The rooms are like storage rooms, in the shower no one fits purely the over 80 Killo. But the staff is great. They just can't do anything about it.

We just stayed 10 days in this hotel, no flaw we had a great time from the first day! Excellent quality food, the owners Anna and Daniela fantastic people. Very professional and nice employees! we'll definitely be back … A special compliment to our owner chef Anna who made us taste all her quality delicacies and above all nothing pre-cooked! a kiss and a hug to all the staff of the Hotel Playa. We've just left and we can say that we leave our hearts there… we had a great time! Great kitchen, friendly and nice staff, clean rooms. Great location on the promenade and seafront. Come back! A hug to Rams.

We stayed at the Playa hotel in Rimini from August 4th to 10th: it was a nightmare, and I'll tell you better why!
We found ourselves in a small room (considering that we were 4 and we didn't even have the space to move), dirty and dusty and with the air conditioning system not working… we pointed out this situation and they "courteously" gave us a bigger, equally dirty room (here in the closet we found remnants of food with mold) and dusty and always without air conditioning. The bathroom then had the shower box with a missing door, it was as if the box was not there!
In the Hall there was always a big dog, a pit bull to be exact, tied with a big chain and lying on the carpet, right there in front of the reception! And the same dog in the evening we found him sleeping in the lobby seats, it was his bed… a horrible scene!
We then move on to the restaurant… unconditioned room, recycled food and little variety… and then you needed the rush courses because they were in a hurry to hurry (and yet we would be at the restaurant at the opening time, that is, at 7.30pm) … They literally took the plate out of you from underneath and then there was a waitress walking around you to make you realize that you had to change.

We stayed a week in this hotel, good service, very friendly staff, comfortable at the beaches.

It's a place where I definitely come back very willingly the hotel is just two steps from the sea and the kitchen Eh yes yes goes right to Rimini to eat well and there you eat really well the waiter is always kind and above all cheerful instills that spirit of harmony that serves when it serves when do you are at the table I highly recommend to spend the holidays at the Playa hotel in Viserbella.

Rooms are not the best but the food and the friendly staff saves it.

Kitchen and staff raise the average because they really quality, but the rooms leave mooooolto to be desired.
Air conditioning broken throughout the hotel and since we've already paid for it we thought we'd get something different
We were given an unprotected fan for the shovels (so unusable since we have a 2 year old girl)
Other small mishaps have left a bitter taste in our mouths
Avoid unless Nn modernizes environments a bit.

Great sea view location. Courtesy and kindness as the prerogative of the staff. Good and plenty of food, nice and manicured rooms, clean and functional bathroom. Kind and quiet guests. I highly recommend it.

3 star average Hotel. International environment. The breakfast is varied but with different products packed. The vending machine of the coffee is to be improved surely.
The owner is very courteous.
The waterfront location is a point in favor.

Very nice though room with very uncomfortable beds but friendly service and attacked the sea only thing for those who are allergic to dogs sometimes there is a pitbull in the entrance but quiet because it is great even with children.

The Hotel is not empfehlenswet, as it is very old. It is particularly the condition of shower is perfect. L'hotel non è raccomandato perché è molto squallido. E particolarmente lamentarsi della stato della doccia.

The staff is very polite and very friendly you feel like home and the prices are very good. The beach is well equipped nothing is missing, also for children there is everything.

Very nice hotel, the owner he was very kind with us.
