I stayed with my boyfriend 5 days in the September period and I have to say it was a really nice experience!
Regarding cleanliness: the room every day was impeccable; breakfast instead offered several choices of very good both sweet and savory dishes and the young and courteous staff always available for any information.
Covid permitting we will return again this year.
Indisputable price quality!

Highly recommended! Excellent breakfast served at the table to choose between various proposals and excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Location of the Hotel convenient for the summer holiday: sea within walking distance, several restaurants nearby. Already booked, together with a friend, for next summer with an advantageous promotion.

We stayed with my two children in July 2020 and had a great time. Breakfast can be added with an extra that is convenient for the quality and quantity of the products and then it is open until 11:00

Booking policies are not being complied with. They cancelled the reservation and attributed it to a fictitious card problem.

The stay was not there. We booked regularly but out of the blue decided to cancel our stay, without obviously giving us any explanation. Shameful behaviour, considering the lack of availability provided to us during telephone conversations with the facility. I suggest you see more.

Stay a few days in August and the food very good, the rest left me not a good memory… not very hospitable the owner a bit chilly… and above all, the food is of poor qualty, with long queues to enter for both lunch and dinner at the small buffet and not just console myself with the period… gone before the last lunch, a favorite for at least a day to EAT. Structure of sufficient level and close to the sea and the center the only positive note. You can do more…

We were at the hotel radar in the week from the 4th to the 11th of August. Hotel beach is 70 metres. The sea was the price and the quality good. Us up, a greeting l-the owner Giuseppe friendly and serious person and attentive to the needs of the customers.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The service was excellent, definitely superior to other hotel of the same category of Rimini. Wide choice on the menu. Food at the buffet, even the most "sought after", always available, even for those who arrive a few minutes after the opening of the restaurant. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We stayed a week in July. My daughter and I had a great time but great! Great kitchen, impeccable cleaning super staff! Experience that we will definitely repeat!

Great location, kitchen has medium to low, the choice of the buffet for lunch and dinner is not the best, in view of the presence of many elderly that need it such as The pigs in the manger, and leave nothing for those arriving 3 minutes after opening the dining-room. Air conditioning in room not working, the bathroom door was broken! For the rest, all in an average 3 star hotel.

Very noisy, poor room soundproofing, air conditioning does not work. But clean, good plumbing.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, fluent in English, know a few phrases in Russian, also there are Russian-speaking maids. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, " the balcony, also the hotel provides free Bicycle rentals. Nearby bus stop and a supermarket. The best aspect of the hotel is the kitchen! The food is delicious! Breakfast canned fruit, lots of different pastries, cakes, croissants, biscuits, slicing sausage, cheese products, cereals, yogurty, juices, tea and coffee facilities. For lunch, the dinner menu, you need to choose 1, 2, and dessert for each choice of the 3. For example, the first course vegetable soup, pasta with salmon and pistachios or pasta with meat sauce, 2 baked fish fillet, steak Milanese or carpaccio, and for dessert tiramisu ice cream or fruit. Menu is in Russian, all the time stay no one dish is not repeated twice. A lot of seafood, fish, meats, and lunch/dinner offers a buffet of appetizers.

Normal hotel for the price, clean, delicious food. The old couple owners are very friendly and sympathetic. For dinner a variety of dishes, there's always a pasta and meat, delicious desserts, especially tiramisu. The location is very good, to the sea 2 min. Beach with good sunbeds and umbrellas. If you take 1 day, 2 sun beds and 1 parasol 15 euros. If you take from 2 days and more, the price for the same 10 euros. The hotel is on the busy commercial street with many shops and stalls. Near a great supermarket Conad. Not a bad hotel in its category of 3*.

We both had very well, we were three adults, one child and a dog. Welcoming and friendly. Clean. Also, the food is very good, we did full Board for 3 days over the Easter period. We are broken down by Tuesday, and they leave the room until the afternoon. I recommend it.

Rested in late August 2014. The location is super convenient to the beach, the sea in General, and to the touristic centre of Rimini. The hotel is very clean, neat. The staff are friendly and professional. The atmosphere is homey and cozy. This was mostly caused by the owners, a lovely elderly couple, who from early morning until late at night were among the crowd. Separately want to say about the food in the hotel restaurant, which was included in the package. Always a choice of 2-3 starters, 2-3 second, dessert or fruit. A variety of snacks, drinks, wine. All the varied, tasty at home. Cons — the restaurant is cramped. It is also not a very large room and tiny balcony. If that does not scare you — then this is a great option for travelers. There and I will definitely come back.

The hotel is very nice and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff always friendly and helpful with everything. We tried the solution "bed and breakfast". The breakfasts are great, plentiful and the choice is vast. I think we will go back.

Avoid the hotel on Saturday by confirmation and Monday you find yourself without a room. Good thing before you make the down payment I ascertained the successful booking otherwise who knows even money.

In September 2008 there have been. Nice hotel, rooms bit small and very very hard mattresses. But clean and daily cleaning. Food was ok too. Not even 5 minutes to the beach.
