Siamo stati al ristorante dell'hotel Astoria e siamo stati benissimo… Vista bellissima sulle colline di Fermo. Ottimo cibo e ottimo vino. Consigliato.

Nice, clean and very comfortable place We spent time there looking at a beautiful sunset, of a fresh summer evening.

Cozy, spacious well lit. Suggestive the room that opens on the endless panorama that inspired the Leopardi.

2nd floor rooms ok in the 3rd floor … very smal.

We only had lunch at an event. The lunch was great with so many courses and so much (too much) very good fish. Great sweet puff.

Great choice if you want to stay in Fermo. Beautiful view from the room where we had a very good breakfast before leaving. Only note, the rooms are not all like those shown on the site. Ours was much more modest but still unimpeachable.

Very nice location and good food. Great Neo the cleanliness. In the evening my room was not even open I found as I had left. The room was full of laniccia flakes especially under the bed and at the corners it denked that it had not been cleaned for several days. I would stay here again recommending to find clean room for both the location and the courtesy.

Conference. Room packed and air consumed. Missing the chairs however they were on a room next door and the air conditioning was there but it was off. I think it depended more on the organizers than the structure. But, if there had been any of the staff present, maybe he would "spontaneously" correct these smeers and would have deserved 5 stars.

Nice, new and comfortable rooms. The hotel offers a view of the valley and the sea that leaves you breathless and at the same time you have the opportunity to visit the old town which is at 50 meters from the structure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended to all those who want to visit Fermo and Porto San Giorgio without giving up anything.

All the rooms have not been renovated yet but we ate discreetly and the staff very friendly and helpful thing that makes the stay more enjoyable! Excellent location for the services we had to do.

Stayed here over a week for my best friend's wedding in Fermo, and this location couldn't have been better. Was so clean and comfortable and welcoming! But only about 30 seconds walk out to the town square with plenty of awesome eateries and shops and 20 seconds walk to the local bus stop. The views from the breakfast in the restaurant every morning were fairytale picturesque — definitely my favorite thing (in addition, plenty of walkways to hang outside to see the view). Also, Thursday nights (at least in July) is this beautiful antique faire and the owners set up a canopy with outdoor service for dinner, as people walk past visiting the merchants tables in the street right out front! The owner is a FANTASTIC chef — he made us phenomenal dinner & antipasto — we were in heaven. The husband and wife duo, and all of the staff (thank you everyone! ) were all so kind, it felt like a true family place.

Are people just before confirming reservations with prices and then applying additional, are not at all reliable.

From links which I have to admit that this is one of the best hotels in the territory, landscape, then is unique.
