Hello. I was for 10 days and everything perfect. Perfect food and housekeeping Only one thing the price had increased so much comparison two years before I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed here 13 days, spectacular staff, our waiter Aldo very kind and helpful! generous portions of food but above all very good! congratulations really to all the staff. We can't wait to go back!

It is the first time we stay at the Susy hotel. Unfortunately today our holiday is over we left we had a great time. Great food, excellent housekeeping, service. At the tables punctual and impeccable Aldo exquisite person helpful and precise, friendly reception staff and always attentive to our needs. See you next year. Silvia Claudio and Stefano.

I recommend this hotel for cleanliness, food and welcome from the staff. Also having returned after a week of vacation I can say that I found the hotel organized to handle the anti covid safety rules. See you soon.

Also this year we are back, despite the covid problem we found the hotel very prepared in distancing and safety regulations and thanks to your commitment we were able to spend a week with serenity. I would put 0 STARS if I could do it! Rude to the max, I called 5/6 times for more information regarding a reservation, each of them gave me different dates available, and at a certain point, hang up the handset. I called other times, it rings but nobody answers, indeed, lift the handset and hang up without even answering. Rude should be fired. You are a disgrace!

Clean hotel with friendly service.
Food was delicious. The rooms clean with TV and hairdryer. For the money wiklich class.

Family-run hotel suitable for a family holiday, in group or from single kindness, courtesy, availability and professionalism from the owners who from all the staff make sure that this hotel is suitable for all those who want to spend a Holiday feeling at home. I am now 5 years that I bring senior groups in here and many come back precisely for these reasons, for my part I have always found great availability from everyone and a generous welcome that makes me come back here always with great pleasure.

The staff is very nice. And very close to the sea about 5 minutes give you the cot them and this thing and very welcome but if you do not want to take the cot not very far there and a public beach.

The rooms are small and very basic, no frills. Light. In Rimmini there are hotels much worse. This one is mean. Very small bathroom. Exit from the shower cabin in the toilet.

First time to holiday at the susy hotel we had a great time, next year we will still be yours. Thank you william Francesca and all the staff.

My fiancé and I stayed at the property from August 5 to 12, 2017.
Despite being two twentysomethings, we were looking for a quiet holiday, without having to think of anything and the "All Inclusive" solution fully reflected our expectations: all things including meals and access to the beach with an umbrella and two sunbeds.
We were pleasantly impressed by the kindness of all the staff, the cleanliness of the entire property, the accessibility to different facilities, such as the private pool or the gym, and above all by the quality of the food, characterized by the abundance and the wide choice. Despite the nightclub nearby, we never had any problems with noise or various annoyances.
The animation, on the evening of Cabaret, entertained young and old.
We thank Mr. William, his wife and the staff for making our stay as it was in our expectations.
We absolutely recommend the HOTEL SUSY to spend a pleasant holiday.

This is a lovely Hotel, in a street bordered by leafy trees. It is run by a lovely family, and we go there every year, because we are made to feel welcome there.

Guests for a sports tournament. Rooms okay sports menu basic but plentiful. Breakfast for all tastes. Helpful and friendly staff.

Tiny room (suitcase has nowhere to expand), uncomfortable shower cabin, in which there are only natural ventilation (window), hot water is intermittent, small CRT TV on the bracket, the outlet in awkward places. Very modest breakfast (coffee (unpalatable), empty Croissant and everything). Far from Abt. Stop. Across the street from the hotel nightclub.

It's a 3star hotel to italian standards that means a 2star for the rest of the world. It's close to carnaby disco. Therefore the street is very crowed with noisy and drunk kids. We could not sleep from 2am to 4am. The train close by is annoying. It is only for the noise resistant, or those who hang out themselves. Some rooms are very small. The food was very good and more than sufficient.

A clean average three star hotel, but to close to a NOISE railway line which was INTRUSIVE at all times and would have you questioning its three star rating. This would be a NO NO for anyone who was looking for a relaxing holiday.
