I have been to the Mirage Hotel and will definitely be back. I had a great time, very friendly staff and attentive to the needs of the customers and especially PLENTY of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

A hotel so shabby never happened to us, I do not recommend it to everyone but especially to families with children since hygiene do not know what it is. We stayed five days with a never clean bathroom when we went to tell the front desk they looked at us as if they didn't understand the language: (Learning problems or not freghismo) … it's obvious. Want to talk about the kitchen? : Low and repetitive buffet dishes that accompanied us to the end without changing it ever bad smell, so much so that our children and others also present have taken food poisoning. An owner so impassive you have discomforts of his guests never seen having even the courage to ask for additional money for services not used as the air conditioning does not exist (tell me if a fan can be called air conditioning! ) Also He still demanded money for the overnight stay of a newborn without having taken advantage of the cradle but only because he was present… shame!
We also know that the owner after a negative review means that people he knows write in a positive way about the hotel's performance. All the photos visible to the public through the social are all photomontages and the preparation of the buffet that you see on the photos is not true nothing… Never again an experience like that. It would take more control.

Place to avoid for families with kids… bad food… He started dinner at 7pm… and the first one arrives at 20:50… even if you have the children serve first to those who are sympathetic to them… an experience so nn I will never again… trust you are complaining all about the food…

Friendly staff, very nice great food, but the cleanliness in the rooms is not optimal, the service women should give themselves a little more to do, animation all ok,

A wonderful vacation in a quiet place but especially thanks to the hospitality of the people who manage you and make you feel good and the rooms were clean and the kitchen … nothing is missing ideal place to relax.

We stayed in the hotel Mirage from 28/08 to 03/09 … we had a great time.
Cleanliness is excellent, service very good, everyone! : chefs waiters to both plans.
Walk to the Sea (5 minutes scarce). And for evening walk 2 minutes and you are on the pedestrian … perfect for us!

We stayed at this great little hotel in Bellaria located upstream of the railway. The sympathy of the Manager Marco and his employees, availability and reasonable prices make this a great hotel for families and couples on holiday in Bellaria.

Very friendly hotel very close to all amenities, beach, station, downtown! I spent 4days with my mum and we both had very good, delicious croissants! We will see you next year! I recommend to all.

In 2016 does not expect to have to still be the case, at the time of booking, of the presence of air conditioning. Other than that the room was in good condition (except the outer door, Mars, would not close), the newly renovated bathroom (towels and toiletries were missing that I provided on request, two sachets micro format, will be enough Yes and no for hand washing). Very good breakfast though with much variety. Courteous staff.

Highly recommended! Great welcome! Family atmosphere! A delight in eating! Having the chance to relax with your family and stay in this hotel made everything so much nicer! Thank you so much to the owners!
