Very nice Manager and staff.

Beautiful discovery. Nothing relevant but at the same time very appropriate to the offers proposed on the classic portals of reservation. Experience to repeat. Attention to the price of the internal parking € 15 per day not included in the offers.

I stayed two nights in this local, positive side the staff very friendly, the room instead was very small for a four star, you could not open the door windows to access the balcony, the bathroom was old and emanated unpleasant smells, the whole thing was Little lighted and gloomy. I will not stay here again and it is not for sure a 4 star.

If you do not take into account the 4 stars, you can feel good. Just the value for money in the low and medium season (April to June), compared to the high season, instead the price is much too expensive: breakfast abundant but little tasty and low quality and no coffee from the bar (only distributor/April) and water Mineral and/or sparkling (tap water only/April) ; Bar service with big limits: without ice cream (at the end of June), without fruit and with very little choice, apart from the coffee (good, for other) ; Decent rooms with small but functional bathrooms. Cleaning of the superficial rooms (dust under the bed and ants in the bathroom for four days, on the fifth floor). A good 3 stars, the 4 stars should be given only to the reception staff: very professional, helpful, smiling and always polite.

Great place to stay in Rimini. The front desk is very friendly. The room is clean, small. Huge balcony with sea view. Breakfast was good. The Wifi on the upper floors is weak. Cleaned in the room is good only on the first day, further only worse.

Although from the outside it does not give a good impression (it definitely needs a repainted and a good gardener! ) This hotel pleasantly surprised me. Very good value for money Located in front of the dock and a few meters from the beach, it is perfect for those who have small children! Around there are several restaurants, bars and piadineria that guarantee variety of choice for all budgets. Also nice room with a great view! Recommended!

Beautiful beach location in Porto at 5m. Walking, very quiet area no disturbance. Beautiful view from any balcony (sea view-San Marino) Very rich breakfast very good prices.

Super everything! Cleanliness, friendliness, availability… The breakfast then is indescribable indeed! Everything and more, very good food and everything fresh, in abundance and continuous refueling until the last minute… in short I would say fabulous.

Hotel B&B, clean rooms. Convenient area and close to bus services, Conad etc. The staff is professional and very friendly. The breakfast is super, you can eat from the salty to the sweet and great variety.

The place is very nice, near to city center. However, the workers at night shift are as much rude as the guy in the morning shift is nice and kind.

A good family hotel with nice scenery but the hotel management is not quite well. And the car park is so expensive, 15 euro per day.

Everything squeaky clean. Back-office guys were so helpful. Room with a panorama helps me waking up quite happy. Intl breakfast was good.

Is a one star hotel that pretend to be a four star one. Maybe 20 years ago was competitive, but today is awful. Whatmore my room stank so baldly that I had to leave the balcony doors open for 4 hours before I could stay inside. At 7 in the morning I was woken up by the cleaners that were shouting just under my balcony… I was supposed to stay 8 day, after a night I have to leave. I expressed my disappointment by saying that it wasn't a 4 star hotel, and thay refused to refund, I didn't ask for what I pay in full but a part of it and the answer was: you can leave if you wish and lose your money.

We had an immaculate 2 bedroomed room, looks like it's in a newer block, overlooking the pool. Massive choice at breakfast and food/snacks at hotel are very reasonably priced as were drinks. Loads of restaurants around too. Public beach over the road from the hotel (not crowded) with lots of private beach facilities adjacent too if you prefer. Pedalos (€12/hr) and other water craft down then we're fun too. Had a great time would recommend.

A SHORT VACATION BUT FABULOUS!
We are not able to stay for a long time but this "mini" holiday was lovely. The staff was very friendly and professional, breakfast was really plentiful, there was everything from sweet to salty for all nationalities, the rooms were spacious and kept very well.
The pool where we went swimming it was really gorgeous very clean, nice bathroom with really hot water giving ľ which would never end, as the holiday.

OK, maybe not a 4 star hotel but with great discounts in low season.

Nice staff. Swimming pool with sunbathing area and sun beds free usable. Parking free and very close. In a very short time at the beach. Good restaurants close to a road with small shops. Would go always back there.

Equipped with every comfort. Possibility of excursions by bicycle.

Friendly staff, breakfast abbondandissima, located at great point from both the city centre and by the sea, both spaces for children. We stayed two nights in late September and it looked great.

I do not think that is a 4 star hotel as described, cooking for special occasions leaves something to be desired, especially that of the sea … does not exist in a place by the sea.
to have a coffee in the bar you had to wait for the grace of some guy, I mean poor service.

Dont use this hotel. They are bandits. I booked a room last June 15 for this September 15.2 months after booking they informed me the booking was cancelled and that if I still wanted the room then I should rebook at a price almost 4 times greater than when originally booked.

Great breakfast but often you have to wait to find plates and cutlery clean (maybe due to the week of ferragosto? ). Little attention in renovation of rooms. Every day you will always find something wrong! Staff very friendly. The hotel is not bad. Wide open spaces for children with a playground, the pool is not the best bath you can do but find lounge chairs always occupied by tablecloths. Priced right!

Incompetent, defaulted and incorrect. We stayed in the same hotel last year and we had a great time, this year we decided to come back and we were treated really bad.

This property is situated in front of the port of RImini and then with the possibility to walk to the beaches, the old town and the railway station.
Properly warn managers that some rooms (the "Smart economy") belong to a category of at a three-star hotel, unlike "Plus", with four stars.
We stayed at this hotel by booking through a booking site a few days before an important international fair for € 40 for a triple Plus system with large terrace, breakfast and parking, a convenient also offer whereas the structure, overall, is neither new nor luxurious.
The courtesy and efficiency on the part of the Manager's reception and are in the best tradition of Rimini, while the breakfast we weren't very excited for either quality or service.

Friendly, funny, all of high availability, this staff of St. Gregory Park! Breakfast for all tastes really good!
