➜ Pure incompetence. Arrogance without limits. Worse than public toilets after a concert, food not only shoddy but thrown at random in the dish, improbable cooking, they do not even know how to do anything in the kitchen, incapable waiter with street clothes without uniform, receptionist/chef's girl/owner tries to propose things to people that should be included type beach or parking, random prices as if they were 3 stars but even a b&b would be a hundred times better. They don't know anything, improvised 100%. Prices like them make other hotels however 3 star and with real cooks, receptionists and waiters who know how to treat the customer. I hope they close as soon as possible because they know they are giving old and moldy things but because there are no checks they laugh at it as well. I have been there so many times in Rimini in different hotels and like this I have never found. The worst of the worst is donated villa. Where products even change their name. One day it's called a sun, one is called swordfish, and another day it's called platessa. Always same fillet frosed frozen.
If they don't do checks sooner or later someone leaves our skin.
➜ Location a bit dated, but the room entrusted to me was renovated and well cleaned in detail. Clean sheets and towels.

Place very close to the sea, clean and pretty. Obviously a two star, so you can't even expect it. More ke honest price including beach. To improve the menu. Small portions and some dishes not right. However all very kind and helpful, I am sorry to read such bad reviews.
