Bad experience, I do not want to recommend this property. Non-existent room cleaning, malfunctioning showers, non-existent children's menu and not eating well (some courses are not enough for all diners, cooking pasta very al dente almost raw, some courses are reproduced in the buffet on days following in the exact same way), unskilled staff, non-standard table seats, elevator does not comply with safety requirements and the last routine maintenance took place June 2016, broken bicycles.

We stayed at this hotel from July 22 to August 5. The offer did not satisfy our judgment. Starting with the banal and repetitive buffet, poor quality of the kitchen so much to think ke did not cook them. We bought seasonal fruit. Reception of the owners on the first Sept. Nothing. Cleaning rooms super hasty. NO bar service. You save the animation with Johanna. Ke thank you again. My little girl was very happy with her company! and the room and reception staff…
I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

If you have to book… Look for another hotel… Room… It was newer than my grandmother 50 years ago… Reception: Nice… Waitress and bartender: That's if I can give an advice to the hotel and to change it as soon as possible, obnoxious, grumpy, uneducated and presumptuous… Breakfast: Apart from the fresh yogurt nn there was nothing at all the brioches if you pulled them on the wall they bounced x three hours in the room… The old cakes of 3/4 days… So x luck I was only two days and nn I will not even free… I'm sorry but a star and too much… Adios…

Hotel in Viale Carducci in Cesenatico Main Street in the centre of the town… Comfortable shops Sea two steps professional friendly staff available great and hearty breakfast.

Never ever book at this property, they are thieves!

I called at 19.27 today asking for the availability of a double for the incoming weekend and I was told that there were more rooms available. So I booked or better I sent the so-called request for reservation through a gift box Emozione3 (Validissimo) and I selected this hotel, very little after I got the Mail "declined request for lack of availability"… You are welcome? This is because they are comfortable advertising on these gift boxes, but they are not willing to go down to the price of it!
I called and was taken for the bottoms, so I replied that I was the same lady who had phoned half an hour before asking for availability… (unexposed! ) You're a great thief, you filthy rogue.
The little girl on the phone of this so-called "hotel" of a unique rudeness!
I am allibite; Never in life, I repeat ever, I had to deal with similar people.

The room was very small Horrible smell from the bathroom. Good breakfast with lots of sweet cakes, a bit of fruit. Friendly staff.

Excellent Hotel, beautiful location, breakfast super. Excellent service, and great kindness of the managers and staff. But it was clean.

Coming to Cesenatico for a contest we always try to come here, strategic position to get downtown, forget the car is you always go on foot, the staff (especially the owner) are very nice!

The Hotel is just a stone's throw from the sea, in a lively area and close to the centre (and the famous skyscraper). The meals are great, every time we fail to give up anything, and we end up going out full and rolling! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Recommended!

Very hospitable a little dated but very clean economical in price in proportion to the competition very homemade breakfast with products made in the family definitely to recommend to soon…

Great location, a few steps from the beach on Viale Carducci where you can make long walks between shops and clubs. Furnishings to be modernized as soon as possible to have my 4 star. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We have already been to this discreet facility… but the nice location the right price the good breakfast and the always smiling staff make it a royal palace… Thank you.

Nice hotel, but already a little older. Located very central, so you have some traffic noise. Everything is working and the staff is very nice. It is a little bit hard to communicate with them because they nearly do not speak any English. The food is OK. You get what to expect for this little money.
