Stay away from this property. I strongly advise against that.

One of the hotels in Rimini, which is once again on the Fortuna system.
Very scarce impressions-one phrase-for everything you have to pay. For the air conditioner, for the second Cup of coffee at breakfast-Cappuccino 1.5 euros, for example. The room was very nice. Plus-across the road from the sea and not very far from the center-it is located on the 19th stop of the 11th bus. The center is the 13th stop. As an independent choice-this hotel is not worth booking. For less money can be found and better.

Rested in August 2017. The hotel ascetic, but you can live. The staff were very friendly and uncle. Wi-Fi Food is not like in Turkey, but you can live. The bathroom is very small and clean. The hotel is suitable for travelers who came not to sit constantly in the room, and walk. I liked the hotel.

Unpretentious, but efficient in what offers.

Hotel dated, but updated with basic services, strategic location a few steps from the sea and surrounded by services, parking a little distant! Good value for money.

Easy booking with direct contact with hotel authorities. Good services with Wi-Fi, room cleaning, tourist guideline, language support for non Italiano speakers.

Terrible hotel. Paid air conditioning, which makes the cost of living in a room comparable to a 4 * hotel. Breakfast was good. Arrogant behavior of the owner's wife. The only Plus is the daily cleaning and a sufficient amount of clean towels, soap and shower facilities.

Three stars declared. No one's ever cleaned for four days.

Noisy street, curtains stick your body in the bathroom because of tiny space and water remains on the floor after you've taken a shower.

Small rooms but very bad breakfast:)

The women at the front desk not so welcoming or courteous. Huge dust bunnies under the bed. Toilet seat broken and the cleaners didn't inform management, I did. They fixed the next day after waking us up by banging on the door and repeatedly calling the room before 9 am! I was on vacation and not happy to be woken. They also demanded full payment on first day of arrival, something not mentioned at time of booking. They advertise air conditioning in the rooms, read closer and it's by payment. Bathrooms are tiny, the toilet is in the shower. The location is excellent though… the service leaves something to be desired.

A bit too modest for a 3 star. It's fine for a couple of passing nights.

Cute and near beach balls… Comfortable room and great bathroom.

Our family found it very well, sea at two steps, good breakfast, clean room, very kind and helpful staff. Only thing that is not so good are the bathrooms without shower cubicle. However we will definitely be back.

Helpful reception, clean rooms, good breakfast, excellent value for money. We definitely go back again this year, a salute to the staff.

Our family really enjoyed it, the sea at your doorstep, breakfast good, room clean, staff friendly and helpful, especially the Ukrainian girl. Only thing not so good are the bathrooms without a shower. However, we will definitely be back.

Then. 1 star hotel. Hospitality pietososa very rude. Breakfast poor. They have made up the bed in the room. The bathroom and tiny without shower tray. Do not recommend it.

I can simply tell two stories to explain.
FIRST — I and my pregnant wife arrived late at night to check in and the consierge said it was too late so he suggested to walk outside in the streets until morning when we could have found the manager to check in.
SECOND — my wife went during the night downstairs to ask for a plastic glass and some water to take an aspirin and the consierge almost refused to do so because it was late at night and he had to go all the way to the kitchen for the glass.
I'm just simply speechless. Don't ever come to this hotel if you wanna relax.

Three stars? Not a barn! Four in one double room with shared bathroom about mq2, one with a shower (without dish but with hole in the floor drain) and without vents. Crumbling structure surrounded by welcoming and modern hotel of the same category (3 stars). Flooded room during a rain. The restaurant of the same property, gave us an unequivocal treatment using conventional menu (and required) by applying the Charter rate, pleading that the reception of "structure" there had delivered the vouchers so they couldn't apply the planned rate. I repeat. Same owners! Run away.
