Professional elegance and kindness from the hotel staff and fantastic central rooms are luxurious.

A short walk from the sea, from the fifth floor room there is a spectacular view, the hearty breakfast ranging from sweet to salty. A wide choice of fresh and always different cakes, brioche, squeezed fresh with oranges, a reserved corner for coeliacs. Distributor of hot drinks but there are also waiters who take orders. For lunch and dinner there is a menu with four choices between first and second that varies every day and the buffet starter. Starters and vegetables were not always supplied, in the foods there was almost always garlic but if you did present they tried to please you. Finally there were only sweets on the spoon. The helpful staff are friendly. The pool is located on the top floor. Dogs of any size can be brought to the bathroom.

Central Position.

Peeling wallpaper. Faded carpet. Old mattresses. No place to hang clothes or a coat. No wireless in the room. My room faces the front of the hotel, which is undergoing major construction during the day, with workmen and raw steel girders a few feet from my bed.

Hotel in renovation. At the moment not indicated: small rooms and dusty tendaggjo.

5-floor Suite with views over a large part of Rimini's beach. Service and cleanliness of the room great, despite being out of season. The property is a little dated, like the whole area, but in the process of renovation. Good breakfast. 4 stars? I mean. Externally definitely attracts. But once you enter the opinion changes right away. Be clear: The staff extremely kind and helpful as is typical of this area. But the hotel is really dated and should be modernized in its entirety. Our room was small and carpeted (we are in 2018 the carpet should be abolished by law). Bathroom blind and small (but clean). TV malfunctioning with a few channels. The room, though clean, you could see that it was old from many small details: detached wallpaper, sockets of the current away from the bed, bathroom blind and without window, small shower without any shelf to rest soap or other. Another serious flaw: terribly noisy. Our room overlooked the busy driveway. In short, a 4 star I find it really exaggerated but should modernize I think we would reserve many surprises. Another example: For two days the brush of the kobold has remained outside the elevators. They are special that can make a difference. Pity because from the outside it is really very nice and the staff impeccable.

Almost liked… you have to improve so much, from service to the quality of materials, TV not working, parking tight, we will revisit the structure after the improvements, who knows me surprised. However a good hotel.

I stayed there 1 week in July 2017 hotel well located room at the top sea view very friendly little bathroom flat very very small but I will return.

Hotel from the modern façade and rooms at first sight of good standard… Inside all the premises are in style dated also the elevators are prewar the bedrooms are modernized while the bathrooms are still years old still with the soap dish Embedded on the wall like those of grandma tiles broken cracks on the walls etcetera… old window frames and opaque glass… In the dining room they have gigantic glass chandeliers… horrendous…

Very nice hotel, with a pleasant service and beautiful view to the seaside and the beach, but bathroom is very small and the dining room for breakfast is from past century.

I was a guest recently for 4 days. I had a great time! Excellent cuisine, from breakfast to dinner. Fish every day of good quality. Great Chef, restaurant. Excellent also the waiters, all real Romagna DOC. Delightful! I recommend it to everyone. Gino Benetti. Vicenza.

Probably for fans of beach holidays in Rimini is an ideal location, well no hotels in this place on the first line. The beach, separate sports. Objects and lively way, therefore not with hands will run in Beach suits.
