Really a nice hotel, modern, clean suitable for children, staff all very nice, they make you feel like casa. La niceest thing that is most comfortable and is equipped for disabled people. Thank you x the beautiful holiday.

Great staff and good food.
Room and bathroom a little small.
The main problem though is the dining room too small for the number of customers and this causes queues both to sit and at the buffet.
Good idea of aperitifs before lunch and dinner.
Good idea of the snack at 4 pm, but unfortunately only one person to serve caused waits of 30 minutes.

The thing I really like about this hotel is that they treat you like a customer for a lifetime! Even though we just met! Friendly and warm service — clean and tidy hotel and beautiful property.

We've got two weeks left and they've had a good time. Recent and well-maintained property, enjoyable swimming pool for children, good quality self-service food (simple recipes, very attractive for children) Young and kind staff, great attention to cleaning and customer well-being. Nice formula at the inclusive with Open bar always available. We had a few more expectations about animation. Overall very recommended.

The hotel not the best, to begin with if you are foreign people start looking at you in a strange way then, the rooms for 4 people are too small, the bathroom even that is small shower you can not even move when you want to make one is impossible to move. Whether it's morning or evening The children keep making noise and banging the door loud especially in the morning when I want to sleep. The balcony is the destination of the normal one, the Wifi comes and goes, only at the reception the Wi-Fi takes well but you're out to sit out immediately, the pool is a little small and the animation is childish. The restaurant is painful they barely speak other languages that Italian food is not toed and at noon and in the evening you have to be served by a chef and not by yourself and when there is something good to eat there is a very long line and you have to wait for I 2 two chefs serve you, you have to even when there is no more food and you have to refuel. At the seaside they are really jerks give only two sunbeds for each family, the sea is very small and the snacks are for a fee, there are almost no activities to do at the hotel you have to look for them for themselves. Long story short this hotel is miserable.

The staff is the flagship of the hotel, all very competent, nice and attentive to every customer's request.
The kitchen offers a good choice of well-cooked dishes, a hearty buffet and a wide choice of drinks.
Waiters are very attentive to the service and hurry to rearrange the tables for the next rounds.
Great animation present from morning to evening both in the hotel and at the beach that manages to involve people of all ages with great enthusiasm, sympathy and competence.
Definitely an experience to repeat.

Disadvantages:
— Gravel parking felt 2 km away, no guard pitch! No Shadow
— Room very, VERY light polite! When the neighbor snorts a lot of fun
— Neighbor hotels left and right and opposite are "ruins"
Incomprehensible — lunch (e. G. Spaghetti ala …)
What's there now? What's in there, pig, beef, horse, crocodile?
— Lunch and dinner you get "convenience food"
At least it tastes like it. Freshly cooked, I don't know.
With us, the air conditioning did not work, so it was very warm in the room (partly 29 to 33 degrees at night). When we pointed out the error, the caretaker (No word English/German) came and explained on the remote control how to adjust the setting and that it is not adjustable under colder than 18 degrees. Unfortunately, the climate still only blows wind and doesn't make you cold.
I don't book here anymore …

Very nice Hotel. Too bad we had the room that bordered on the bugle lift so definitely noisy.

Nice and cozy… Nice staff Nice and clean rooms Bright… A few steps but very few… From the Sea… Equipped with a nice swimming pool. Very good food… A nice holiday.!

As today year we have chosen again this structure that now is our home in Cesenatico… The staff as always is very kind and helpful (I have 3 children of 4, 9 E12 years) the food always excellent and abundant especially for one who likes to eat healthy. You cannot find flaws for the price/service value. As always also next year I will not miss.

The Hotel is gorgeous… we returned with a lot of pleasure because they are all kind and reliable… the appetizers at the top! And meals a wide choice… a special thanks to Elena and all the staff.

Were 10 days in Mokambo Shore. Staff was super friendly and the service staff is awesome-organized. The Hotel is clean, the rooms like in Italy anyway known to be very small, little storage space, in the bathroom, none at all. The shower is borderline. The food is very good, quite fish-heavy and with a small buffet selection. The animators are very good and the whole day tirelessly in the use of English dominated, unfortunately, only 1 animator, and this is very, very little. The associated beach is clean, great, friendly staff.

Very close to the new Ibiza Style hotels.
The rooms are not huge but on the ground floor they have a large balcony. Indoor pool and different facilities make it all in all a good hotel.

Staff super helpful and Nice … very well cleaned and serviced rooms … very good … since they opened x the first time, it is always my favorite place whenever I decide to spend a holiday in Cesenatico. Try out yourself.

Beautiful facility for seaside holidays All Inclusive.

Very well taken care of and with every comfort (for a hotel 3 stars).
The only flaw, in my view, is the buffet restaurant divided into two shifts often not respected by our customers; eventually they run the risk of not finding a free table.
Excellent staff.

Hotel was recently built and managed with elegance and courtesy.
Friendliness reigns everywhere: Reception — bar — restaurants — animation etc.
The smiles and kindness are good for the soul and here it is not much use.
I hope my wife to go back again.
