Great hotel. Excellent location, super helpful and friendly staff. Clean hotel, you eat great and with extensive choices. The kindness of the owners and their helpfulness make it that every guest feels like they are at home. I recommend everyone to spend a holiday in this hotel.

Great location, 10 from the aquarium and 5 minutes from the beach where it also has a private bathroom. Not very close to the most central pedestrian area of Catholic but still conveniently accessible on foot. Cleanliness, availability, friendliness. Rooms with air conditioning and terrace. The children's play area and the small pool (above ground) on the top floor are not the best. Good and plentiful food as far as first/seconds/contour served at the table, but at the buffet in some cases it happened to find nothing more. Breakfast in the norm with sweet and salty. Climate in the dining room perhaps to improve, especially at lunch when it is warmer.

New and very nice hall, as well as the dining room. Here you enjoy a great food with helpful and friendly staff, some small problem at breakfast where sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for clean cups, but still there is a good supply of sweet and salty foods! Coffee machines, etc. And juices as well. There is an elevator, in the room the air overall a great cleanliness. The bathroom may not look very modern, as well as the room, but everything works well and you manage to do everything; there's also a small hair dryer. Rooms have knols, though none have exceptional views. There is an outdoor area and also animations in the evening. On the roof a solarium with a small "gym" and a children's area with, on the terrace, a swimming pool suitable for children. The hallways are beautiful, but it deserves to be repainted. Assessing everything definitely a great 3 star with friendly and helpful staff!

Tight or Small rooms, breakfast was terrible, beach completely delivered and crowded. Not recommended.

This is the third year that De Bains sees us guests of its structure. We have always enjoyed each other very well, the staff is always ready to accommodate any request with kindness and helpfulness. The location of the property is great because it is very close to the sea but also to the first useful services such as: pharmacies, banks and shops. Advantage of the Des Bains is that the hotel, has a private beach and its lifeguard Massimo is a guarantee for professionalism and kindness.

The great Romagna hospitality. Precise, punctual and unpretentious breakfast. A unique bicycle park is a highlight!

“Fantastic Hotel Des Bains” Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, food great and plenty of it, staff very helpful. We felt very much at home, would stay at this hotel again.

I found the right hotel. I had a great holiday of Sun, sea, fun and never touch the machine. The Hotel Des Bains is just opposite to the hotel's private beach and in the middle of the sea, close to the Aquarium and close to the pedestrian zone. The food is very good and plenty of choice and the waitresses are helpful and always with a smile. I recommend it.

Avoid this pension, pseudo Director if not listed well offends you is what happened to me. First my dad and I stayed for two days and as my dad doesn't like the smells — basil, parsley, we requested that for my father were not used and instead the Director says because my father is elderly (when it is the mother of the leader and her old), and has stomach problems. We also have been accused of carrying off the floor of the dishes when my dad just wanted some water we paid that was on our table and the waitress had granted him. We charge that we broke the lid of the toilet and the living room because I'm not skinny. But do you realize how much you are mean-spirited and poor in mind. The Lady is bad but I told you, as well as its staff. I have smeplicemente criticized the kitchen and management and not people like she did, above all I stated the facts and correct client I also paid so it must be silent. The stars can always argue, which made us very satisfied guests, which were the owners themselves. Again and again we felt their effort to make us the holiday really nicely and easily. We gave 5 stars for the very good and healthy food. The nearby sandy beach, clean sea made beautiful holiday. Particularly in the preseason we found many guests from Germany and Tyrol and hard to believe even a bit of peace and solitude. This is hardly possible in the months of July and August.
