Friendly, helpful and competent staff.

Bad experience. After booking through booking with paper confirmation we arrive at the hotel where they inform us that our booking had been cancelled. Staff not at all available to help given the situation. Not professional at all.

They phoned me for a reservation of two non-refundable double rooms through booking never made and after explaining to them that we had never made the reservation (because we had already booked a double them in the area 4 days before) they have withdrew the same money from a room by taking care of everything. Small, very dirty rooms, I found a razor in the bathroom and it was removed after repeated reports only on the third day. Poor quality breakfast and bad lunch. Only positive note the sympathetic and smart night porter, the others no comment. If I could put 0 stars. Add. The bathroom door didn't close, the air conditioning only worked at full back, the TV wasn't working, the shower door was broken. All this for the modest amount of 670 euros for 5 nights… and the receipt of the meal never received.

Great hotel. Clean kindness and sympathy. Franca and H24 are really good hospitable mooolto cute… Very good also the girl, who will forgive me but do not know her name, welcomed us for breakfast. Beachfront. I recommend it to everyone. I'm sure I'll be back. Paola.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at the time of booking. I had problems with my credit card and contacted the property several times to fix the problem. I was never contacted, although I was told I would be recalled. Unfortunately the booking has expired in total indifference of the staff in charge.

Would deserve QLQ star in more wonderful to come back to us ASAP.

I stayed at the hotel Alabama to follow a basketball tournament and as a result I took advantage of the structure limitedly. The room is modest but clean and comfortable. Considering the price I am satisfied.

I want to reward the friendliness, the willingness and the desire to give the maximum. We stayed two days and I have to say we had a great time, breakfast is the most stocked and complete I have ever found in a hotel. Good.

Very friendly room, nice staff is sympathetic, I could bring my little dog quietly and crossing the street there is the beach so very convenient.

The food it's good but the rooms are small. Awesome view.

More For breakfast eggs, ham, cheese and sweet.

Very close to the beach and walking distance to the city centre, good value for money, very friendly staff, to be a tiny but is a great option!

I recommend great service super clean rooms great kitchenaaa what else to say and just to try.

Good value, great service. At 100 meters from the beach and close to downtown. Recommended.
