I booked on behalf of my company for some co-workers. Two people left the hotel just after viewing the room.
A terrible dump! They Put deceptive photos on the booking sites and then send you in horrendous toppers making them pay more than €100 per night. And they don't reimburse either. A disgrace!

On the seafront, overlooking a beautiful restored square. Externally nice, good breakfast, small rooms and tiny bathroom but with a great shower. Too bad for the mattress really uncomfortable!

There is a lot of approximation in the management of this hotel. Details that make the difference. Points in favor of the location, the price and the breakfast. Points against and are heavy, the lack of the bidet (in my room), ruined walls and then old painting and with residual humidity and parking non-existent (I personally have been lucky) but in full season I see it very hard. In short, the façade and a three-star is expected much more. Not recommended for long stays or with frequent use of the car for travel.

Great. A nice hotel and perfectly located in the reality of Viserba. The location is great. The staff is cheerful and helpful. The structure is a little outdated, but you can see that it is undergoing "renovation" because some elements have been renewed and re-frescoed. Probably given the greatness of the property, they will make some rooms in the course of opera… on the other hand to put back to new serve a lot of money and for a new management is not a little cost. The room was clean and full of everything. The only drawback is the breakfast not much provided, but it is also true that we were not even in full season! Recommended.

In a nice location near the sea and in the pedestrian area, we found a dirty bath and the double net that has cigolato all night. Very good breakfast Parking is 300 meters away.

Was on business. Stayed in three rooms for 3 days. The hotel is three stars. Everything is like nothing, good breakfast, but the internet is just awful constantly falling off, slow speed. Remembered Egypt… Terrible Wi-Fi!

It has no parking and the public ones are far, dilapidated structure, broken shower cubicle, electric cables dangling from the hole of the vacuum cleaner missing in the bathroom, breakfast we forget, I do not know how some people leave positive comments…

Great location and great price. Rooms a little small.

The old owner, charged me one of the reservations in advance by booking without having to. It cut the light and the gas to the new owners, a disaster. A cheek. Instead the new owners, Paolo and all his team are doing a good job to put the hotel back on the run, it's true that it is a very old hotel inside but the rooms are very clean and the attention of the staff is extraordinary. I go to this hotel for years and will go again for the attention and friendliness of the new team and the new management.

The standard Italian "trick" is nothing outstanding either in terms of rooms, breakfasts or service. On the market days the noise and pandemonium in the square in front of the hotel is strained.

The hotel, which corresponds to the level of its stars, offers an interesting view of the cozy square, where concerts sometimes take place, near the cathedral. The staff at the hotel liked the friendly attitude.

Food and services for a 3* hotel are awesome. Rooms are clear but smaller, that's not a problem because you are spending the most of the time outside the hotel area. The hotel is situated near the sea and a bus stop, that can take you to the centre of Rimini in few minutes for a low price. I rate this hotel 5/5* and would definitely come back.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Friendly hotel, staff very nice, some flaws in the room as the safe was not working and the lack of cold water from the sink. The stay was still positive.

The room was subject but the food was low quality.
