Very kind staff very good food excellent on everything I recommend it.

4.06-18.06 I spend incredible holiday in Rimini and chose for staying Hotel Palma. Feel very happy with my choice, because hotel is charming, located in 2 min from beach. Staff are fantastic, very responsive and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, cleaned daily, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Costumers are offered lunch and dinner; breakfast is already included in the basic price. The food is rich and delicious, traditional for the Emilia-Romagna region. Good quality and reasonable price! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel! thank you so much to Davide, Alesia and Valentino for your care and kindness, and of course thanks to all other personal! I hope to see you all soon again! 😊😊😊

I spent five days with my family at the Palma Wellness hotel, we enjoyed it, the staff was very welcoming, the kitchen was great, plentiful and with fresh raw materials. I recommend it to all those who want to take a relaxing holiday and in good company.

After years of staying at Villa Madana, I followed The boys to this new structure… usual excellent and abundant cuisine, smiles friendliness and sympathy as always, rooms with all the comforts:
air conditioning, balcony, safe…
Plus the legendary SPA with sauna, whirlpool and steam room!
Really nice, thank you, great as always!

An inexpensive cozy hotel.
Of the drawbacks, only the lack of Wi-Fi above the second floor.

Reality 1 star!
My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights. Both of the industry we immediately noticed that the standards of the 3 stars are not in the least respected.
Without making any discrimination, but the room we were given was that for people with disabilities with sink and low mirror, without bidet, shower and WC practically a unique thing.
Sand in the bath, boiling water even when completely turned to the coldest.
Old bedspreads that every time you walked into the room you inhaled smell of old-fashioned.
Breakfast? Brioches of the family size on offer in supermarkets (nothing to the contrary, but not suitable for a 3-star hotel) sometimes of the day before preserved also bad, poor buffet.
But the thing that I think is absurd in my opinion, is that people on holiday have only hour and half to be able to have breakfast and everything by 9 a. M. Maybe one on holiday would also like to sleep a little more but to enjoy the breakfast that he paid!
Also because after 9 employees did not seem to me taken from other matters that can not attend the breakfasts in what little there is to replace!
It will be the 10th time I come to the Riviera this summer (for personal reasons) and always in Star. In more work I also in the field so I can say that I have a shred of expertise and I can say that 1 star is enough and advancing! Obviously the price you go to pay is too high compared to the services offered!

AUGUST 2013 have been to the hotel palma and I felt very bad, the only thing that worked very well in the rooms had air conditioning, but the rest sucked, there was just maintenance and cleaning, breakfast buffet was felt sorry but there was everything, not even water. We went to eat in front of another hotel, the food was good, we say that it did get a little hot in the room as I was too full. I'm not going back over my dead body. I feel sorry for the employees all included.
