All perfect, friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I definitely recommend it. Of course we'll come back.

It's all good. The staff is truly amazing: kind, caring, nice and welcoming. Great cuisine. The hotel is a bit old and some things should be renovated, but overall it's like feeling at home!

Great hotel really comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kind and always attentive to the customer's requests. 2 steps from the sea and the cuisine is really great, always different dishes one better than the other and with appetizers at will.
Undoubtedly a place I would recommend and where I would return more than willingly.

Hotel 2 steps from the sea. Rooms a little small but to say the least perfect with a simple and modern décor. If you are lucky it is possible that the balcony is at sea view. Plenty of dinners and breakfasts. I would gladly return. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very good but simple cuisine, it seems to be at home and always varies. Hotel held well and with space for children. 2-step position from the sea. And 10 minutes from downtown on foot. Convenient bike service. The staff is Romagna so very pleasant.

Maybe we were lucky and got really good price but must say that for low price we got we also got all we expected. Rooms were nothing special but also nothing didn't really bother us. Food wasn't great but was enough. Locan was great because we got room that had balcony with sea view. As long as you don't pay much for it then I recommend it. Stayed August 2014.

Experience to behold!. We stayed with a group of 80 people, the appetizer buffet prepared was not satisfactory talking qualitatively and quantitatively, not counting then the flavor. In the area there is much better.

I read these reviews and I was convinced I book, I discovered just now that what '' excellent '' (5 stars) is that of the owner of the hotel because I recognized his name from the card.
Not at all what we expected, the rooms are much smaller than what shows the photograph, the bathroom is very narrow with no division between shower and sanitary fittings (water gets everywhere), the location of the hotel is good because close to the sea.
Cleanliness is okay, the food good although the staff is a little disorganized.
This was my experience.

I spent a week in June with my family and my friends.
The first thing we noticed was the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff, the Director really nice apart from playing with us at Foosball has guided us in a week of entertainment operations even in the list to the clubs.
The rooms very basic but well kept, clean and tidy, bed at home!
Very good cuisine, varied (meat and fish) and plentiful and always a chance to have a second plate.
Quiet area at 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Centre of Bellaria.
No surprise compared to budget and to the site.
A 3 star hotel where it is really good when you feel at home.

Situated in an excellent location close to the sea. Very cute, bright and comfortable. Service very good and friendly. Recommended for all occasions vacationer but also if you want to disconnect from the daily routine and enjoy a relaxing short break.
