and I already fell in love with this place! Qualified and attentive staff. Beautiful room. The food of the restaurant at the Top! Beautiful pool. All the premises for a special holiday. I absolutely recommend it.

Excellent location for convivial moments. From the terrace of the dining room you can admire the gentle slope of the hills with characteristic towns perched on the same. The skyline of Monte Conero, which emerges far away, complete the harmony of the landscape. The surrounding garden and the old farmhouse, nestled in the trees, that further enrich the charm of the place.

Very nice Hotel, away from the shot. Great facility, very clean rooms and friendly staff! If Events are pending during the stay you will be informed in a timely manner and it will be taken into consideration.

Location is nice, food is ok (tasted only at weddings). I have no idea if it is expansive or not, I guess so.

Nice location, friendly and helpful staff, the SPA is cozy with a window that from the hills of the Marche, but very small. I don't recommend booking in the central hours.

It is a beauty paradise with good food. The prices are not high if we compare them to structures of the same level. Anything else.

Potentially unique and extraordinary place for location and structure. There are some details that would make it exceptional.
Staff very courteous but definitely away from the thought of an absolute level resort as could be the property. It is very good but the attention to detail is definitely the weak point. How can you make a gorgeous bath with a fixed shower pointing straight in the direction of the shower door itself?

We went with my family at this property was nothing short of fantastic, during a wedding of my cousin, eating great, service good, staff friendly, has a breathtaking view, the only flaw is the climate control inside the central room a warm teribile with about 200 people not resisted, we have repeatedly advised the staff to raise the air conditioning, but there was no way for this not highly recommend this venue for large summer events, the cake cutting was done in the pool, the dark environment was little, in fact, the people had unpò complained, however, in substance, to the beautiful environment it is worth it then subjective questions.

Elegant renovation in the marche countryside. Spacious and comfortable rooms with sizes from studio to luxury. Swimming pool and park kept in an exemplary way and dining of excellent quality. All the staff is courteous and available for every need. I will be back very willingly.

Not only is Villa Anitori a beautifully restored property, with a fantastic view of the village of Loro Piceno and the surrounding countryside, the food and service are outstanding. My husband and I stopped by with friends from Holland for lunch. Even though the Villa was hosting a large event, the staff welcomed us warmly and we were seated immediately. The Chef did an outstanding job of creating a lovely lunch, complete with a delicious bottle of local wine recommended by our waiter, Alessandro. The food was GREAT! The atmosphere perfect and the service impeccable. We highly recommend Villa Anitori for it's atmosphere, deliciously prepared cuisine and local wines.

We have been there already two times in one month. Great place. The villa is surrounded by marvelous hills. From every corner of the villa you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama. The garden is taken care of truly excellently. There are a lot of hidden places to explore (should be a suggesting place for photo shootings). It was still cold for the outside pool, but it looks really great. We also liked the spa. There is everything you need for relaxation. Use of towel, bathrobe and slippers is included in the price. There is mineral water and three types of herbal tea to keep you hydrated.
The restaurant is also great. It is furnished with great style, and the service is very carefull. We really enjoyed our 1st May thematic lunch.

A beautiful place from any angle you want to look at! Structure is extremely fascinating, with a taste that is simple but elegant! Light cuisine with special combinations. Enchanting Panorama that you can view directly by sitting to dinner from your table! Pen not to mention the spa, the rooms… a must see!

Stay for a night with a wellness centre, a dinner and breakfast: pampered and spoiled, in an eighteenth-century structure that has maintained the peculiarities of its era, but cleverly modernised, in the heart of a centuries-old park, surrounded by the beautiful countryside of macerata. The spa is essential: everything you need for those that have been three hours of true relaxation, with no thoughts. The kitchen is fantastic, both meat and fish: again, my compliments to the chef. And then a special appreciation is to the staff, excluding no one competent, helpful and friendly… it is natural to feel at ease. Improve you can always, but I honestly do not know what to suggest for it.
