The hotel is very cosy, it's not luxurious but very well located. It offers good Wi-Fi in the room, everyday cleaning, nice restaurant. Very good choice in a moderate price. Nice and helpful staff.
Considering this hotel has new owners, it is very good. Customer service is everything to myself and my family, and the service here was exceptional. You do have everything you need in the room but the one we stayed in does need a bit of a refurbish. However, it was kept clean throughout our stay. The food in the restaurant is amazing and hard to believe that vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters can all eat together with choice and quality. We will be going back — thank you to all the lovely staff, we were very sad to leave and they made our stay in Cesena special. That is why 5 stars.
