Quiet clean rooms is a great breakfast with yummy cakes I recommend it to everyone.

If I could give zero stars I would, We checked in late 3am in the morning, however 10 am was checkout time, hard and fast rule or a charge of 20 euros until 12 midday, harsh. Breakfast is strictly to be finished by 10 am on the dot, again harsh. Don't think about putting luggage in the breakfast room as the waiter, kitchen staff yell rudely no many times and wave their finger at you, like being told off like a child. Then you have to ask well where can I put the luggage then, and you have to fuss around and keep it in another room. I complained about this rudeness to the receptionist at the desk and he said I deserved it and rules are rules. I said there are nicer ways of requesting people. He wasn't interested and said their behaviour was fine and correct. So they are unfriendly, rude, zero customer service, the customer is apparently wrong and they are right. It put us off rimini and put us in a bad mood to be treated so badly. Unfortunate because the room and location are good but I would never go there to be insulted like this again. Arrogance of the staff is amazing. Also the beach available is not free, it costs 10 euros, so really the beach is not included, you can go to any beach and pay that or find the free beach which is too far away from the hotel though, so no beach really.

Were in late autumn. Pretty clean, warm (the air conditioning works well), the room was really quite small, but the bathroom is quite spacious, without mold and minor unpleasant destruction of the tile. Good breakfasts. The staff are responsive. By the ratio of price-quality option is excellent.

Three because of the classic crack. The bed is 20-30 cm around, but there are balconies like the room itself, there are only 3 of them in the hotel. The staff are very friendly.

Recently renovated hotel but it keeps a romantic atmosphere and a bit retro. Rooms are well furnished and equipped with all comforts. Helpful and professional welcome. Ideal location at two steps from the sea and very close to the nightlife of Rimini. Low prices.

It was a very good Hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast, available until 10:00 hours. Polite and friendly staff, always ready to arrange advice if needed and ready for any questions.
Only flaw in the rooms: in Phon; So I recommend at least if there is a woman to travel to bring you a travel phon.

Simple hotel, cheap price (winter season), gentle staff. A bit noisy in the morning due to room cleaning next door.

I am a couple of weeks that I come to Rimini and among the various hotels I think this is the best I have stayed! Low prices and fantastic rooms. Clean, spacious bathrooms! Finally the shower is not claustrophobic. Congratulations for the welcome, smiling, polite and polite. The rooms are identical to the photos no illusions. Wi-Fi superfast. I recommend it!

Clean and comfortable room with large and comfy bed and large shower. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Location in the middle of recreational part of the city was a big plus for us. And beach was great :) Definietly recommended!

Recently renewed hotel with very nice rooms in a perfect position at 200m from the beach and with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast it's not spectacular but at par with others 3 stars hotel.

Currently at the hotel on a 5 day visit, the hotel is superb value, immaculately clean and lovely staff. Not far from the beach and main area of shops and restaurants, it really is a great location. The hotel also provides high quality bicycles for guest use and the continental breakfast is also of a high quality. We will definitely be back, a very very good hotel!
