Friendly and clean residence! There's nothing missing. Very nice and helpful owners. We had a great time! We would have stayed willingly for several days.

Very friendly staff, clean apartment and stocked with everything, I recommend it to those who have one or more dogs, are welcome and do not pay surcharges.

Very nice and welcoming residence; It features a swimming pool and bicycles that can be used for walks. Rooms have everything you need.

It was a very nice place. I asked about the residence but they also have rooms. The studio and two-roomed apartment are sufficiently furnished and well-exposed they rent them in different periods and modalities according to their needs.

The room was very small and the bathroom was very clean. Dishes and little pots old and not clean.

It's a nice place to stay: it has a pool, it's very near the beach, the beds are good.

Very friendly and helpful owners even if they had forgotten our reservation and also advised us of the inconvenience. For the first night we were relocated to a hotel very close to the residence, despite the carelessness and disorganization the poor cleanliness of the apartments left us grounded, as soon as we entered the apartment I had to clean up personally room and kitchen In order to use the fires and cook, let's say that pregnant at 7 months, with two dogs and the desire to relax I was the only incentive to let go of all the inconveniences. Experience however not to be repeated.

We booked here the summer holidays. The facility is old but the room is spacious and caters to the needs of those travelling with young children. The trimmed position makes it quiet. Very convenient to the sea and the promenade. Welcoming guests. There is a small pool and games for children (slides etc. ) We have not yet tried the free bike service. We arrived recently but the impression is positive.

Everything was alright, very clean and a very warm welcome. It isn't expensive. There is also air conditionning, I think this is very useful during summer. Great location.

The staff made our stay absolutely outstanding! They were so friendly, helpful, accommodating, and they went above and beyond to help us in multiple ways. The residence is very good, I suggest it.

The Hotel is located in the centre of city. Near the old city which is well worth seeing. Take a walk along the beach and go to see the ferris wheel. Very pretty. Very close to good quality eating places.

The hotel is near the beach. It is very nice and comfortable. The view is really nice. The staff is helpful and nice. Worth staying.

Just back from a 10 day trip to Rimini as a family of 5 staying in these apartments Huge bedrooms, plenty wardrobe space and storage, spotlessly clean. Fresh beds and towels. Kitchen has a fridge freezer and electric oven/hob ample utensils etc. Great shower too. The area is perfect, a 2 second walk to restaurants, beach, shops (lots of tat shops though) and beach. We also hired the free bikes from hotel to go to the supermarkets which was a bonus as it is pretty hot to walk. The pool was an added bonus as yet again it was spotlessly clean with enough chairs and loungers to go around. I would not hesitate to stay here again as the owners are just lovely, very family orientated and couldn't have been any nicer to us. Thank you for making our stay a good one. X.
